When I gave healing a fair shot, I started with the mirror. I met my younger self eye to eye—and she deserved more.
Henri McKinnon’s self-awareness work gave me language for what I had carried. Tarot dropped a truth bomb I never expected, and the Five of Pentacles showed me two figures I needed to let go.
Tori Hartman helped me trace that fear back through silence and grief—what began as paranoia became perspective.
Tapping came in when I froze before hitting record—Gary Craig and the Ortners built the foundation, but Jenn Dragonette gave me a fresh sequence I could actually use.
And the one tool I come back to again and again—Ho’oponopono.
Each of these practices helped release a piece of the blame I held. This episode opens the door. Future episodes will go deeper into the tools that helped me untie each of the seven deadly NOTs—starting with my interviews with Brenda Johnston, Kimberly Lynne, and the 50-year-old miracle that cracked me open in the best way.
