Keeping it Real, Mama

Keeping it Real, Mama

Every parent has a story. When I had my daughter in 2022, I quickly realized how hard it is to be a mother and how important it is to provide a platform for parents to talk about their prenatal, postpartum, and parenting experiences. If there's anything I learned as a mom, you need to give yourself grace. On Keeping It Real, Mama podcast, I listen to your stories — from birth experiences and miscarriages to postpartum depression and anxiety to the struggles and joys of toddler parenting. You have a voice, and you should be heard. Thanks for following along. Remember: You got this.
