She shared how nervous she was,how her whole body trembled as
she delivered the words.
But even in the shaking, sheknew in her heart this was the

It was hard in the moment, butonce the dust settled, she felt
lighter because she was finallyaligned with what was real.
That moment reminded me thatsilence may feel safe, but it
keeps us stuck.
