Aktuelna tema proteklih mesec dana koja se izdvojila jeste ponovni talas otkaza u IT industriji. Na stranu to što je nekoliko firmi otpustilo veći ili manji broj zaposlenih, neke od njih su to i uradile na, u najmanju ruku rečeno, loš način.

Inicijalna ideja za temu podcasta jesu najskoriji otkazi u Two Desperados-u koji su podiglu veliku prašinu na društvenim mrežama, kada je otpušteno blizu 20 ljudi. I Nemanja je bio u "žiži" zbivanja jer je komentarisao objave i želeo da se javno zna šta se i kako desillo.

Međutim, nije sve tako crno. Vuk i Petar su podelili dobre savete i prakse. Pričali smo o tome kako najpre treba komunicirati kada dođe do otkaza a da to najmanje štete donese i zaposlenima i firmi.

Kroz ovu epizodu Kolegijuma nije bilo mnogo smešnih detalja, jer smo se svi složili da je tema takva da više "boli" nego zasmejava. Ali smo uspeli da održimo pozitivan ton, budemo maksimalno otvoreni i nastavićemo da pričamo na ovu temu dok ovo što je sada drugačiji način ne postane nova normalnost. 💪
