What if the only thing standing between you and everything you've ever wanted is the belief that you don't deserve it? That's the powerful question at the heart of this transformative episode.

From a sun-drenched town in southern Italy, I'm diving into the fundamental reason why many of us struggle to manifest our desires despite our best efforts. The answer lies in our deepest beliefs about worthiness. When thoughts like "I can't have that job," "I'll never find that partner," or "That kind of success isn't for someone like me" dominate our internal dialogue, we unconsciously block what we want from entering our lives.

This episode walks you through a practical process for identifying and transforming these limiting beliefs. Through creating space for self-awareness, challenging false narratives, consciously choosing new empowering truths, and developing unwavering certainty in what you deserve, you can completely rewire your relationship with possibility. The journey requires patience – these beliefs have likely been with you for years – but with consistent practice, your new truth becomes your lived reality.

Perhaps most importantly, I share why detachment is crucial in this process. When we cling too tightly to specific outcomes, we create an energy of lack rather than abundance. Trust that what you're calling in – or something even better – is making its way to you at the perfect time. Your dreams are merely the starting point of your true potential, not the ceiling. The universe might be waiting until you're fully ready to receive something far greater than what you initially imagined.

Ready to step into your most vibrant, abundant self? Listen now, and remember – you can choose a different reality for yourself at any moment. Today is the perfect day to begin.

Speaker 1 (00:04):
Hello, beautiful souls.
Welcome to this week's episode.
I am so happy to have you herewith me today.
I am saying hello to you fromthis beautiful town in the
southern part of Italy.
We have been here, my husbandand I, for the last couple of

(00:31):
weeks, but I just got back, actually, from a retreat that I
have done a few times beforeI've actually shared about it in
another podcast episode where Iget together with this group of
girls.
It was our third time gettingtogether and we always get
together and it's kind of like atime to just open up and work

(00:58):
through whatever things arecoming up in our life that are
really keeping us from steppinginto that ultimate version of us
, and I love doing this.
I think it's so necessary for usto create some time for us to

(01:19):
do these things and make sometime to come back to ourselves
to work through whatever youmight need to work on.
I think taking time for theself to do those kinds of things
are super life-changing.
Honestly, most of us don'treally allow ourselves enough

(01:40):
time to do those things I feellike a lot of people want to do.
You know the yearly visionboards or goals, or you know all
of these other things and evendoing something like this, just
taking time it doesn't matterwhat time of the year it is, it

(02:01):
doesn't matter when it is of theyear it is, it doesn't matter
when it is, I think, at leastonce a year and sitting with
yourself to kind of see whereyou want to go and to allow
yourself to really be in thatand be in that vision of
dreaming and thinking of all ofthese possibilities and then
also taking the time to see whatis holding you back, what

(02:25):
beliefs, what patterns, whatmental blocks that you might
have that are just not allowingyou to step into that version of
you.
And that's what these retreatsreally allow me to do.
And this also ties into anotherepisode that I recorded a

(02:46):
couple of weeks ago.
It was speaking yourself wellabout how the way that we speak
can heal our body and howpowerful our voice is and what
we choose to say, how muchweight that carries.
And this translates into anyaspect of our life, not just

(03:11):
health.
And that's what I wanted tofocus on today is why is it that
some of us don't get what wewant out of life?
Why is it that we've beentrying to manifest or bring into
reality, whatever you want tocall it.

(03:31):
You're actively working towardssomething in your life and it's
not working.
And the fundamental thing thatis important here the lowest
building block that you aregoing to be working with is that
you need to believe that youare worthy of that.

(03:52):
If you don't believe that, youwill never be able to have any
of these things.
So this is where it begins.
It begins with the self-beliefthat you are worthy, and it's
like so many of us want certainthings right, and it just kind
of shows up in our mind of like, when you want something and

(04:15):
you're like, oh, but that can'tbe for me, it's like, oh, I
can't have a job that pays me$200,000 a year, or I can't live
in a beautiful house on thebeach, or I can't have a partner
who is loving and supportiveand also have my dream career.

(04:38):
Those things are what block usfrom actually being able to step
into what we want.
So if we are trying to callsomething into our life, if you
don't believe you can hold thatreality, if you have self-doubt,
wherever that might stem from, you are never going to be able

(05:03):
to call it into your life, andthis is something that's really
worth thinking about, like thisshould be just as important as
doing the goals, doing thevision boards, you know,
dreaming up all the things.
Most people self-sabotage andare never able to do everything
that they set out to do 100%,and a lot of that comes from

(05:28):
this mindset.
There is an underlying beliefthat they're not capable of
doing it.
We can self-sabotage ourselves.
There's so many reasons, butmost of it comes of I can't do
that.
It's not in my reality.
Those are the thoughts thatcome into our mind.
They continue to confirm thatsame thing I can't have this, I

(05:52):
can't have that job, I can'thave that body.
It's not for me.
I'm not that kind of personthat can make that amount of
money or have that kind ofpartner or be that kind of woman
.
Those are the thoughts that arekeeping us in the same place
and we just get stuck in thesesame mental loops that continue

(06:15):
to reaffirm that belief.
It's the.
I am not worthy, I can'tachieve that, I can't do X, y,
whatever it is that you want.
So what is the process like forus to break that and create
something for ourselves?

