Have you ever felt like you're living someone else's life? That somewhere along the way, you lost touch with who you truly are at your core?

The journey back to our authentic selves is perhaps the most profound work we can undertake. As children, we naturally embody our true essence – but slowly, through conditioning from parents, teachers, society, and culture, we adopt layers that aren't truly ours. We forget who we are.

In this deeply personal episode, I share the transformative tools that helped me rediscover my authentic self after years of operating in ways that depleted rather than energized me. From Human Design's revelation that I'm a Manifesting Generator with a 1/3 profile (explaining my need for variety and learning through experience) to astrology's insights about my 12th house placements and North Node journey, these systems validated aspects of myself I'd always felt but never fully honored.

Perhaps most profound was discovering my Life Path 33/6 in numerology – the Master Teacher and Healer – exactly when I was contemplating leaving real estate to pursue more meaningful work. The synchronicity was undeniable.

What makes these wisdom systems so powerful isn't just their accuracy, but how they give us permission to embrace our natural tendencies rather than fighting against them. When multiple systems point to the same truth about who you are, it becomes increasingly difficult to deny your authentic nature.

The beauty of self-discovery is that it's a continual evolution. The version of myself I embody today feels more authentic than ever before, yet I know in a few years, I'll have grown into an even truer expression of my essence.

Whether Human Design, astrology, numerology or something else entirely resonates with you, I encourage you to explore these pathways with curiosity. The world desperately needs your unique gifts – but more importantly, you deserve to live as the person you were always meant to be.

Speaker 1 (00:04):
Hello, my loves, welcome to this week's episode.
I hope you are all having abeautiful start to your week,
wherever you are tuning in from.
This week I wanted to talk alittle bit about.
I wanted to talk a little bitabout how we can come to have a

(00:26):
better understanding ofourselves, and I feel like this
is something that happens atsome time or another in our
lives when we start goingthrough an evolution, an
awakening, which I feel like isa lot of the world right now,
and at some point we just wantto know who we really are, or we

(00:51):
have that desire of trying tounderstand who we are, and we
can gravitate towards certainthings to try to understand
certain aspects of ourselves.
And I wanted to share with youthe journey that I've been on
with this and what I havelearned and leaned on on my path

(01:13):
to do that, on my path to knowwho I really am as a soul.
And I feel like this is superimperative for all of us to do
at some point in our lives, because we come here to live the
life that was intended for us,for us to step fully into our

(01:37):
highest evolution frequency.
You know who we were meant tobe.
You know who we were meant tobe.
There is no one in this lifewho is you and who has your
gifts and who has the desiresand the wants to create whatever
it is that you want to create, and you have your unique way of

(01:58):
being, and I think that a lot ofpeople, right now especially,
are just getting tired withcertain things, tired of feeling
like they have to be a certainperson or do things the way that
they've always done.
Maybe it's not fulfilling forthem in their life anymore.

(02:19):
Maybe it worked at some point, but now it's just not really
doing it for them, and I thinkthat a lot of people are walking
this path right now of wantingto better understand themselves.
And I want to share my journeywith that and the things that

(02:40):
I've used, because I feel likeit could be something that could
perhaps help one or two of you,or however many that may be
listening, because I do talkabout some of these things in
certain podcast episodes.
So if you've been listening tothe podcast, then you know that

(03:01):
some of these things are not newconversations that we have, but
I do want to highlight thembecause I didn't just fall into
learning these things.
They came into my life, I feelat a very divine time, and to
help me lean into certainaspects of myself that I always

(03:28):
felt like I had or I wasinnately but didn't allow myself
to fully express them or leaninto those aspects of me.
I feel like it's one of themost important things that we
can do for ourselves, becausewhen we come into this life, we

(03:50):
already know who we are.
But as we go through our lifeand you know how we were taught
certain things our parents, ourcommunity, the world around us
we slowly started forming intothe way that we felt like we
needed to be.

(04:10):
It's like when we're children, and when you look at a child,
you can see who they are soclearly in the way they talk, in
the way they carry themselvesright, and over time we lose
that connection to those partsof ourselves which are again.
Those are our superpowers, those are our innate way of

(04:33):
being, and perhaps we were toldthat it was an okay to be a
certain way or to speak acertain way, or for you to do
things the way that felt good toyou, but it wasn't accepted.
The list is endless.
We're told from a very young ageto not do a lot of things, and

(04:56):
that, of course, is somethingthat is done with good reason or
with good intentions, becauseour parents or our caregivers
just wanted to keep us safe whenwe're in school.
The teachers you know most ofthem had our best interest at
heart.
But we just lose thatconnection with our true being.

