KC's major league sports teams moving to Kansas has always been inevitable.  It's not just that the STAR bond money is too good to pass up, in the case of the Chiefs, they had no option to build new with an entertainment development anywhere in Missouri.  The team is fibbing.  This wasn't close, it wasn't decided last week and was more like a 48-3 football beatdown.  No Missourians should rejoice they aren't on the hook for it a...

Monday will be better than Sunday for the Chiefs as the state of Kansas is set to announce somewhere between $2-$3 billion will be given to ownership to build a new stadium, offices and practice facilities.  This the beginning of the end of the Truman Sports Complex.

The team is absolutely embarrassed on the field against he lowly Titans Sunday.  I can't remember anything this ugly.

The December 31 deadline for STAR Bonds in Kansas to finance 70 percent of a new stadium for the Chiefs and Royals appears to be exactly what we have said here for three years now... an offer too good to refuse.  We have the details on what a appears to be decisions by both teams to follow the yellow brick road.

President Trump addressed the nation Wednesday night, somehow hoodwinking all the networks to air something that was nothing more than a political speech filled with stuff we already knew.  He seemed nervous, grumpy and the teleprompter threw him off several times.  It was not his best night and Americans, one week from Christmas, don't want to be told that money isn't tight.  I don't understand this one.

President Trump has announced the United States has surrounded Venezuela with a complete blockade of sanctioned oil tankers in an effort to cut off all the money flowing into that country.  At the same time, he's announced he will address the nation Wednesday night from the White House in a speech that's expected to feature accomplishments and plans for 2026.  Let's hope he stays on script.

It seemed too good to be true Monday night when everyone was jumping for joy Patrick Mahomes got after it and immediately had surgery to repair a torn ACL.  The Chiefs told us there was nothing more and Andy Reid said it would be a quick recovery.  Wrong.

Dr. Dan Cooper, in Dallas,  operated almost immediately after diagnosing a torn LCL along with the ACL.  We explain why this had to be done fast, hear from an expert docto...

The Chiefs season is over for all intents and purposes and it's time to get real.  You have an aging quarterback that has slowed down and now has an ACL surgery.  High priced older players that don't play to the level expected and a team that is poorly coached.  Ya, that's pretty much everyone.  The only thing to say is there is no continuing with the same plan to keep the band together.  If the Chiefs want to chase more Super B...

Its a Fun Friday for sure but we start today with three bad guys that we seem to just accept as bad guys and they are sort of mocking us all.  What's going on?

A pair of tv peeps are playing the race card in the strangest of ways and it truly feels like desperation for a ploy that's on life support.

Who even knew T-Mobile still had 3500 employees at 119th and Nall in Overland Park at what used to be the Sprint Campus?  Well, the Royals now  controll it all and T-Mobile says the owners are not allowing T-Mobile to stay after their lease expires in 2029.  We all know what that means.

Sunday night's awful performance against the Texans at Arrowhead will be the game remembered as the end of an era.  The Chiefs have had an amazing decade of football but it's obviously time to re-think everything. This season is toast.

Chris Klieman retired from coaching football Wednesday after 7 years at Kansas State, a whole bunch of wins and a Big 12 title.  So why was this all so somber and strange?   Even AD Gene Taylor came in after Klieman spoke (and took no questions) and started talking about retirement himself.  Reports everywhere confirm that Collin Klein is the next head coach but Taylor said he hasn't talked to the former KSU star and doesn't hav...

In many ways it was a somber holiday after an Afghan national goes crazy in DC and kills a member of the National Guard and leaves another in serious condition in the hospital.  This all has a very hollow feeling to it as we have allowed our country to become something it shouldn't be.

You sure wouldn't think dems are very thankful as universities are promoting Thanksgiving as a "day of mourning" and a mission to "decolonize" the holiday.  This is happening while their leaders are trying to derail our military.  Unbelievable.
