She also goes into detail about how each of her children were affected by oral dysfunctions and ties and why those things were treated and corrected, even at later stages in her breastfeeding journeys – she reflects on these things as she is in training herself to become a certified International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Macy digs deep into oral ties, their history dating all the way back to biblical references, and reflects on the beauty behind a baby’s natural breastfeeding instincts.