(05:20):
We forget who we are being, weforget who we are.
And that's what I want to openthis conversation with, because
I want us to open that door tobetter understanding ourselves,
and I'm going to share how thatkind of looked like for me.
And for me it was againsomething that I was looking for

(05:43):
and it found me at differentaspects of life.
But the first thing found mewhen I was really going through
like a pretty big spiritualawakening.
I really wanted to know myselfat a deeper level and it was
human design that came to mefirst.

(06:04):
And it was human design thatcame to me first, and I've
talked about human design inother podcast episodes.
I'm going to link one of theepisodes that I did, maybe about
a year ago, below, if you arenot familiar with human design
or want to know a little bitmore about it, to know a little

(06:30):
bit more about it.
But human design is a systemthat was created in the 70s, or
it was channeled in the 70s byRao Uruhu, but it's based off of
other systems that have beenstudied for many years.
It's based off of astrology, the chakras, the Chinese I Ching
.
So all of those things make uphuman design.
And you know, with human design, one of the key principles is

(06:56):
essentially that we come here ashumans to decondition the
aspects of ourselves that wenever really were us, like those
layers of ourselves that wetook on, and the goal is
essentially for us to thrive andoperate from our highest

(07:20):
expression, whatever that ismeant to be for us, our highest
expression, whatever that ismeant to be for us.
So in human design it's allabout your unique energy,
because no one has the sameenergy as you.
It's kind of like a blueprintto your energy, so I will link
that below.

(07:41):
But with human design I wasstill very much functioning the
way that I had so much of mylife super high energy,
hyperproductive, very much in mymasculine energy and I always
felt like it's just somethingyou hear, especially in business

(08:04):
or with people who talk aboutsuccess.
It's always this kind ofthoughts and ideals that we need
to stick to something forbasically the rest of our life
or for a very long time, that ifyou let something go, that's
like you giving up and thereforefailing and stuff like that.

(08:25):
But the biggest things that Ilearned with human design was my
energy type and my profile, andlearning that I was a
manifesting generator and whatthat meant for my process was
one of the first key things.
That was like supermind-blowing for me, because I

(08:48):
always felt like I needed tostick with something, regardless
of whether or not it feltaligned for me anymore, because
that's what we were told, that'swhat so many people do, right?
We see it in our culture, wesee it in the work culture,
right?
People that spend 30, 40, 50years doing the same thing,

(09:11):
their entire life, and that'sjust not really how some people
are meant to function.
And figuring that out made mehonor that aspect of me more,
because I knew that I was amultifaceted person.
I had so many interests, somany things that I love to learn

(09:34):
and do and pour my energy into, but it wasn't something that I
openly talked about to anyonebecause I felt like that wasn't
right.
I felt like in my head I lackeddiscipline and devotion when it
came to certain things, becauseI couldn't go as deeply into

(09:58):
certain things like other peoplewho perhaps were generators or
just had different energy.
That was one of the first keythings.
The next thing was me figuringout my profile, which is kind of
like your personality in humandesign and I am a 1-3.
And again, figuring that outfor me was absolutely

(10:23):
mind-blowing too.
That out for me was absolutelymind-blowing too.
I could see the one in me quiteclearly because I've always had
this deep desire to learn andgrow and do all the courses and
learn all these things.
Like that's always beenembedded in me.
But the three I kind ofstruggled with, because the

(10:44):
three in human design is likethey're meant to experiment and
to learn through their lifeexperience.
So it's kind of through trialand error.
Is that energy?
And I didn't really see that inmyself.
There were certain aspects ofme that didn't want to accept

(11:07):
that or acknowledge that, because in my head that meant
that I had failed in certainregards.
Because sometimes thosefailures but like I've talked
about in other episodes, I likecalling them experiences and as
a 1-3, having that 3, that hashelped me because going through

(11:31):
from experience to experienceand learning is part of my
process and initially I resistedthat but it helped me.
Knowing my personality justhelped me lean into the things
that I know were my gifts, thatI know that I was meant to do.
So I just leaned into what Ifelt like I had all this energy

