#052 Who is on your team?

On today’s podcast I discuss the importance of your team. Even if you’re a solopreneur, you’re still going to need a small support team. The first member of your team is your mentor, who is guiding through the process so that you know you can succeed?

Next, you’re going to need a graphic designer and someone who has some tech-background so that they can help market your services and set up email marketing systems - bonus if this is the same person.

Think of the ways you can leverage people around you to build your team so that you can focus on doing what you love- using your Spiritual gifts to serve and help shift people's consciousness.

However, here is the key point, you need to understand the basics of the task first before handing it off to someone else. Here’s why: I hired someone who I thought knew what they were doing but they didn't understand me or my market at all. And I ended up in a less than ideal situation because I didn’t take the time to understand the task myself before handing it off.

As an entrepreneur you need to know the basics of your business so that when you hire someone else, you know what you’re hiring them for, it's not just a blind, here do this for me, you want to make sure that you are handing things off to your team that you already know how to do. It’s incredibly important to know that they are doing the job correctly.
