On the morning of April 9h 2016, some severed remains of a human arm, leg, foot and head were discovered by a Seattle resident, discarded in one of their own empty recycle bins.
As investigators worked feverishly to identify the victim, more discarded remains were found in the Cental District of Seattle, Washington.
Within days detectives arrested John Robert Charlton for the murder and dismemberment of a mother of 3 from Renton, Washing. Ingrid Lyne.
