Luis Carreño conocido por ser la voz de Bob Esponja en la serie homónima desde la segunda temporada estrenada en el año 2000, Perro en CatDog, la segunda voz de Max Steel en la serie homónima y sus películas, Martin Mystery en la serie homónima y Tres espías sin límite. Tambien prestó su voz a Felix en el galardonado corto animado Hoy no se hace pastel de Chucho.
Comenzó a hacer doblaje en 1992 a la edad de 16 años para Etcétera Group en la telenovela brasilera Pantanal con el personaje de Reno.
Actualmente reside en Miami, Florida, doblando y dirigiendo proyectos para estudios como The Kitchen y BKS desde octubre de 2015. Además fue locutor de radio por Hot94, realiza publicidad y ha participado como actor en teatro y televisión.
