Ever wondered if your guardian angel is in the unemployment line? Moose and I kick off this episode by reflecting on some recent hardships and the absence of our producer Sara, which has made us ponder the state of our passion for podcasting.

We dive into transformative steps for personal growth, emphasizing the importance of acting on excitement without expectations and maintaining a positive state. Have you ever judged someone based on a single interaction? We explore how these snap judgments often reveal our own unexamined beliefs.

We chat about Daryl Anka, who channels Bashar, an extraterrestrial being from the future, offering profound wisdom and predictions about contact with extraterrestrials by 2026-2027. It’s a conversation that challenges you to rethink your preconceptions about the unknown. Learn more about Bashar here: https://www.bashar.org/

As fall approaches, the shift from Big Yang to Young Yin energy according to Taoist principles becomes a focal point for how we navigate seasonal changes. From the fall equinox to an impending lunar eclipse, we weave humor and cosmic insights into how these transitions impact us personally and societally. We wrap up with the therapeutic power of laughter, hands-on activities, and staying spiritually connected—humorously suggesting we put our 'angels' to work. Don't forget to catch this emotional and enlightening rollercoaster on YouTube and Apple Podcasts. Special shout-out to our producer, Sara!

Speaker 1 (00:04):
Welcome to the Cat and Moose podcast.
I'm Cat and I'm Moose.

Speaker 2 (00:09):
This is a true life podcast where we explore the
quirks of being human.
Hey Cat, hey Moose, hey Sarah,oh wait, oh wait, there's no
Sarah, she quit.
We're not sure if sarah quit orwhat the deal is, but she's not
here, um, so there's that well,I mean, there's some explaining

(00:32):
to do.
Let's talk about what happened Imean, okay, like let's at least
tease something exciting first.
Okay, here's a couple thingscoming up.
If you just started listening, cat's in in a bad mood, so we're
going to explore that.
I'm going to talk aboutsomething called a same height
party and hobby horsing.

(00:54):
We'll also talk a little bitabout cancer, I know and don't
worry, but maybe worry, I don'tknow and a few ideas to make you
get into your passion.
Okay, back to what's happened.

Speaker 1 (01:09):
I think that this should be the inspirational
moose podcast.

Speaker 2 (01:15):
I've just tried to get our listeners over the hump,
so if you haven't noticed thegood if you have.

Speaker 1 (01:22):
we haven't had a podcast for three weeks and so,
um, shit happens right, and like, like it feels to me and of
course I am, I can't know howanybody else is feeling but like
it feels to me, like all thebad shit's happening to me this

(01:43):
week, and I feel like ithappened to Sarah last week and
I don't even know about thethird week, it was probably you
like that something terrible washappening to you.
And so it's just like why isthis so hard when it is like our
life's passion?
And it makes me want to go backto my early fundamental
Christian church teaching and itmakes you want to go.

(02:07):
If you are doing something forthe Lord, the devil is going to
put everything he can against it, and that that is what it feels
like to me right now girl, youneed to pray for a hedge of
protection around your heart.
I do and I found out fromanother friend the other day for
a hedge of protection aroundyour heart.
I do, and I found out fromanother friend the other day

(02:28):
that a bunch of heavenly angelsare actually in the unemployment
line because people are so fedup with with Christianity and
spirituality and stuff like thatbecause of everything going on
in the world, that nobody'sremembering that they have
angels who will do whatever weask them.
Create a hedge of protection.
Protect me as I drive my carwhat is happening?

Speaker 2 (02:52):
what the hell I'm stuck on?

Speaker 1 (02:56):
I'm stuck on heavenly angels in the unemployment line
yes, I texted this to you guysthe other night and both of you
were like what the hell are youtalking about?
Well, you're always a good time.

Speaker 2 (03:10):
I gotta tell.
I gotta tell the world we'regoing to just do a spoken word
podcast of moose, which is mesharing cats.
Late night texts in the therapyvoice.
Text in the therapy voice.

(03:32):
Give us an example.
Okay, here's a text from Kat toMoose and producer Sarah.
At 10 40 PM in Nashville, I allof a sudden got so worried this
might be so triggering forMoose.
I am so sorry if it is, andjust know that I'm 100%,
completely okay.
I love you guys so much.
I think the podcast has reallygreat potential and I think
something magical is going tohappen.
Also, remind me to tell youabout the angels the angels in

(03:56):
the unemployment line.