(06:36):
Because, knowing how importantthis is, how it builds onto
everything that you have, thisis what we need to focus on.
This is the most importantthing, and it goes for any area
of your life that you are tryingto create something new for

(06:58):
yourself, a new way of being, anew way of wanting to live your
life, a new body, a new partner, whatever it is that you want.
This goes for any aspect oflife, and the first thing that
we need to look at is creatingenough space, essentially, for

(07:22):
us to recognize it, to notice it.
We need to have enoughself-awareness for us to know
that it exists, essentially, because that's what keeps most
of us in our same loop is thatwe're not self-aware enough to
know that, oh, this thought iskeeping me in the same place.

(07:46):
So what we need to do is createspace, or do something that
creates space for us, for us tobe able to notice it, and this
looks like a lot of differentthings Self-awareness, creating
space.
That is going to be verydifferent for each person, but I

(08:10):
like meditating, and journalingis also something that is very
powerful here.
It can just be doing nothinglike having quiet time where you
don't really do anything, youcan contemplate, you can go on a
quiet walk.

(08:30):
I don't know what this is goingto look like for you.
But you need to just createsome kind of space for you,
because in that space you willgain the awareness of how much
power some of these thoughtshave over your life, essentially
.
But we need to notice them.

(08:52):
So we are creating space inorder to notice them and
recognize.
Oh my gosh, these thoughtsactually don't serve me.
And that is our first stepjournaling.

(09:18):
You've meditated, or you justyou're self-aware enough.
When they're in your mind, you're like, hey, this is a
self-deprecating thought.
This thought that I can'tcreate a business and work 20
hours a week, that thought islimiting me.
Why is that true?
Why does that have to be thetruth?
Why can't it be for me?

(09:39):
You need to challenge it,because our thoughts are not
truth most of the time.
Most of the things that wethink about our fears, our
anxieties never really actuallyhappen.
They are something our mindcreates, and just as swiftly as

(10:01):
we have these thoughts thatprobably have been with us for a
very long time, maybe our wholelife we have the ability to
create new ones.
But you need to know that justbecause it comes through your
mind does not make it a truth.
That is not what this is.

(10:22):
You need to know that this alsocan be something completely
different.
So I urge you to challenge itand you can do this writing down
.
You can just talk to yourself.
However you best process things, you can have a conversation

(10:44):
with a friend about it, someonewho might be in a similar path
to you, who speaks a similarlanguage.
But it's like why is this true?
Why can't the exact opposite betrue for me?
And then you come to realizethat if this thought can create

(11:09):
so much negativity in my lifeand tinge so much of my life
without even knowing why can't Ichoose something better?
Why can't I choose anotheropportunity, another truth for
me, another way of being?
And this is where we get tochoose something better.

(11:32):
So if you are journaling this orwriting this down, it's like
you can create a list with everylimiting belief or personal lie
it's what Jenna Zoe calls themas well or truth that you have
had in your mind when you wereenvisioning wanting to do

(11:56):
certain things.
It's like what are those thingsfor you?
And just taking the time towrite them down and now writing
the exact opposite of that, it'slike what would the exact
opposite of that personal lie orthat limited reality be for you
.
So if we're talking about Ican't have a job that pays me

(12:30):
$200,000 a year, we can say Ican effortlessly have a career,
that loving and kind partner whoadores me and who wants to see
me succeed.
You know, if you're wanting tohave a partner and your career,
it's just completely changedthat story.
You need to change that storyand that's what you're going to

(12:54):
do here.
So, next to every personal lie, every limited belief, every
false reality that you havecreated for yourself, you are
going to write the exactopposite of that.
And now that you are self-awareenough, you know that that
personal belief can't be true, because why should it be if you

(13:19):
can so easily choose somethingelse for yourself?
Now, in those moments wherethey still show up, it is up to
you to choose something better, and this takes time.
I also want to say that andthis will look different for
everyone but sometimes thesebeliefs have been with us for

(13:43):
such a long time and even thoughyou might start adding in your
new reality, your newaffirmation, your new truth, it
might not always feel like.
This is true for me.
The more that you do it, themore you will feel into that

(14:05):
energy.
The thing is is you need to showup and do it.
You need to choose somethingdifferent.
If you don't start, you'renever going to get there.
You're never going to be ableto do that.
For some of us, it might beeasier.
You might be like you know what, I'm letting this go and I'm
getting something new in.
I'm choosing something new formyself and from that day forward

(14:27):
, you will just keep choosingthat thing for yourself.
And this is where somethingelse comes in is you have to
just simply have certainty.
When you start using this newreality, you need to know that
this is going to happen to youand that it is inevitable.

