Welcome to the fourth episode of "The Sacred Shift" series. Host Sabrina Hammonds opens up about feeling weary as she approaches the 5-year mark in business, and how God showed her this isn't starting over - it's another layer of what He's already built. A deeply encouraging episode for anyone feeling tired on their journey.

  • You're not back to square one after years of building
  • God is doing a new thing, but it's built upon your solid foundation
  • The feeling of "beginning again" is actually moving into greater impact
  • Physical weariness can come from trying to figure it out in your own strength
  • God invites us to partner with Him, not carry the load alone
  • True rest goes beyond naps - it's a deeper level of trust
  • Feeling constantly needy for God isn't weakness - it's exactly where He wants you
  • Apart from Him, we can do nothing, and that's by design
  • Let weariness drive you closer to the Lord, not away from Him

If you're feeling weary from the journey:

  1. Remember your foundation - Look back and see what God has already built through you
  2. Stop trying to figure it out alone - Partner with God instead of carrying it in your strength
  3. Embrace your neediness - Recognize that needing God constantly is actually a good thing
  4. Use weariness as invitation - Let it lead you to deeper relationship with the Father
  5. Take time to sit with Him - Find blocks of time to just be in His presence
