Sergey Brazhnikov is an award-winning personal trainer and wellness educator specializing in human movement. With a unique approach to well-being and fitness, Sergey has worked with UFC fighters, football players, and other high-level athletes.
Sergey's journey began after a shoulder injury in 2011, leading him to learn from top coaches like Christopher Sommer and Ido Portal.
He is passionate about sharing his knowledge through group classes, personal training, and online coaching.
Sergey's qualifications include certifications from reputable institutions like the New Zealand Institute of Health and Fitness and the Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist program as well as being certified in mobility coaching, Gymnastics Strength Training & ZUU. He has also trained at Ido Portal Movement Camp and Gymnastics Bodies to develop a broader skillset.
