This week we take time and talk about how it seems very difficult to live in the moment.
We have all heard the saying "Stop and smell the roses", but for many of us this seems difficult if not impossible.
We then discuss how we as humans have a tendency to move from one thing to the next without fully enjoying the moment, we are currently living in.
Whether our life feels mundane or repetitive or we are going through a dark season, for one reason or another we find ourselves counting down the days until our next weekend off or our next vacation.
We have to be careful about getting in this vicious cycle because if we do not slow down and be intentional about living in the moment, we will find ourselves at the end of our journey on earth regretting the fact that we didn't stop and enjoy them as much as we should have.
Join me as we discuss how we can be intentional about living in the moment and look at scripture that guides us along the way.