Speaker 1 (03:58):
Yes, but that was like from my heart, like I was
worried Cause the text beforethat, I was telling you that
like I'm, I might be likecertifiably crazy, like I might
be losing my mind.
And then I was like, oh my gosh, like you grew up in a
household with someone who wasliterally like losing their mind

(04:22):
and so I was worried.
First of all, did I say thatright?

Speaker 2 (04:27):
Well, I was going to say I wouldn't say he was losing
his mind.
That's what it felt like, um I?

Speaker 1 (04:33):
but yeah, I mean he was schizophrenic, paranoid
schizophrenic, which at thattime there wasn't a lot of
things you could do for it, andso it just was a shit show all
the time you could do for it,and so it just was a shit show
all the time and I was worriedthat like I was coming across as
such and so I just really wastrying to be sensitive to you.

(04:54):
And then it reminded me.
So one of our mutual friendsand I were hanging out and she
was telling me that she wasspeaking with another friend who
basically said because ourculture has gotten so kind of
put out with traditional kind ofreligious stuff in general
because of, like, the socialmedia, the political climate

(05:18):
that we're in right now, it'slike people talking about
spirituality is just kind of onthe decline, according to this
person.
I don't know if that'sstatistically true or not.
I think it should be on thesharp incline, because I feel
like we all need a lot of help.
She was just saying thatbecause people aren't focusing
on spiritual things as much asmaybe they have in the past,

(05:40):
that they are not employingtheir guardian angels, that they
are not employing the angelsthat have basically been given
the task of protecting them, andso she said it's basically like
there are angels in heavenstanding in the unemployment
line and but they can't work forcash because they're angels.

Speaker 2 (06:00):
Yeah, so that's very interesting way to put it.
I mean, that can be a countrysong, don't you think?
Yes, yes, I do, I do angels inthe unemployment line waiting on
us to give them a sign they'rehere to protect, but we don't

(06:22):
take the time now.
Angels are standing in theunemployment line uh, um, so
that would suggest that theangels don't do the work, unless
we believe in them.

Speaker 1 (06:37):
I mean, I think it suggests that like you got to
have a bit of a symbioticrelationship, you know, now I
think god is different.
Like I think god is likegodiotic relationship.
You know, now I think God isdifferent.
Like I think God is like God'sgoing to be God, you know.
But like if an angel is likethe only job I have is to do
whatever cat asked me to do, andcat doesn't ever ask me to do
anything, then I don't have ajob.

(06:58):
Do you call on your angels todo things I do now?
Oh, after this conversation Iwas like well, what in the world
Like this is so brilliant.

Speaker 2 (07:09):
You put your angel on the unemployment line.

Speaker 1 (07:13):
I have to admit that I had, and I have invited all of
them to come back to work, andonly if the work is as
fulfilling as our podcast is tous, absolutely.

Speaker 2 (07:25):
Yeah, okay.
So speaking of fulfilling andangels, this was on the line for
me of how woo woo do I gettoday?
And it feels like, with youbeing in a bad mood, we might as
well just go neck deep intospirituality.
What?

Speaker 1 (07:42):
do you say?

Speaker 2 (07:43):
That sounds fantastic , okay.
So in the past, I've talkedabout this character before and
I want to be clear that itsounds batshit crazy, okay, but
I also think that you know aChristian pastor making like $3
million a year is a littlebatshit crazy.

(08:03):
So you could really choose yourpoison.
And I'm not saying Inecessarily believe all of this,
but what I am going to sharecomes from a source that I want
to be honest about.
There's this guy named DarylAnka, and he's just a normal guy
that is a filmmaker and aproducer, and all that guy that

(08:28):
is a filmmaker and a producer, and all that, but he claims that
he can channel a future, someone from the future.
Oh, this person also claims tobe an extraterrestrial, okay,
okay, so it's a little cuckoofor Cocoa Puffs.
However, I dare you to go watcha little bit of it or go to his
website, anyway, all that tosay.
His name is Daryl Anka.
He, the entity that he channelsI know I sound crazy, but it's

(08:53):
so interesting and it's it's,it's curious, I'll say that is
called Bashar.
So, anyway, there are one ofthe things that Bashar talks
about as far as, like, whatcould humans do better, if you
will, in the present moment isacting on your excitement, and

(09:14):
the step one of that says act onyour excitement, your passion,
whatever is most exciting to youin the moment.
Do this every moment that youcan.
So that's step one.
So I wanted to ask you rightnow in your life, is there
anything that you are incrediblyexcited or passionate about

(09:36):
that you're willing to share?

