February seems the ideal setting to embark on this journey of "mastering self love"! Together, we'll unpack self-love, not as a finish line but as an ongoing process, using insights from personal experiences and wisdom from thought leaders like Brene Brown. We'll uncover how self-love influences our relationships, our work, and our overall fulfillment, and how overcoming fear and shame is key to fostering empowerment and true alignment!

Ever wondered how understanding your energy type could transform your life? Human design offers a fascinating framework to embrace all aspects of ourselves, even the challenging ones like guilt and grief. As a manifesting generator, I've discovered that knowing my energy type has clarified my life and career choices, allowing me to embrace my need for variety and change. Listen along as we journey through the human design system, exploring how identifying your type—be it generator, manifesting generator, manifester, projector, or reflector—can be a permission slip to move authentically and confidently in the world.

Imagine unlocking the wisdom of your body to guide your path to self-mastery. By aligning with the phases of the menstrual cycle and tapping into somatic awareness, we harness unique strengths at each stage for personal growth. Our bodies communicate through sensations, offering insights into our emotional well-being. Let’s explore how practices like breathwork, meditation, and dance can strengthen this connection, helping us navigate life with clarity and confidence. Whether you're curious about human design, cycle alignment, or somatic practices, there's an invitation here for you to deepen your journey of self-love and acceptance. I'm excited to connect with you further on Instagram and support your journey to a more aligned version of yourself.

Speaker 1 (00:04):
Hello, oh my goodness , welcome to snowpocalypse.
I am recording this podcast onsuch a weird weather day.
I woke up and I saw the sunrise, I saw the blue skies and now

(00:24):
it's 11 am and the snow iscoming down like a blizzard.
But perfect day to podcast, solet's do this.
Hello, and welcome back to mypodcast Journey to Well, my
name's Hannah and today I wantedto talk about today's a solo

(00:45):
pod, so you're stuck with me.
But today I want to talk aboutself-love.
Love, mastering self-love is thetitle of this podcast episode,
and we're going to get into how.
That's truly just clickbait toget you to listen to this

(01:08):
episode, but I promise it'sgoing to be juicy.
So let's buckle up, let's strapin.
It is the beginning of Februarywhen I'm recording this, and so
I figured what better month totalk about love than February,
with Valentine's Day?
If you've been following me fora while, if you've been on this

(01:30):
journey, you know that everysingle Valentine's Day, I say
very, very similar things, andthey include focusing on
yourself, celebrating the lovethat you have for yourself,
versus getting stuck in thestory.
If perhaps you're single, getting stuck in the story of

(01:53):
this sucks and I'm all alone onValentine's Day, or if you are
in a partnership, a relationship, and you're unhappy.
There's been plenty ofValentine's Days where I have
felt completely alone in arelationship, and please know

(02:16):
that my heart goes out to youand I am sitting right there
with you.
Or maybe you find yourself in ahappy relationship, in a
sustainable and productive andcomfortable and safe
relationship, but you'd stilllike to learn about mastering
self-love and mastering lovewherever you find yourself,

(02:46):
coming, settling in today, please know that there is a spot
for you at this table, there isspace for you here, and I hope
that this idea, theseinvitations, speak to you.
So I'm really going to go overthree main ways, the three ways
to master self-love, but I'mgoing to start with spoiler

(03:07):
alert there is no masteringself-love.
Mastering something sounds sobig to me that I can't, possibly
.
I can't possibly imagine thatanyone could say this is how you

(03:28):
master self-love, Because loveand self-love, self-respect,
self-compassion, empowermentit's a journey.
Do we ever really get to thedestination of?
Oh, I'm a master at this.
I've been doing so much workinner work, outer work, all the

(03:55):
works for years now.
I would say like deep in it forat least three to four years at
this point, and I would stillnot consider myself a master.
I cannot come to you and tellyou I love myself 100% of the
time and I'm completely happywith myself 100% of the time,

(04:19):
and everything is dandy, sunflowers and roses 100% of the
time.
Now, dandy, sunflowers androses 100% of the time.
Now we can evolve on thisjourney.
This is a journey.
This is not a destination, andso I can confidently and
honestly come to you and saythat I have more respect, more

(04:41):
compassion, more love, moregrace for myself today than I've
had in my entire life, especially the respect and the
confidence I have, moreconfidence and more stability in
my relationship with myselfthan I have in my whole life.

