As you all know, we have been on a weird journey when it comes to their careers. So today we thought it would be fun to look at some things that job ads include that either come across as a green flag, or things that are just an outright red flag.
We begin by Kelly posing a question to Ella around etiquette at a sporting match and her thoughts on letting children get ahead of adults, as they 'are just children'. Kelly has some strong opinions on this.. but lets see what Ella has to say.
We then dive into our discussion and end up (as per usual) getting quite passionate about our discussion, and have now promised to come up with our little cheat sheet on the REAL meaning behind words used in job ads.
We of course never finish without our toxic tales and today's one we are hearing an outrageous story in the health care industry about a patient who has no filter.
