This episode tells the story of identical twins Kevin & Karl Dugar, Vice Lord gang members from Chicago, IL. They had a life of selling drugs on the streets and were in and out of prison until Kevin met a woman whom he was willing to change his entire life for. When a murder happens with a rival gang one night, Kevin goes down for the murder and is sentenced to 54 years in prison.