(05:04):
So this is coming from a placeof speaking of the journey, so
let's dive into it.
I don't want to make this asuper long episode.
Let's talk about the three waysthat we can master self-love,
and let's first talk about whythis is important.

(05:24):
I would argue and a lot ofscientists, a lot of researchers
, a lot of people would arguethat you cannot have a healthy
relationship, you cannot havethe most successful version of
your business, you cannot havethe most aligned version of

(05:46):
yourself, you cannot have themost safe and secure foundation
of a family without thestrongest foundation of loving
yourself.
There's all of these quotes,right?
One of the quotes that youmight see on Instagram is you
can only meet someone to thedepth of which you've met

(06:08):
yourself.
That's what makes a really goodcoach, a really good guide
someone that has really gonethrough the shit and faced their
trauma, their shadows, theirguilt, their shame, their
happiness, their joy, their joyit's all of the range of
emotions.
You can't love someone more thanyou love yourself.

(06:30):
You cannot love someone deeperthan you love, than what you
have already loved yourself.
And there's so much that wecould go in behind here.

(06:53):
Very simply, we can't.
We can't truly.
What is that quote from Hitch?
You don't know where you'regoing until you've you know
where you've been.
We can't truly go somewherethat we have not.
We can't go somewhere withsomeone, with a client, with a
relationship, with a partner,with a friend.
We can't go somewhere withsomeone that we haven't already
gone ourselves.
So one of the things that Iremind myself when I'm going

(07:14):
through the shit, when I'm goingthrough the darkness, is that
this is actually going to allowme to be able to meet my clients
on an even deeper level, on aneven more intimate level,
because I've gone here and heldmyself and helped myself and

(07:37):
supported myself and showed upfor myself in this dark time,
myself in this dark time.
So that is one of the reasonsthat we are talking about this.
The other reason we're talkingabout this is what I originally

(07:57):
mentioned is if you want touplevel your business, if you
want to deepen yourrelationships, if you want to
find more success, feel morealigned, feel more empowered, we
must go on this self-lovejourney.
That's where it all starts, allof our actions.

(08:19):
Brene Brown is one of myfavorite people to follow and
learn from, because she talks alot about shame and one of her
arguments is that all of ouractions are rooted in shame or
fear of being ashamed, fear offailure, fear of being seen
right.
We don't want to feel shame andguilt, and one of the ways that

(08:42):
it's not that we need toeliminate shame, that we need to
run away from shame, it'sactually learning how to be with
that part of us, and that'sreally what self-love is is.
I think, when we start thisself-love journey, we go on the
whole idea of hmm, let me takethis nice bath and let me go get

(09:06):
my nails done Self-love I usedto on my on my YouTube channel I
think that they're still there.
I think I have this folder,this playlist.
That's like self-care Sunday,right, and like I'm talking
about, like skincare and haircare and like getting your nails
done, whatever it is, andthat's where that's, that's,

(09:27):
that's cool.
That's a great place to start.
That's that's where we canstart sometimes.
But it goes a lot deeper thanthat and if you're on that
deeper level of, okay, now I'mready to really get into it, I'm
done the the nails and thebaths, and not that you're done
them.
You still do them, but I wantto get a little bit deeper.

(09:48):
This is how we get deeper.
The first place that we can lookto begin this journey of self
love and self love truly is selfacceptance, is self-acceptance.
It's accepting all parts ofourselves, not developing the

(10:16):
pieces of ourselves that we love, that we're proud of, and then
shaming the rest and runningaway from the rest.
It's embracing, it's welcomingwith a warm hug.
Embracing is welcoming with awarm hug.
Shame, fear, guilt, grief, grief is a huge one, not.
How can I process through thisgrief and trauma so then I can
come out the other side.
How can I welcome this griefand trauma and this shame?

(10:43):
The first place we're going tostart we're going to use our
tools, because I'm a prettyleft-brained person left arrow
in human design.
I am a pretty structured and Ilike building tools in our
toolbox.
So we're going to use our toolsand the first tool we're going
to explore is human design, specifically learning our human

(11:06):
design energy type.
And if you are new to humandesign, if you haven't learned
about human design, first of allmake sure that you follow me on
Instagram.
I post a lot about human design.
I also have podcasts on theintro to human design energy
types.
You could check out my YouTubechannel.

