Tracy talks about the disappearance and murder of Sonya Ivanoff, an Alaska native woman. Her murder unveils the years long abuse of power by a police officer in a small, rural town where much of his abuse was committed upon Native Alaskan women. For information, Tracy referred to Fatal Frontier: Evil in Alaska, The Star Advertiser newspaper, and the court transcripts from the trial.
