In this episode, I chat about my journey through Bali, Thailand, and India over the past few months.
I share my experiences training in Muay Thai in Thailand, navigating dengue fever while back on the GC running an event, exploring Northern Thailand, attending a Buddhist monastery and finally landing in India for a 2-month yoga training.
Throughout the journey, various personal challenges arise that lead me to significant self-transformation. I reflect on the lessons learned and express my commitment to a new three-year venture.