(11:28):
You could also just simplyGoogle the human design energy
types.
Find out your energy type.
There's five main energy typesin human design.
You can be a generator, amanifesting generator, a
manifester, a projector or areflector, and your energy type
in human design is how you movethrough this world, how your

(11:51):
energy moves through this worldand how does this relate to
self-love?
It aligns with ourself-acceptance.
It's learning our uniqueblueprint, how we uniquely and
authentically move through thisworld Very similar to astrology.

(12:12):
So just how like you have a sunsign.
In astrology.
You have an energy type andthis is based off of the time,
the location and your birth datethe time, the location and your
birth date.
So this is based in a lot ofEastern philosophies.
It also is based on quantumphysics.

(12:35):
It's your unique blueprint.
It's how you were created tomove through this world.
Your energy was created to movethrough this world.
Why this helps with developingyour self-love journey,
developing you along thisself-love journey, is because it
gives you a permission slip tobe seen, to be witnessed.

(12:57):
When I first learned about humandesign, one of my biggest aha
moments was learning that I am amanifesting generator and
manifesting generators arecreated to do to spin a lot of
plates, to do multiple things atonce and it's not necessarily

(13:19):
opening up this conversation oflike multitasking or anything
like that, but manifestinggenerators tend to move pretty
quickly and they tend to balancea lot on their plate and they
tend to like variety.
And so when I was before Ilearned about human design, I
went to school for speechlanguage pathology.

(13:41):
I got my master's inspeech-language pathology but
the entire time that I was inschool, the whole six years, I
worked at least two differentjobs while going to school
full-time, while balancing arelationship, while having this
group of friends and havingliving my normal college
experience.

(14:02):
And I worked two jobs at oncethe entire year.
So even when I came home forChristmas break and summer break
, I would work at the grocerystore that I worked at in high
school, or I would work with mystepdad who had his own business
, or I worked at a daycare and Ibabysat the entire time as well

(14:24):
.
So I guess three jobstechnically year long.
And I graduated with with mymaster's degree in speech
language pathology and I got myfirst full time job, like dream
job.
I got a job at a hospital and Iwas able to work outpatient
pediatrics and inpatient acutecare and ICU care and I thought,

(14:49):
wow, this is like this, is it?
This is what I spent the lastsix years doing, this is what
you're supposed to do, right?
Quote unquote Get you know agood, sustainable full-time
position.
And I was one, two, three, fourmonths in and I was like okay,
and I just could not shake thisfeeling that this could not be

(15:13):
what the rest of my life lookedlike.
I could not be someone thatworked corporate nine to five,
monday through Friday.
I didn't feel I would use theword now.
I didn't feel aligned, it wasnot in alignment and fast
forward a couple years.
When I learn about human design, all of this clarity comes to me

(15:36):
.
I finally understand that'sjust not how my energy is
created to move through theworld.
I like to switch things up.
There's a reason that I havethree main tools that I teach
with my clients, that I walkthrough in my group coaching
container.
I love to learn and teach abouthuman design, cycle alignment

(16:01):
and somatic breath work, andeven within my business there
are so many different facets tomy business.
I have my podcast.
I have my YouTube channel.
I have my one-on-one clients.
I have my podcast.
I have my YouTube channel.
I have my one-on-one clients.
I have my group mentorshipcontainer.
I have my in-person events ofmy new moon grounding circle and
my somatic breath work.
To some listening to this, thatmight be completely overwhelming

(16:24):
.
It might be.
You might be thinking like sheis crazy.
She has so much going on.
She has too much going on.
This is not sustainable.
My imitation, my argument, mythought would be you're probably
any of the other energy typesyou might be, and specifically

(16:45):
you might be a projector or areflector, because your energy
is created to move verydifferently through this world
than mine.
If you're a projector, one ofthe invitations to explore is
leaning into your rest.
Same with manifestors.

(17:06):
Manifestors have more restperiods that tend to be more
like.
You might have a period of highperformance, kind of like that
ovulation or that summer energy.
You might have that period ofthe sprint, but then you're
going to have this period ofdeep rest.
Projectors are going to havedaily periods of rest, or that's

(17:30):
your invitation is.
Could you be more productive?
Could it be more sustainablefor you to take 20-minute breaks
throughout your day than to goyour nine to five straight out?
These are invitations.
I'm not going to go into everysingle energy type Maybe this is
a YouTube series idea but theseare invitations to explore.