(11:55):
to want to do, to learn, to readthe books, to take the courses
on all of these other things, onhealth, wellness, spirituality,
on you know, differentreligions of the world.
You know I had I still do.
I mean, I have so many bucketsof things that just fascinate me

(12:17):
.
So learning my profile helpedme honor those aspects of myself
too.
And I think the last thing thatI'll mention when it comes to
human design is that learningthat I was something called
inconsistent.
If you are familiar with humandesign, when you look at your

(12:37):
chart, you have four arrows nextto your head Essentially it's
that shape that's supposed to beyour head and they're called
variables and each one standsfor something, but the top left
one is culture, digestion, andthis talks about how you're

(13:02):
meant to digest food, but alsoinformation and different things
like that, and you can also beconsistent, inconsistent from
the arrow on the bottom belowthat, but it looks different.
So I always felt like I neededto go through my day and my life

(13:24):
the same exact way.
I did that for years when I wasyounger I mean not that long
ago, really, still.
I would plan out every singlemoment of my day.
This was something that I feltlike I needed to do to be
successful, to do the thingsthat I wanted to do.

(13:46):
It was also what everyone saidyou needed to do.
You know, when I startedlearning about mindset and
business and productivity andall of these things, I was very
young and a lot of what Ilearned at the time was a lot
through more masculine states ofmind, like the writers or the

(14:10):
people who were teaching them.
And again, it's like we readcertain things and we feel like
that's how we're meant tofunction right, that we need to
wake up at 5 am, or that we'remeant to be morning people, or
that we're meant to plan out ourentire month and our entire
week and every day down to thelast minute.

(14:32):
And I used to be that person.
I was a hyper, hyper plannerand I've talked about that in
other episodes too, how, evennow, when it comes to goal
setting, I'll do very light goalsetting.
But before I would go throughevery aspect of life and I would

(14:53):
write out five you knowdifferent goals, even more
sometimes, and then it justbecame this very big, daunting,
just expectations that I set formyself.
And again, it's how I functionthrough my day-to-day life.
Every day I would wake up at 4am, I would go to the gym at

(15:15):
five, I would get ready for work, be ready for work at seven and
when I was there, I used tomanage a dental practice for a
couple of years and myday-to-day at the dental
practice was meetings, this, that, and every day was the same
.
And then when I left that andstarted to go into business for

(15:38):
myself in my early 20s, when Iwas in real estate again, I had
more flexibility, but I stillwent through my days in the same
ways.
Okay, I didn't have to wake upas early anymore and I really
struggled with that, but it wasstill wake up, work out, do this
, do that, and every day was thesame way.

(16:01):
And I went through an evolutionand I began to notice actually
where I was pushing myself to dothis, because I thought that's
what I needed to do, because I'mactually not meant to do the
same exact thing every singleday.

(16:22):
So learning this was a huge, huge thing for me, and I
experimented with it for yearsand I still do.
Honestly, I'm still trying tofind a way that honors my
natural energy, that supportsall of the things, all of the

(16:43):
aspirations and goals that Ihave, but that honors my natural
urges, because for me, the waythat it's really meant to look
like is that every day, I seewhere my energy wants to go and
that's what I focus it on.
It's not on the things that Iset up for myself, because it's

(17:04):
so funny because before it'slike I would set all of the you
know have five or six differentthings that I wanted to do in
the day, and half of the time Iwould end up A not doing half of
them, but also doing thingsthat I hadn't even planned,
because that's what I felt likedoing.
So when I looked at my agenda, didn't do the things that I set

(17:27):
out to do.
That was really hard for me,because all I saw it's like I
didn't stick to what I said Iwould do.
That didn't mean I didn't doanything, but in my head it's
like oh, you didn't do what youset out to do, and it's super
important if you areinconsistent.
In human design and this isagain how I am built and

(17:50):
consistent because each variableplays a role.
But for me it's about startingevery day and looking at where
my energy wants to go.
Not setting up the expectations, but actually seeing where I
want to flow.
And, as a manifesting generator, it's like with my energy, when

(18:10):
I choose to do something and itfeels right and good, I'm going
to go all in.
I'm going to focus my time andenergy on all of those things.
So even with someone who maybeperhaps it's like they're meant
to be more consistent, like asan example, it's like you have a
task that you want to work on alittle bit every day throughout

(18:33):
the week and by the end of theweek you spend four hours on
this task.
If that means you spend 30minutes every day, it's like for
me, I can spend four hours onit if I want to, when that feels
aligned.
So now I don't go through mydays every single day the same

