n this episode, I’m opening up about what burnout really felt like for me—how it crept in, how it impacted my mind and body, and what I’ve been doing to slowly, gently heal. I’m sharing the nervous system tools, morning practices, and evening rituals that have helped me feel more regulated, safe, and connected again.

If you’ve ever felt drained, disconnected, or like you were just going through the motions, this is for you. You’re not alone, and there are softer ways to come back to yourself.

As promised, here are some nervous system regulation toolsthat I use throughout my day.

·        Breathwork (4-7-8, Sigh Breath, Box Breathing)

·        Yoga Stretching (especially heart-openers or hipreleases)

·        Shaking out the body or Somatic Dancing

·        Cold exposure (ice water on face/neck, coldcompress)

·        Orienting – Slowly looking around yourenvironment and letting your eyes land on safe or soothing things (a groundingvisual reset)

·        Vagus Nerve Stimulation – Humming, chanting“Voo,” or singing gently

·        Hand on Heart + Belly – Slows your breathing andgives a felt sense of safety

·        Walking Barefoot (Earthing) – Regulates byconnecting you to the earth

·        Progressive Muscle Relaxation – Gently tensingand releasing muscles in small areas (shoulders, jaw, hands)

·        Rocking or Swaying – Self-soothing motions thatmimic early nervous system safety

·        Touching something textured – Holding agrounding object (crystal, soft fabric, wood) and mindfully feeling it
