Empowering youth to self-manage mental, emotional and physical wellbeing with the simple and evidence-based mindfulness tools of breathing, moving and journaling. In Season 5, Detective MindDee and the Ace Academy, 5th grade Curiosity Crew (Mikaela, Minh, Madeline, and Mateo) set out to solve mindfulness mysteries involving lost confidence, building resilience, managing fear, and so much more. Can you solve the mystery before the super sleuths do?