(18:55):
way, because it's not supportiveof my energy.
It actually depletes me of thisvery big energetic battery that
I have to use and the morenuanced things that I learned
with my human design, the more Iwas just like, oh my gosh, this

(19:16):
is crazy.
I think the biggest thing abouthuman design was that there were
parts of me that I just neverwanted to accept.
And when I came to human design, I was in my spiritual life
coaching certification and wetouched on it life coaching

(19:42):
certification and we touched onit and there was just certain
parts of my design that I knewbut just didn't want to accept.
It's like we know right, andthere's just certain aspects of
ourselves that we struggle withmore, and these were some of
those things for me.
The other thing, too, that I'lltouch on very quickly and it
ties to, you know, theinconsisteness is that I also

(20:03):
have an open root center, which,in human design, is an energy
center, and this is, people whohave a closed root center have
consistent pressure that is likegood and right for them to do
so, like to go do things thatthey want to do, whether that's.

(20:26):
You know, it's like you've setout to do certain things
throughout the week and if yourenergy center is defined, you're
going to go do that.
You're going to feel thatnatural pressure in you to go do
those things whenever you want.
That comes naturally to you.
People that have an open rootcenter don't have that, but what

(20:48):
they feel is the pressure fromother people Because, like with
human design, if you arefamiliar, if you have an open
center, then this is where youfeel the energy of other people.
So when I feel like anxiety orpressure to go do, most of the

(21:10):
time that's coming from theoutside world.
And that was something, again, that was pretty hard for me to
accept because I have always hadthese very high expectations of
myself and it's like learningthat I needed to allow space for
this, you know, space in mylife for me to go do when it's

(21:34):
energetically correct for me.
That was very hard because itwent completely against the
grain of everything that I hadbelieved.
I was up till that point, and Imean learning these things and
learning that I don't need toshow up and perform in the same

(21:59):
exact way every day.
This really opened the door forme and it really really allowed
me to see who I really was.
And that's why I talk abouthuman design in different
aspects of it, because it's howit's helped me, you know, and
it's truly been one of thehugest things to help me come

(22:24):
back to myself, to my true being, my true energetic blueprint,
who I was meant to be in thislife.
And the more that I've been onthis, experiment with it and
learning different things andapplying it in my life, it just
blows me away how much morealigned I feel.

(22:45):
And I feel like we all owe thatto ourselves.
We all owe ourselves that giftof being who we are
unapologetically.
And human design looks at somany different things.
But if you have a certainenergy type, you know if you're
not a generator or a manifestinggenerator and you're a

(23:08):
projector or a manifestor orreflector, it's like knowing
that alone can be such atransformational thing.
And again, there's so manythings that we can look at, that
go deeper into.
Okay, how can I really honormyself in every aspect of life?
And I think that's why humandesign is something that I still

(23:33):
study and I love so much.
But it's just something that itseemed very easy to apply in
life.
It's like, okay, experimentwith this and go ride with that
for a little bit.
It didn't seem overly dauntingin any way.
Slowly after that.
I mean, I knew about astrologybefore then, but I studied human

(23:57):
design for quite a few yearsbefore I started studying more
about astrology and againsomething else that you've heard
about in this podcast and Islowly started learning about
different nuances in my chartand how those energies showed up

(24:18):
in my life, how the planetsplayed a role in it all, and I
think for me it's like one ofthe hugest things in astrology
was finding out what my northnode and my south node were.
That was like one of the firstthings that I explored.
That was super pivotal for me,too, because when I came across

(24:42):
that and when I started learningabout that, it was at a moment
in my life where I was still inmy south node and fighting being
in my north node, so it was anenergy that was very specific to
me, and I have my South Node inAries and my North Node in
Libra, and Aries has this veryindependent energy, very fiery.

