On March 26th, 1998, 13 year-old Tristan Brübach went to school (in the Höchst district of Frankfurt). It was the day before Easter break and he had tried to get out of going to school, telling his father he needed to see a doctor, because his back hurt, but his father sent him to school anyway. He would be in school for most of that day, but early that afternoon, Tristan was given permission by a teacher to leave school to see a doctor. Using public transportation, Tristan headed to a nearby train station... where he ended up sitting around for several hours. Classmates would later say that he looked like he was waiting for someone. Hours later, in the early evening, the body of Tristan Brübach was found in a nearby tunnel. He had become the victim of a bizarre and savage killer, who has not been identified in the 25 years since...