Speaker 1 (09:41):
Yes, I'm excited and passionate about getting to be
sometimes a bystander andsometimes a facilitator, and
sometimes just an observer ofpeople's healing.
I really, really love that.
I'm really passionate aboutthat.

Speaker 2 (09:59):
I love that, okay.
So step two, kat, I want totell you about is do this to the
best of your ability.
Take it as far as you can gountil you cannot take it any
further, which I love, which isbasically.
Even when it sucks, don't giveup if that is your passion.
Step three act on yourexcitement or passion, with

(10:21):
absolutely no insistence, assumption or expectation of
what the outcome should be.
That's the hardest part.

Speaker 1 (10:31):
Agreed.
That's the hardest part, because we have attachments Like
we go like.
This is then, therefore, whatthat looks like, and it's like
it's never what it looks like, you know.
So it's like that's really thisperson's from the future and
there's an extraterrestrial.

Speaker 2 (10:48):
We're not focusing on that.
We're focusing on the wisdomthat comes from the being.

Speaker 1 (10:51):
They seem to be really symbiotic.

Speaker 2 (10:55):
I know it's really like hit me in the heart lately.
Okay, there's two more steps.
Step four choose to remain in apositive state regardless of
what happens.
Okay, I've been practicing thislately and this is where you're
at today, and the only way Iknow to do it because I'm such a

(11:17):
like drop an F-bomb type gal isto take a deep breath when it
all happens and go.
If they are my teacher, whatare they teaching me?
And we're going to come back tothat, because I want to hear
the goods.
And then step five is constantlyinvestigate your belief systems

(11:42):
.
Release and replace theunpreferred beliefs that are,
the fear-based beliefs and thebeliefs not in alignment with
who you prefer to be that isstep four in this step are are
very, very, very, very hard forme basically talking about
limiting beliefs going okay, okay, right here.

(12:04):
I actually have a blind spot.

Speaker 1 (12:11):
I'm being super sensitive about this, this and
this, you know, and is that alimiting belief or is that
discernment?

Speaker 2 (12:20):
Well, I my opinion is , limiting beliefs are I'm not
going to say this perfectly, butin my opinion are things that
we believe about ourself, thatare patterns of thinking that
are not who we are, but ideaswe've created about ourselves.

Speaker 1 (12:40):
Oh, wow, so this is the I'm dumb, fat and stupid
voice for me.
Yeah, okay, got it.

Speaker 2 (12:45):
But it's also when and I do this all the time, so I
am guilty as charged it's alsowhen someone comes at you in a
way that feels aggressive orwhatever, there's an offensive
nature to it and you make anopinion about the person based

(13:06):
on that one interaction which wedo all the time.
Like oh, not, they treated mepoorly in that situation, but
instead they're horrible, uh,horrible person.

Speaker 1 (13:20):
I did that to someone completely.
I mean, I guess it wasintentionally.
This week I was talking to to afriend and I was talking about
someone else and I was like canyou believe that this person
acted like this?
And blah, blah, blah.
And then I said how this personacted and then said that person
is horrible, like a full adultconversation.

(13:40):
And I was like Kat, what areyou doing?
Like this person you're talkingabout might've just been having
a terrible day.
Like that doesn't make them abad person, jeez.

Speaker 2 (13:50):
Oh, I do it all the time and it's usually with
people I've never met like youknow, like someone driving or
something.
I'm like I've never met likeyou know, like someone driving
or something.
I'm like you know what the hellis wrong with you.
You're dangerous, you know.
Or, or you know, if you're atlike the DMV and someone treats
you crappy, like they are a badperson, and it's like, oh, maybe

(14:11):
they're just having a shittyday too, right, right.

Speaker 1 (14:14):
Most definitely, and well, I want to go back to this
this person from the future whois an extraterrestrial Now is
the person who is from thefuture, who is also an
extraterrestrial, channelingthis other character, bashir.

Speaker 2 (14:31):
No, daryl is a normal guy who's a filmmaker and all
these other accolades.
He just happens to have theability to channel some beings
not just Bashar, but otherbeings, apparently as well, okay
, and this being Bashar that heis channeling is the one who is

(14:51):
from the future.

Speaker 1 (14:53):
Correct, also an extraterrestrial.