(25:07):
They want to go, do things ontheir own.
They don't want to rely onanyone.
You know they're leaders,they're visionaries, but there's
pros and cons to each signright, and those were aspects of
me that I was very comfortablewith, aspects of me that I knew
very well, and at the time, youknow, I was in my relationship

(25:31):
with my now husband and therewere certain parts of me that
would fight being with him andgiving myself fully to him and
I've talked about that inanother episode too, because it
was out of my comfort zone.
And having my North Node inLibra means that I'm meant to

(25:54):
lean into being with people, being in community, cooperating,
you know, co-collaborating withpeople, leaning on people
asking for help all of thesethings that were just completely
foreign to me most of my life.
Figuring that out was reallyjust super helpful, especially

(26:16):
then when I was, you know, withhim and growing and evolving
within our relationship.
But another thing too, with myastrology chart too, I think the
biggest things were knowingthat I have my sun and my
mercury in the 12th house.
And if you are familiar withastrology or if you're not, but

(26:43):
the 12th house in astrology isthe house of behind the scenes.
It's the house of healing, ofspirituality, of solitude, of
what's hidden, limiting beliefs, the subconscious mind.
The 12th house is a very deephouse.
It's the last house of thezodiac sign or, sorry, it's the

(27:06):
last house in astrology.
And that was something thathelped me understand myself more
, my energy, because it allowedme to see why I was a little bit
more introverted, why I reallyenjoyed my time, why I was drawn

(27:29):
to certain things, to healing,to spirituality, to learning
about different religions, andthat helped me honor those
aspects of myself.
And also, again, with my Mercurythere, the way that I speak and

(27:51):
how I speak.
It's not in a flashy way andsometimes I struggled with that
because I felt like I wasn'tvery chatty, kathy, that's just
not how I'm naturally inclinedto be.
Having Taurus is in that housetoo.
So Taurus is a very groundedsign, it's an earth sign.

(28:15):
It speaks with intention, itmoves with intention and then,
with the 12th house themes, itadds these nuances to what I say
.
It made so much sense when Ilooked more back on, like my
life and what I had lived, because I felt like it helped me

(28:36):
understand why I went throughthe journey that I went on and
why I felt like I was able tohandle it so well, because when
it came to all of these things,I had a power there, I had this
ability.
So being on my own journey, myown evolution, is a deep part of

(29:00):
my being, like that radiatesout of me, that's a part of my
son, that's a part of meconstantly growing and evolving
and working through my evolution.
Those are things that are justembedded in me.
So, learning about thoseaspects of myself, learning
about other aspects of myself, you know where my Mars was and

(29:25):
now, like I look at astrologytoo, and I started learning more
about transits and how thetransits affect you and things
like that.
But I really just started with, like, the foundation, the
energy of these planets and howthey show up in my life and
certain aspects of myself that Iwas having a really hard time

(29:49):
accepting or never wanted toaccept.
You know where I had my Saturnhaving Saturn in my 11th house
yes, in Aries, and what thatmeant for me, you know.
And having my Mars in Aries, too, you know.
And knowing that my South Nodeis in Aries.

(30:11):
So there's just so much that wecan learn from astrology.
Astrology is so, so in-depth,it's amazing, and most of us
just know our sun sign, you know, and that is not our full self.
That will not allow you tofully understand every aspect of

(30:32):
yourself.
If you do know astrology or aresomewhat familiar with
astrology, I would encourage youto learn what your ascendant
and what your moon is, because alot of the times, people don't
feel like they resonate withtheir sun sign.
And it's because a lot of thetimes we can resonate more with

(30:57):
our ascendant or even our moon, because the moon and astrology
is all about our emotional self.
So this is like our deeperparts of ourselves, the part of
us that we won't open up to justanyone.
But our ascendant is also howthe world sees us.
Initially it's kind of like nota mask, but it's the first

(31:20):
reflection that people get fromus and sometimes you'll resonate
with one or the other more thanyour sun sign, because your sun
sign even though, yes, it isextremely important you are
growing into that in this life,in astrology, so it might not

(31:40):
feel completely resonant.
And again, those were twothings too that just also
coincided.
So much of what my human designtalked about is like my love of
learning, my constant need forstimulation and wanting to

(32:01):
constantly be doing differentthings and my desire to have
certain conversations withpeople.
Learning that I had myAscendant and my Moon, and
Gemini was super big for me too,and that kind of tied into my
human design profile as well.

