On Saturday morning at Lad Lake Academy (St Rose location), there was a disagreement between a group of girls. The staff were with the other girls and Libby walked to her room and grabbed her belongings. One staff member was talking to Libby to get her to stay but there was only one staff member and they stated they needed two staff to restrain her. Libby walked out the door. Libby walked down toward Capital Dr in Milwaukee. On the phone they stated after the juveniles walk out the door down toward Capital Dr they often then go EAST. PLEASE PLEASE IF YOU KNOW ANYONE IN OR AROUND THAT AREA PASS THIS INFORMATION ON.