Speaker 2 (14:55):
Yes, ma'am, wow, you've got it right, okay.
Okay, this is fascinating.
I'll put his website in the inthe show notes because it is
fascinating.
It's weird, but it I mean thereis so.
And people, he has these smalllittle get togethers where
people come and ask Basharquestions and he channels for
like three hours and I mean it'sa little odd at times because

(15:18):
Bashar doesn't have a lot ofsocial uh, he shouts sometimes
yeah, I mean there's things youhave to get past, but the wisdom
is really.
It feels like humanconsciousness in a lot of cool
ways.

Speaker 1 (15:32):
That is really neat and I I'm going to have to
probably go down a little likerabbit hole of watching and
listening to this person.
And also, if you have a reallybig uptick in like subscribers
and viewers and website visitsand stuff like that, could you
give the Cat and Moose podcast alittle shout out?

(15:53):
That would be amazing.

Speaker 2 (15:54):
From the future?

Speaker 1 (15:55):
Yeah, if it's just Bashir, like going like cat and
moose, change the world, youknow, or whatever it's like.
That'd be fantastic, I know, Iknow.

Speaker 2 (16:05):
One of the things I recently saw is that, uh, he's
not big on predictions, I guess, but he did predict.
I mean, this is crazy.
I'm not even gonna say it, butone of the things he predicted
coming up if you want to believeit, I don't know that I do but
is at the end of 2026 or thebeginning of 2027 we will have

(16:26):
an experience of open contactwith extraterrestrials.
So I know, I, I hope for that aslong as it's not scary, I mean
I don't want like war of theworlds kind of thing happening.
No.

Speaker 1 (16:38):
Yeah, but he doesn't he doesn't act like.

Speaker 2 (16:40):
That's what it is.

Speaker 1 (16:41):
Well, that's good and to me I've always been kind of
curious about like humanbehavior, obviously in general,
but it's like the fact that thatwhen we don't know about
something, we respond in angerand fear and violence.
It's like I you know what, ifsomeone is coming all the way

(17:03):
from another planet to come andvisit with us, why do we assume
that they're what's?

Speaker 2 (17:09):
the word I'm looking for.
Their plan is to destroy usWell a lot of people think it's
because the earth is such afabulous place they want to take
it over.
Yeah, we clearly only knowabout our solar system, so I bet
there's a lot of other fabulousspots out there.

Speaker 1 (17:30):
It's really amazing.

Speaker 2 (17:32):
One quick thing and then I have to ask you about
your day.
Speaking of human consciousness, I do believe that it's a
similar idea as prayer If we, ifpeople, come together and
believe the same thing, thatincredible things can happen and
you know who knows what ispossible.
But I wanted to take a moment.

(17:52):
We have a good friend of ours,uh, Teresa, who is going through
a cancer journey, and I justwanted everyone to send their
good vibes and love and healingand all the things to our friend
Teresa and anyone else that ismanaging cancer.
I feel like I've had so manyfriends sort of going through

(18:13):
this in the industry I work inright now and and, uh, I just
thought it would be a cool thingif everyone that listens to our
podcast would send her goodvibes and anyone else that's
listening who might be dealingwith that.
I sound like one of thosepeople that um start prophesying
what has happened.

(18:37):
Did we just turn into like a, afreaking woo, woo podcast, bro?

Speaker 1 (18:45):
I think maybe we did just for a moment I am
definitely to blame, okay whatis going on?
Well, I'll tell you what'sgoing on is.
There's a lot of weird stuffgoing on right now.

Speaker 2 (18:56):
Agreed, agreed okay, tell me about it.
So, so, some of the lot ofweird stuff going on right now.
Agreed, agreed, okay, tell meabout it.

Speaker 1 (18:58):
So.
So some of the weird stuff thatis going on right now is we are
entering into the season offall um in the Northern
hemisphere of this fabulousplanet that we live on, um
Sunday was the fall equinox, which basically means that, as
opposed to the sun beingdirectly above the equator, the

(19:18):
sun is now directly above um,the tropic of cancer corn,
cancer corn, wow.

Speaker 2 (19:31):
That's the best thing that's ever happened on our
podcast.
That can't be possible.
That just came out of my eyes Imean cancer were on like you

(20:08):
were.
I thought you were anastronomer for a minute and then
I didn't know.
Some demon came in.
Bashar came in and said cancercorn.

Speaker 1 (20:25):
Cancer corn.
Okay, well, basically, what I'mtrying to explain is that the
Earth's position from the sun inthe fall changes.
That's all I'm trying to say.
So our days get shorter okay.

Speaker 2 (20:43):
So you know how you anticipate what people are gonna
say.
Yes, I, I was following man, Iwas there, I mean for an adhd
kid.
I was so damn focused and yousaid, okay, the sun's over the
equator.
And now the sun is over and Ithought it's either going to be
the north or south pole and Ijust got thrown with the cancer,

(21:03):
corn cancer.