(32:22):
You know, being a 1-3, havingthis energy, it's crazy to me as
well, like the more that Istudy these things to me as well
.
Like, the more that I studythese things, the more that I
see how they're all connectedLike and I'm not the type of
person, when I choose to believesomething A for me to make that

(32:42):
decision and to choose to dothat there needs to be a lot of.
I do a lot of knowledge seekingbeforehand.
I don't blindly just choose tobelieve in something.
There's two things.
I do a lot of knowledge seekingbeforehand.
I learn about it as much aspossible and then I apply it in

(33:05):
my life and then I see how thatgoes and then I lean into that
more if that feels right.
I see how that goes and then Ilean into that more if that
feels right.
And with all of these thingsit's like the more that I learn
and the more that I apply it.
There's no way for me tobelieve that this is not true.
That's why I am so passionateabout learning all of these

(33:27):
things and sharing differentaspects of it, because I didn't
just get here and that's kind ofwhat I wanted to talk about in
this episode is, I did not gethere.
I used to very much be adifferent way.
I was a little bit more closedoff to things like this, and it
was just that I was open.

(33:49):
I think that was the biggestthing is that when it came to me
, I was ready for a change, so Ileaned into being open-minded
and then I started my journey oflearning.
But I am someone that questionseverything that's in me so
deeply.
I'm also someone that you knowneeds to hear it from other

(34:12):
people, that needs to learn fromother people, that needs to try
it for themselves, to gothrough their own process, so
that all happens before I commitmyself to saying hey, I deeply
believe in this and to share itwith you guys, because I go
through that process, you know.

(34:38):
The last thing that I wanted totalk about, too, is numerology,
because that's also somethingthat I love and I have been
studying for a few years now, slowly, and I've talked a little
bit more about it on thispodcast, mostly from a personal
year perspective.
But in numerology you also havea chart, much like astrology
and human design, but it'sdifferent.

(35:00):
It's made up of differentnumbers and if you're not
familiar with numerology, themore common number that people
start with is your life pathnumber, but there's other things
that make up that kind of likeplanets in your astrology chart,
but you have certain keynumbers that make up your

(35:22):
numerology chart.
You have an expression number,a heart's desire.
You have, you know, pinnacles, you have cycles, you have
personal years, you have karmiclessons and all of these other
things.
And for me, again, it's thetiming of when these things came
into my life.

(35:44):
I heard about numerology from Ithink it was a podcast, and I
started learning a little bitmore about it, because that's
just what I do, being a 1-3.
It's like, ooh, this soundssuper cool, let's look into it.
So I started learning aboutnumerology and I remember

(36:08):
hearing that episode, theepisode that I was listening to,
and they had gone throughcertain life path numbers, like
they had gone through all of thelife path numbers.
And when I started doing myresearch, I felt like I knew
what my life path number was.
And I went to go check and, surely enough, the life path

(36:33):
number that I thought I was Iwas, it was my life path number,
and figuring that out was alsosomething that was just super
pivotal for me, especially atthat moment in time.
It's like certain things findus when they're meant to, you
know, and I'm a life path 33-6.

(36:57):
And in numerology that's calleda.
It's one of the master numbers, but it was when I was slowly
thinking about letting go of myreal estate career and knowing
that I wanted to step intosomething that was more
meaningful for me.
I knew that I wanted to helppeople.

(37:17):
I knew that I wanted to be ateacher and a guide and all of
these things and the 33-6,that's what they are.
It's called in numerology, it'scalled the master teacher, the
master healer, and it reallyhelped me honor my inclinations

(37:38):
and what I meant to do in thislife.
And, again, parts of me that Ifelt like were me, but I didn't
want to really accept.
And it just helped meunderstand that.
And it's funny because I foundnumerology, I found out that I'm
a 33-6 when I was also having apersonal year of 33-6, which it

(38:03):
was crazy to me.
There was something about meneeding to find it at that
moment in time and knowing whatmy soul came here to be.
And it was just another thing, you know, in my toolbox of
things that helped me come backto myself and to my innate

(38:25):
energy and my innate being.
It was just something else thathelped me understand that more,
and it's like studying theMyers-Briggs or the Enneagram.

(38:47):
These are just tools that welean onto to try to discover who
we are at a deeper level.
We just want understanding, wejust want to know.
It's like what are ourtendencies, what are our gifts,
what are our strengths, what dowe need to let go of, what do we
need to maybe focus on a littlebit more?
And that's what all of this hashelped me do.
And it's like here I am now,like I feel like it's been

(39:12):
almost four years since Istarted like learning about
human design and stuff like that, and, you know, a few years
since I started astrology andnumerology, and I'm sitting here
knowing who I am more than Iever have at any other moment of

(39:32):
my life.
It's like I feel like I am moreme than I've ever been, and that
has to do with all of theshedding that I went through
over the last couple of years oflike taking off all of these
layers of me that were eitherconditioned or things that I

(39:55):
thought I needed to hold on to,that were never really me, and I
think that that's really just aprocess that you're always
going to be in your life.
I mean, we're humans.
We're here to evolve and growand step into ourselves more.
This is not something where youlearn and then you're done.