(17:55):
Start with your energy type.
Learn how you were created towalk through this world, because
what my life experience was isin that whole example that I
gave.
That I gave as I'm movingthrough my late teens, early 20s

(18:19):
, mid 20s.
I remember my mom would alwayssay you do so much, hannah, you
have so much on your plate allthe time.
You need to slow down, you needa rest, and my mom is a
projector.
It was a lot for her to watchme, to see me.
And my mom is a projector.
It was a lot for her to watchme to see me.
That's not how her energy iscreated to move through the

(18:40):
world.
And so for me, what ended uphappening was then I questioned
myself like am I doing too much?
Is this too much?
Do I need to slow down?
I didn't feel like I was doingit right.
But the answer here is that shehas her own energy type.
I have my own energy type, andthere was a lot of moments in my

(19:04):
life where I did shame myselfand question myself and doubt my
choices or what I was doing, because I felt like other people
thought that I was doing itwrong, because the people that I
was surrounded with, they havedifferent energy than I have,

(19:25):
and there's nothing wrong witheither of these people.
That's the acceptance piece.
When we understand, when wehave this illumination, then
we're able to understandourselves a little bit better,
and with understanding comesacceptance, comes welcoming all

(19:46):
of these different parts ofyourself, of myself.
So that's invitation number oneto mastering self-love.
Look at your human design, energy type.
Invitation number two one ofthe biggest pieces that really
changed the game for me in myself-acceptance journey is

(20:11):
learning my cycle, specificallymy menstrual cycle.
But if you've again, if youfollowed me, you know that I
really talk in tandem with themoon phases.
So if you haven't heard thisanalogy that I use, this
illustration that I use, thismight be really helpful for you

(20:32):
to begin learning cycles is wehave four main phases of our
menstrual cycle.
Whether you're someone thatactually menstruates or not, you
still are going through thiscycle because you're a female,
because you're a woman.
So we have our menstrual phase, which is our bleed.
We have our follicular phase, which is after our bleed.

(20:55):
We have our ovulation phase, which is kind of like our peak
of energy hormones, and then wehave our luteal phase, which
leads us then back into ourmenstrual phase.
So we have four main phases ofour menstrual cycle.
We have four main phases of themoon, four main phases of our
menstrual cycle.
We have four main phases of themoon.

(21:15):
So, if we want to add one leveldeeper with our menstrual phase
, our menstrual phase alignswith the new moon energy.
Our follicular phase alignswith the waxing moon energy.
It's growing bigger in the sky.
The illumination of the moon isgrowing bigger.
Then we have our ovulationphase, which aligns with the
full moon, and then, finally, wehave our luteal phase, which

(21:40):
aligns with the waning moon.
One last layer on top of thatis we can align these phases
with seasons as well is we canalign these phases with seasons
as well.
So we have our menstrual phasenew moon equals our winter
season, the energy of winter.

(22:01):
We have our follicular phasespring, which equals oh,
follicular phase.
Waxing moon, which equalsspring energy.
Then we have our ovulationphase full moon equals summer
energy.
And we have our luteal phasewaning moon equals fall energy.

(22:27):
And why how this has made such abig difference again in my life
?
I can only give examples of mylife, because I'm the one that
when this was around probablyyou know, around my luteal and

(22:54):
menstrual, right before mymenstrual phase, but I would
judge myself so much like oh, Ican't lift as much in the gym, I
just feel really tired, mymuscles feel weak, I just want
to sleep.
I don't feel like going outwith friends, I don't feel like
socializing.
I don't feel like going outwith friends.
I don't feel like socializing,I don't feel like being
productive, and so I'd lay onthe couch to allow myself to

(23:17):
rest, but instead of actuallyresting, I would just be shaming
and judging and hating myselffor not being able to be
productive, for not being ableto do the work, follow up with
clients, create the content, whatever it is, and then, of

(23:39):
course, I mean we know, ifyou've walked through this
before, you know that a lot ofthat shame and judgment and
hatred, self-hatred, spirals usinto just avoiding it altogether
.
And so then, even when ourenergy comes back up, we tend to
not want to do those thingsanyway.

(24:02):
So when I learned the power ofcycles, when I learned how to
align with the energy, how totap into really is what it is
tap into the energy of where Iwas at that moment in time we
can learn the energy of ourmenstrual phase.

