Katty is the founder of Cre8action, a forum and team facilitation practice. She is also the president of Artisan Creative, a digital, creative, and marketing recruitment agency with a focus on creative, marketing, and design talent. Artisan Creative is a WBENC-certified Women's Business Enterprise.
She brings over 20+ years of "people and culture" experience helping teams grow, adopt best practices and create action. Combining her business acumen with her facilitation skills, Katty helps entrepreneurial companies, teams, and forums maximize their potential.
Raised in San Francisco, England, and Iran, Katty brings a multi-cultural perspective to her interactions. She earned a BA in English Literature from UC Santa Cruz and a Merchandising Degree from FIDM in San Francisco.
Katty is a speaker, a podcast host and currently working on her first TEDx talk. She has spoken at EO’s Global Leadership Conference to share her journey with 1,200+ member leaders in attendance.
