How easy it is to travel down the worry wormhole? Something happens:
a good event happens in your life,
a great invitation is offered to you,
a friend gives you a compliment.
You have a choice - to accept and enjoy. Often we do this but then in the next moment we also put on the brakes. It is as if we feel we don't deserve this good fortune or good feeling.