Speaker 1 (21:07):
Corn is the tropic of cancer.

Speaker 2 (21:09):
Corn is what came out of my mouth hey, we just gave
everyone a great laugh aftersending some love to cancer man.

Speaker 1 (21:18):
Oh man, I sure hope so.
And Teresa, you have got mylove and prayers and support and
well wishes.
And if there are any unemployedangels that would be willing to
hang out with our friend Teresa, then please go, go and help,
go and help, okay, so where itdoes that sun move is what

(21:41):
everyone's waiting to hear.
It basically its position withthe earth changes and that's
what makes the seasons change.
Like.
This is not like a new concept.
It's been happening forbillions of years and so
basically, in the NorthernHemisphere our days are getting
shorter, um, our weather isgetting cooler, things are

(22:03):
changing.
If you look at it from a taoistperspective yin yang, five
element theory, like all of thatkind of stuff it summer we move
from Big Yang to Young Yin,young Yin, young Yin.
So if you think of the littleYin Yang, symbol the sperm

(22:27):
looking thing.
Yes, yes, where the head of thesperm is the biggest, that's Big
.

Speaker 2 (22:34):
Yang energy.

Speaker 1 (22:36):
If it's the white side of it, it's big yang energy
, where the head of the sperm isthe biggest where it's black,
then it's, it's big yin, whichis it kind of toward the end of
winter, and so all of that tosay is that shit is changing.
The trees are changing, thebushes are changing, the pool

(22:56):
water temperature is changing, the grass is changing like it.
We're in in, we being, uh, alsoon this earth are changing in
this time of change and, um,this season I feel it cat man, I
do too and then we had a lunareclipse that had something to do

(23:18):
, I think, with actual Capricorn, there's something like that.
So we've heard, so we've heard.
And then we also have, like, this asteroid, like coming at
the Earth, that's going to beour oh, we do.
Yes, it's going to be ourminiature moon for a certain
amount of time, so we're goingto.
Actually it's going to be kindof like in Star Wars.
We can see like two moonlooking things.

(23:40):
Can we go back to comingtowards the earth part?
Well, coming within thevicinity of the earth, I don't
think we're worried about thisone.
Hitting the earth, okay, good.
And by coming near the earth Imean like millions of miles,
okay, cool Away.
So all of that to say isthere's just a lot going on.
There's a lot going on in theworld.

(24:01):
There's a lot going on in theuniverse.
If you look at it, our, you know, socioeconomic, political
situation that our country's inright now, it's nuts, like
everything is just nuts, and soI feel like what's going on with
me is just my experience ofthat.
Yeah, I agree.

(24:23):
And so I'm able to step backfrom it, kind of like what you
were talking about about theperson who's a terrible driver,
being a dangerous person.
You know, instead of being ableto go, this is because that
person did that to me I'm ableto go.
Okay, this person did that.

(24:43):
It feels like it was toward meMaybe it was, maybe it wasn't,
and this is how it's affectingme.
Maybe that is about me, maybeit's not.
It's like.
I feel like I'm really gratefulfor that discernment now,
because I'm not just likepitching a fit like a
three-year-old, pitching a fitlike a three-year-old and also
going like the change of seasons, if, if it is greeting you or
any of our listeners in asimilar way.

(25:05):
Hang in there, guys like.
Hang in there, guys.
Like.
Because nothing.
When something gets too big, ithas to become small.

Speaker 2 (25:12):
Yeah, oh, you see what I'm saying, like the yin
yang.

Speaker 1 (25:16):
Yeah, yeah, and that's why they call it young
yin, because big yang is now gotthe little tail of the sperm
going young yin, young yin.
And so now we're going to getinto the more yin seasons of
fall and winter.

Speaker 2 (25:31):
And does that, I'm guessing, because of what
happens in nature, is that theletting go season?

Speaker 1 (25:38):
Oh my, gosh, you're not going to believe what I'm
about to show you for real.
Did you paint me?

Speaker 2 (25:44):
something no metal element.
Autumn of fall, dryness, letting come and letting go,
openness, extreme emotion, grief.
Oh, everybody get ready forsome grief, I mean it comes and
goes, doesn't it?

