Cheese. SarahCheeseLady.com isa place that you can see some awesome

Yeah.
According to aspentimes.comthis lady is going to transform a
500 pound wheel of Wisconsincheddar into a detailed edible work
of art.
Whoa.
She did not just carve thiswheel of cheese, but she did it live
in a sculpting event.
What?
They invited the public towatch this entire sculpting process.

This 500 pound wheel of cheesestood 22 inches tall.
Holy cow.
This cheese wheel came fromHenning's Cheese in Keel, Wisconsin.
Hennings was founded in 1914,and they continue to make cheese
using traditional methods.They're among the few in the US that
still craft large formatwheels. Some of them reaching how

And 10ft in diameter.

Sarah Kaufman journeyed intocheese sculpting beginning in 1981
with the dairy Farmers ofWisconsin. She worked as a commercial
artist and later as a creativedirector. In 1996, she carved her

first wheel of cheese and sheeventually left her job to pursue
cheese art full time.
Wow.
Sarah has over 1000 sculpturesto her name.
Holy cow.
Including Guinness worldrecord recognition for the largest
cheese carving ever.
Cheese. Living a dream.
Well, you might think that'sliving a dream. But according to
newson6.com an Oklahoma womanwon $1 million. And you want to know

Lay's the chip people had acompetition in 2025 called do us
a flavor. Over 700,000 flavorideas were submitted during the contest.
Holy cow.
A couple of the runners up.Valentina and Lime.
Okay.
And Wavy Korean Style friedchicken. But the winning flavor is

bacon grilled cheese. It joinsa lineup of lay's Crispy Taco Southern
Biscuits and Gravy CheesyGarlic Bread and Wavy Fried Green
Tomato.
Nice.
According to wbir.com there isonly one store in Knoxville that's
Dedicated to cheese and it'scalled Euphoric Cheese. They offer
over 75 different cheese varieties.

This store opened in 2021 andthey cut cheeses to order. According
to their website, euphoriccheese.com they have carried over
500 different types of cheesessince they first opened.

You can get charcuterie, youcan get just sliced up cheese, and
you can get something theycalled a snackle box. And it looks

I doubt that, but apparentlythere was an influencer in the UK

His first was a white trufflecheese and he said it smelled crazy.
And the second one, he held upto the camera and said it looked
like ham. Don't want to eatcheese in the car. Well, you don't
have to. At Shane's Lafayettein downtown Lafayette, Louisiana,

there is something that looksabsolutely amazing. It's called Shane's
Loaded Mac Bar. You can buildone of the following. You could build
your own Mac and cheese bowl,a loaded potato, a grilled cheese
sandwich, or a salad. Theysaid think Chipotle, but cheesier.

The picture they show here isMac and cheese just slathered in
ooey goodness. Back in May,Qdoba had the coolest thing I think
I've ever seen.

They had a topper for yourgraduation cap. They had an Instagram
post where five lucky fanswould win chips and queso cap and
one year's worth of free Qdoba.

This thing looked like a giantsquare. It was a thing that went
on top of the cap. It held thechips, and in the middle it had the
bowl for cheese. It was pretty funny.
