Sebastián Llapur es conocido por tener varios registros de voz, con los cuales ha interpretado a varios personajes populares, muy distintos entre sí como Eduardo en la serie Mansión Foster para amigos imaginarios, Diego a partir de la segunda entrega de La era de hielo, Bruce, el tiburón en el clásico animado Buscando a Nemo, y Coloso en las películas de Deadpool, y el que es su personaje más emblemático Marcus Fénix, el protagonista de la saga de videojuegos de Gears of War.
Otros papeles importantes incluyen: Duck Dodgers en la serie animada homónima, Quico y la segunda voz del Señor Barriga en El Chavo, la serie animada, Thorín escudo de roble en la saga fílmica El Hobbit, y varias voces de personajes secundarios en Los Simpson. Todos ellos en México.
Sin mencionar que es la voz oficial de Darth Vader en los proyectos de Star Wars, y de Sub-Zero en los de Mortal Kombat, entre otros.