(40:18):
It's no.
This is like an ever evolvingthing.
It's like the version of me now, even though I love her and I
know who she is and she's somuch more aware of herself and
her powers and her downfalls andher shadows and all of these
things.
It's like I know that in a fewyears I'm going to be a whole,

(40:42):
nother version of myself and I'mgoing to embody all of these
things more and more.
And we're going to keep goingon that journey with ourselves,
you know, of wanting to embodyour fullest expression, wanting
to be who we are at our fullestexpression, because that's who
we need to be.
The world needs us now morethan ever, our unique being, our

(41:07):
unique expression.
The world needs us now.
But we're also not meant to gothrough this life just being
someone who we really are notmeant to be.
It's like life is meant to befun and energizing and
life-giving.
And if you're going through yourlife in a way that depletes
your energy, that doesn't feelaligned, that feels heavy,

(41:29):
there's something wrong there.
There's something that's not inalignment there.
And if you're wanting to try tofigure out why that might be.
I invite you to look into someof these things a little more,
you know, discovering what yourlife path, number and numerology

(41:51):
might be, or learning certainaspects of your astrology chart,
or learning about your humandesign.
You know, whatever feelsresonant for you.
If it doesn't resonate with you, if maybe one of these does or
none of it does, that is totallyokay.
There's so much information outthere.

(42:12):
There's so many things that wecan learn, so many books that we
can read, so many philosophiesand understandings that we can
apply to our life.
And not everything that youcome by is going to be meant for
you, and that is okay.
You're going to know what thosethings are energetically.

(42:33):
If this feels like an energeticmatch, or if one of these
things stood out to you, thenmaybe it's something that you're
meant to explore.
But if not, that is okay, because you will find the things
that are meant for you thatwill help you understand
yourself at a deeper level.

(42:54):
But if it's not any of this, that is okay.
But, like I mentioned, I wantedto share with you because I
wanted you to know how I gothere and why I love talking
about certain things, talkingabout certain things, and I

(43:16):
didn't get exposed to any ofthis until a much later chapter
of my life.
But each one of those thingsfound me when I needed it the
most and I am honestly sograteful that it did.
I am so grateful that I wasopen and curious enough to want
to know who I really was, towant a change in my life because

(43:38):
at the time I was not fully inalignment with me because it's
brought me a deeper knowing, asense of peace, a curiosity, an
understanding, and there reallyis nothing more important than
that.
This spiritual journey, what itis, is really a journey of

(44:01):
coming back home to ourselvesand to me.
These are tools that help us dothat, if they feel like they
resonate with you, but ourjourney in this life is simply
to come back home to us, nothingmore.
It's not an easy journey.
There are so many things thatwe carry throughout our life and

(44:23):
it's really just that simple, even though it's not an easy
path.
So if you are on your path, this is something that you're
going to continue to workthrough throughout your entire
life.
So you're on the journey tounderstanding yourself better.
Yes, but it is a marathon it isnot a sprint and just learning

(44:49):
about a few things here andthere and applying them to your
life, that alone can be sotransformational.
You know you don't have to goand learn all the things, but if
you want to, you can, becausethat might be in your nature.
But just find a way to learnone thing about yourself that

(45:11):
maybe you have thought about, that is a part of you, but
actually leaning into it, it'slike what's one thing that
you've thought that you areinnately, that maybe you haven't
accepted, and how can youperhaps play with that in your
life?

(45:32):
It's like let yourself, youknow, engage with that.
It's like we're constantlyevolving and changing, becoming
other people, you know, steppinginto other versions of
ourselves, and the hope is thatwith every version of us that we
step into, they're more us thanever right.

(45:56):
So I hope you guys enjoyed thisepisode.
I really enjoyed sharing withyou all my journey to being here
and so much of the things thatI love to teach on this podcast.
And so many of the things thatI love to teach on this podcast
and so many of the things that Iwant to keep bringing onto this
podcast, because I do have somany things that I want to do

(46:18):
with this space over time, anddiving into these things more
are definitely some of thethings that I have planned, so I
look forward to talking to youall in my next episode.
I am sending you so much love.
Until then.
