In 1908, the body of 20-year-old Hazel Drew was found floating in Teal’s Pond in Sand Lake, NY. A coroner’s inquest determined that she’d died before her body was left in the pond… but a team of 12 detectives were unable to determine whodunnit. This is the murder that inspired the TV show Twin Peaks… and two superfans may have finally solved the case.
