Louisa Plasberg hatte nach ihrem Politikstudium einen Bilderbucheinstieg in Berlin. Nach kurzer Zeit merkte sie, dass sie was verändern möchte und wagte den Schritt in die Selbstständigkeit. Nachdem diese dann sehr gut lief, entschied sie sich dazu equaly zu gründen mit dem Ziel Paare zu ermutigen, offen darüber zu sprechen, wie sie Care Arbeit – also Kinderbetreuung, Haushalt & Co.– in ihrer Beziehung aufteilen wollen.