Speaker 1 (26:02):
I mean?
But you just called it Like.
Is it like a time of letting go?
Yes, it is.
And I was reading thisdescription of autumn and the
metal element and this is froman adapted text from Life Dance,
the five phases, by MichaelBerry, in a complete guide to

(26:22):
acupressure edited by IonaTeagarden, so I want to give
credit where it's due the lastline of this description about
fall and this change of seasons.
The metal element says ofseasons.

Speaker 2 (26:43):
The metal element says often we are uncomfortable
being human, oh 100.
So there's that.
Well, because I mean honestly,I think we are spiritual beings
and human bodies and this isuncomfortable yes, you know,
yeah, yeah it is uncomfortableto have to navigate a world that
has so many boundaries set forus that are not even spoken, and

(27:03):
we're just these giant, glowing, high vibrational beings that
want to love and connect.
But there's a lot of things inthe world and some of them
rightly so saying it's dangerousout there.

Speaker 1 (27:18):
Yep, yep, isn't that fascinating.
I had a friend tell me theother day that she has become
friends with a homeless person,my point being is that this
person said something along thelines of I can't be indoors

(27:38):
because I'm too big.

Speaker 2 (27:38):
Whoa.
I believe that.

Speaker 1 (27:40):
Yes, I really resonated with me too.
Oh my gosh, that's good.
So therefore, I can't.
I'd love to live in a house.
I can't live in a house.
I'm too big for it, isn't thatamazing?

Speaker 2 (27:53):
Oh my gosh, I my soul like, is clapping.
Oh, that's awesome.
Well, here's the thing is.
I know I guessed the rightthing on letting go, but I
believe most of what we need toknow is shown to us in nature,
absolutely.
But we spend too much timeinside of buildings and we can't

(28:16):
see it, we can't be reminded ofit, and that's why we got to
get out into the forest.

Speaker 1 (28:22):
Yes, and it's like that's why grounding is so
important.
It's like go put your feet inthe grass for five minutes, yeah
, and see if you can eventolerate it.
Yeah, because five minutes isgoing to feel like a really long
time if you don't practice thaton a regular basis.
It's like can you just standwith your feet in the grass,

(28:42):
your feet on solid ground, forfive minutes and just see what
that feels like?

Speaker 2 (28:50):
I'm sorry, but that is more my style when it comes
to regulating my nervous systemthan jumping in an ice cold bath
, which I know that is the wholething.
Yes, good job.
But also I've had enough shockand trauma in my life.
I'm not going to intentionallyput myself in that situation.
Yep, same same 100% agreed.

Speaker 1 (29:13):
So what situation would you put yourself in?

Speaker 2 (29:16):
well, I'll myself.
I like to walk around and the FI just pictured myself like out
in my neighborhood walkingaround.

Speaker 1 (29:25):
That's what I just pictured.

Speaker 2 (29:27):
Just my backyard, but I like to walk around without
shoes on in my backyard, Um andlike, check on all the
vegetables and the you knowlittle tiny garden Well, in your
backyard is a heavenly oasis, Imean it is just stunning.

Speaker 1 (29:43):
It is Every time I come over there, producer Sarah
gives me a tour and shows meevery plant or every fruit or
every like I trimmed this and Ipruned this and I added this and
I planted this.
I mean, she has got a reallyphenomenal talent.

Speaker 2 (30:01):
She does and I.
She has said before that herbackyard represents how her
mental health is doing.
Oh wow.

Speaker 1 (30:09):
Well, she's doing great.

Speaker 2 (30:12):
Well it's, let's be honest.
It got Brown there for a littlebit.
That grass got a little brownback there and then she had to
work on it.
So we all have our little bumpsand bruises around mental
health.
But yeah, I think like you, Kat, you said recently you like
doing things with your handswhen you're stressed out or all

(30:34):
that.

Speaker 1 (30:34):
Yeah, well, I can say that, like I have had just over
30 minutes of time virtually inyour presence, indoors in a
building, away from the grass, away from the trees, away from
all of nature, that I need to beallowing my body to mimic, and
it has done my heart so muchgood because I was in such a bad

(30:56):
mood when we first startedtalking and now I have laughed
so hard and so much energy hasmoved.
I'm so grateful.

Speaker 2 (31:05):
Well, I think that big laugh from your angels that
inserted a voice that saidcancer corn really did it for
all of us.

Speaker 1 (31:13):
Yeah, I think so too, and if anybody wants to look it
up, you'll see that I mean thetropic of Capricorn.

Speaker 2 (31:23):
And, uh, guys, I need you guys to go check on your
angels.
Man, they're in the governmentcheese line and y'all need to be
putting them to work.