(14:51):
It comes again to believing inwhat you deserve, what you are
capable of achieving.
You need to know in your heartand soul that you have the
ability to create whatever it isthat you want.
So you need to believe in that, even if it's not fully there

(15:12):
yet.
But in every moment that thisthought shows up, the negative
one that's been there, that'skept you small in other aspects
of your life.
Now you are going to chooseyour new affirmation, your new
truth, every moment of the day,and you're going to continue to

(15:35):
affirm yourself that new truthand slowly and surely, it will
come into your reality, becausewhat is going on within us
manifests in thethree-dimensional world.
So you need to believe withyour heart and soul that this is
what's meant for you, and youcan write these truths down in

(15:58):
your journal.
You can have your new ones onyour phone, somewhere where you
see them.
Have them somewhere that youcan easily look at them and come
back to them, because you wantto keep reaffirming these things
for yourself, and eventuallythey will come into your life.

(16:21):
That will be who you are.
You are going to be the personthat has that job that pays them
$200,000 a year, without ashadow of a doubt.
You are going to be that personthat has that strong, vibrant
body that you love and feelconfident in, that's energized

(16:44):
and full of life.
You're going to be that person, that woman, who has the space
and the ability to hold a lovingpartner and to create a
wonderful life together.
And the one last thing that Iwanted to touch on is sometimes,

(17:05):
when we are working towardscreating something new for
ourselves, it might not alwaysshow up how we wanted when we
wanted.
And the one last thing that Iwant to look at is that know
that it's going to be whateveryou are calling into your life

(17:28):
or something better, because youare co-creating with the
universe, with God, withwhatever it is that you believe
in.
You are there with them, doingthis together.
And sometimes, if we knew whatwe were meant for in our life,

(17:50):
it would be maybe a bit too muchfor us.
And when we think about what wewant out of life, what we
envision, when we really allowourselves to dream, I don't
think we realize that our dreamsare really just the beginning
of the potential that we have inthis life.

(18:11):
We limit ourselves so muchwithout even knowing.
So know that it could be whatyou are calling in or something
better, but it could take timebecause you also need to be in a
place to hold that reality.
So know that it could bewhatever you want, whatever

(18:35):
you're calling in or somethingthat's going to completely blow
you away, and maybe the universeis just trying to give you a
little bit of time for you toget there, for you to feel like,
no, I am worthy, I am capable,I trust in myself.
And there is that certainty andonce it listens to your prayer,

(18:59):
your devotion, and it feelslike you can handle something
bigger, it will give it to you.
So you need to have thatcertainty.
Whatever you are calling in orsomething better, if it's not
showing up then it's probablysomething better and you need to
hold on to that.

(19:19):
You need to trust that, youneed to detach.
You can't hold on to things tootightly because that's also not
the energy that we need to becalling things into our life.
That's the polarizing energy.
It takes us away from thisenergy of abundance of potential
because we feel like we arelacking in some way.

(19:41):
So, while you are on thisjourney of creating a new
reality for yourself because, loand behold, we get to do that
at any moment in life we get tochoose to be someone different
tomorrow, today, right in thismoment, like you can choose a

(20:02):
new reality for yourself, and Ithink that's one of the most
incredible things is that wehave all of these opportunities,
all of this potential, andsometimes we just limit
ourselves and keep ourselvessmall without knowing so.
Notice what thoughts have comeup while you were listening to

(20:22):
this.
What are those things that arekeeping you small, that are
keeping you in the same place, and create a new ulterior
reality for yourself a new truth, a new way of being, a new

(20:44):
truth, a new way of being, because that's what it's going
to be.
You are going to carry on withit and it will just be who you
are.
Whatever that truth is for you,it will go through life, with
you.
And while you are manifestingand creating and calling in all
of these wonderful things intoyour life, also just enjoy the

(21:04):
process.
Enjoy creating whatever it isthat you are creating in your
life, because it's so much funto think of our future and all
of the things that we want tohave in our life.
But I think it's also soimportant, while we're doing
that, to just really enjoy wherewe are and this process of

(21:29):
creating your new life, brick bybrick, day by day, little by
little.
Make it sustainable, you know, have fun with it.
I know I've said this before, but you're never going to be
here again in this version ofyour life and there's so much
that we can learn by being hereand right now, in this moment,

(21:52):
we're learning to let go ofwhatever isn't serving us,
whatever thoughts or, you know, limited beliefs, lies that have
kept us small, and really stepinto our power, step into that
version of you, that you want tobe your ultimate self, your
most vibrant, abundant self.

(22:14):
You can do that right now.
If you want to do that, likeright now, if you want to and
hold on to that, have fun withthat creating that version of
you.
And if she doesn't let certainthings hold her back, let go of
those beliefs.
You don't need to carry them.
They served maybe for a versionof your life, but they don't

(22:35):
need to be with you your entirelife.
You're stepping into somethingnew, so go do that.
I hope this episode comes toyou at a divine time.
I look forward to talking toyou all in my next episode.
I am sending you so much loveand a big hug.
Until then, thank you.
