In January, 1999, high-school student, Hae Min Lee, was murdered in Baltimore. Her ex-boyfriend, Adnan Syed, was later convicted and sentenced to life in prison for her death. Years later, Adnan was released from prison.
In this episode, we discuss the murder and conviction. We also discuss what led up to the release of Adnan from prison. Was it a botched investigation that led to a wrongful conviction or did the justice system error in Adnans release?
