After serving as a soldier in the special forces for the Israeli Defence Force, Avi moved to Australia in 2006, when he sold art door-to-door while studying as a student. Fast forward to today and he now owns a successful art retail business, Fantastic Framing, that has stores around Australia. We talk about his journey as well as how he has managed to expand his retail business during the pandemic which has seen so many others in the retail sector suffer.
Avi also discusses the benefit of the latest Employer Sponsored Visa changes to his business, which Evan discusses in detail at the conclusion of the episode.