(24:25):
And actually what we do workingtogether, what I do working
with my clients, is learn how toharness and optimize each
season that we're walkingthrough.
So instead of shaming andguilting myself for having a
little bit lower energy, Ilearned the superpowers of the

(24:49):
luteal phase is being able totie up loose ends.
It's almost like thatpreparation phase.
We organically have this energyof tying up loose ends,
returning the final emails, cooking, prepping the food for

(25:10):
our menstrual phase.
Final emails cooking, preppingthe food for our menstrual phase
.
Really being able to slow down, because a lot of times when we
actually slow down, we can see,we're able to zoom out, we can
see the bigger picture of thingsand then the reflection phase
of the menstrual cycle, of themenstrual phase, being able to
reflect on where I am.
Take that pause to stop, zoomout.

(25:35):
Where am I on the right path?
Is the path that I am currentlyon the path that leads me to
where I want to be, or do I needto adjust my phase?
There are superpowers of eachphase of our cycle that we walk
through every single month as awoman and when we learn to
optimize those.
That propels us so much on ourself-acceptance of our self-love

(26:00):
journey.
So that's number two is to diveinto your cycle.
There are so many books that Icould recommend to actually
learn, like these, the differentpieces of our cycle.
That's also really what we divedeep into.
In Sync, which is my groupmentorship container, we have

(26:23):
online training modules.
That breaks down in depth everycycle the luteal phase, the
menstrual phase, the ovulationphase, the follicular phase.
It also breaks down.
It goes a little bit further tobreak down how we can align the
foods that we eat in each phase, how we can align the movement

(26:44):
that Number three, final phase,is get into your body, our soma.
Soma means our body or ourliving wholeness.

(27:06):
We spend so much time living inour minds, living in our heads,
trying to think our way throughour emotions, our feelings, our
problems.
We spend so much time thinkingif I could just learn this, if I

(27:30):
could just learn the steps toself-love, if I could just learn
the blueprint to optimization,if I could just learn the
healthiest way to eat or loseweight or the right way to go

(27:50):
about achieving clients andattracting my dream client, then
I'll be successful.
But here's the secret thatnobody wants you to know because
it cuts them out.
Your body knows you hold theout.

(28:11):
Your body knows you hold theanswers.
Your body keeps the score.
Your body holds the wisdom yourbody knows.
And to someone hearing this, that's at the very beginning of
their somatic journey, thismight not even make sense.

(28:31):
This might be way too woo-woofor you.
It might be really overwhelming.
It might lead you to feelingvery lost and confused.
Take a breath.
There's no.
The good thing about somaticwork truly is.

(28:51):
There's no right or wrong wayto tap into your body.
There are invitations.
We could tap into our body usingbreath work, using pendulum
tools.
We could tap into our bodyusing embodiment exercises or

(29:14):
working with a somatic coach ortherapist, and these are all
really great tools.
I use them.
This is what this is.
Another aspect that I use withmy coaching clients is
introducing and exploringdifferent somatic tools to see
what might resonate the mostwith you.

(29:35):
But you don't need a somaticcoach.
You don't need anyone.
Pull up on YouTube somaticbreathwork session.
I actually have a dailybreathwork exercise.
Through the link in my bio onInstagram, I want to say
possibly it's linked in the shownotes below.

(29:56):
If not, I'll make sure to linkit in the show notes of this
episode below.
We can tap into our body usingmeditation techniques Maybe not
so much the guided visualizationmeditations, but like a
grounding exercise or agrounding meditation or a yoga

(30:19):
nidra is a really great way wecan tap into our body.
There are a lot of ways that wecan tap into our body.
Dance is a great way to tapinto your body.
Anytime that we're able to slowdown and simply be in the

(30:39):
present moment.
You are tapping into your body.
Anytime that you're connectingto this present moment, you're
tapping into your body, evenjust right now, as you're
listening, whether you'redriving or you're doing the
dishes or you're sitting, wherever you are, arrive in this

(31:01):
moment.
Feel your feet, notice whereyour feet are landing in this
space in this time.
Maybe you're laying down, sothey're kind of landing.
Your heels are touching the bedor the couch, but your toes are
up in the air.
Maybe you're driving.
Can you feel the gas pedal andthe brake pedal?

