On this episode I talk to you guys about the ‘Eridu Genesis’, the real Sumerian creation story. Various fragments of Sumerian texts have been pieced together to create the Anunnaki narrative; a supreme race of aliens that came to earth hundreds of thousands of years ago who populated the Earth with their biological experiment; Humans.
You may be surprised to find out that although the Anunnkai are real; a label for the collection of Sumerian gods; their story has been manufactured by mainstream pop culture and Dubois scholars and theologians.
The actual story is quite short and has few scattered Biblical parallels which is not what pop culture presents.
