Cindra & Luke are powerhouses in intimacy and relationships and are pioneering such important work within this space. On this pod we discuss the dynamic nature of relationships and how they need to evolve and grow, and the power that communication has for voicing what you need, want and desire. We discuss the importance of finding yourself and seducing yourself first because YOU are the center of your intimacy.
As we age and as our relationships evolve, we change, our partners change, and it is important to communicate about this and understand one another so you can maintain that bond and connection and ensure both people in the relationship are being valued, appreciated and accepted for their needs, wants and desires. Cindra & Luke run a couples coaching platform together, called conscious couples coaching and also work separately and privately for 1:1 workshops and sessions to dive deep into your intimacy and how that shows itself both in your own body and in relationships. They work with all individuals in a unique way. We met these two at sexpo in Brisbane and the way they speak, explain and educate is like no other. They provide such a safe and accepting space to share your vulnerabilities and your desires and let you be free to be who you are with no shame or judgment.
