Setting an intention is the act of stating what you intend to accomplish through your actions. It’s a commitment to what you want your journey to be about as you move forward in your life. And when you set an intention, the first step is opening yourself up to the possibility that a particular outcome can actually happen. This requires a leap and letting go of the old beliefs that may be causing you to doubt your potential success.