(31:21):
Maybe you're standing in thekitchen or you're going for a
walk.
Can you feel your feet on thefloor, the entirety of your feet
?
Where are your toes versus yourheel?
Where is the arch of your footversus the top of your foot?
These are really beginner ways, introductions of how we can tap

(31:44):
into our body, introductions ofhow we can tap into our body.
Learning how to tap into ourbody is a really powerful tool

(32:05):
for our self-love journey, because when we're able to
strengthen the communication ofour body, the communication to
our body, then we're able tolisten to our body and our body
truly does tell us what's inalignment, what's in
misalignment, what's right forus, what's not right now for us,

(32:26):
what's right for us, what's notright now for us.
But we've spent so much timebeing conditioned.
This isn't necessarily yourfault.
It's just how we live in thissociety.
We've spent so much time inthis society being conditioned
of listening outside of us.

(32:48):
If you're sick, what's the firstthing someone says?
Go to the doctor or takemedicine.
What's the word?
Cover up our symptoms, put aband-aid over our symptoms.
When we're sick, it's our bodyspeaking to us.
Our body doesn't speak in words.

(33:09):
Our body doesn't know how tospeak in words, so it speaks
through sensations.
So when you're sick, what's thesensation?
Your nose gets stuffy, yourthroat hurts, your body aches,
you might get a fever, you mightchange temperatures warm or
cold.
When you feel unsafe, your bodydoesn't tell you.

(33:32):
I feel unsafe right now.
You get symptoms, you getsensations of anxiety, you might
get a heart racing, you mightget a little bit dizzy, you
might feel this knot in yourstomach.
When your body feels safe andwhen it feels happy, you're
going to get the sensation of awarm heart, of peace, of

(33:56):
contentment.
Maybe you feel a sensation ofwarmth radiating throughout your
body.
Our body doesn't speak in words,it speaks in sensations and
when we're able to learn thecommunication of our body.
When we're able to learn, oh,this pit in the bottom of my

(34:17):
stomach or this tightness in mychest, that's my body saying
this is misaligned.
When I feel this energy drainfrom me, that's my body saying
I'm in misalignment.
This isn't for me right now.
When I feel this rising ofenergy, when I feel this warmth

(34:39):
or this fire in my belly, when Ifeel this lightness, I feel
physically lighter that's mybody saying this is in alignment
, this is working.
That's learning thecommunication of our body and
that is propelling us on ourjourney of empowerment, our

(34:59):
journey of self-love andacceptance, because we are
moving from this place of tryingto numb and dissociate from our
bodily sensations to trustingthem, to honoring them, to
wanting to notice, wanting tofeel these sensations.

(35:25):
Because then we're not spendingso much time in our heads, we
can overthink so much.
I don't know about you, but Iam a chronic overthinker.
I can spend a lot of time in mymind and I can convince myself
and justify and talk myself intooh no, this is actually in

(35:49):
alignment, this is actually.
Maybe it's not in alignment, but you can actually do this.
This is okay, where it'sclearly out of alignment and my
body is clearly telling myselfthat we can think our way into
so many things.
What if we started feeling ourway through this world and we

(36:14):
can only begin to feel our waythrough this world by slowing
down Our body, also our body.
Communication, that learning ofcommunication, developing that
connection, is going to be slowBecause, think about it, however
old you are I'm 30, I've spenteasily the past 26 years of my

(36:39):
life conditioning myself andlearning to listen to my
thoughts versus my body.
So it's going to be a slowprocess and you can start.
Your invitation is to start justsimply noticing the sensations
of your body.
That's it.
You walk into a restaurant.

(36:59):
Notice any sensations that havechanged from when you're
driving to the restaurant towhen you're in the restaurant,
when you meet a new person.
Notice any sensations that comeup, without labeling them good
or bad, just notice.
I always get a little bit oflike my heart speeds up.
My heart rate speeds up when Iam about to start a podcast

(37:23):
interview, not so much when I'mby myself.
This feels very cozy and I likethis.
I love podcast interviews too,but I always get my heart speeds
up a little bit.
I get a little bit nervous.
It's just noticing.
It's not good or bad, it'ssimply noticing.
So those are your threeinvitations to begin to well,

(37:47):
not to begin to continue on thisjourney of self-love,
self-acceptance, self-mastery,if we want to put it that way
Learn your human design energytype, explore your cycle phases
and begin to tap into your Soma.

(38:08):
And let me know how this isgoing for you, let me know what
comes up.

taking that next step into themore aligned version of you, the
deeper, more intimate versionof you.
