(00:00):
Hi, and welcome to anotherepisode of Kuntarkis.
My name is Maquion, and thisepisode is on natural healing
aids.
We start off with me mentioningsunburn from seed oils.
Someone said that if you arelacking in the negative seed
(00:21):
oils, you won't burn, you won'tburn in the sun nearly as badly.
Seed oils like canola oil, etc.
Hang on, say that again though.
Seed oils, if you're lacking, ifyou don't have, if you're not
eating bad foods that include alot of processed stuff,
including having seed oils likecanola oil and such, that you
(00:44):
won't burn in the sun nearly asbadly.
As in, if you do have the seedoils, you will burn more.
I can understand that because ofall the chemicals, yes.
And also most of the oils thatare all negative, they're,
all extracted chemically througha heating process.
(01:05):
And that also going into yourbody.
Yeah, it's possibility.
Absolutely.
The whole point about, I comeback to the same thing I said, I
think a few days ago or lastweek, if we look and study the
animal world, like thevegetarians, right?
(01:25):
And even the carnivore animals, all the vegetarian animals,
either eat off the grass or eventhe dry grass.
Or they eat of what they callit, the soft parts of the
bushes, the trees, all that typeof stuff.
And they're out in the sun somuch.
(01:48):
And yet you see certain birdslike the top pigeon birds, what
do they call them?
Pigeon top birds or top pigeonbirds.
There's a name for them.
I'm not sure exactly if that'sright.
They bake in the sun.
They love it.
And they take in vitamin D, eventhough they aren't aware of it
maybe, but they know it's goodfor them.
(02:10):
Now you take the carnivoreanimals, they don't go and eat
any processed food like the onesin the wild.
They go and rip up those poorvegetarian animals that eat good
stuff that has all thenutrients.
And those ones that are doingthat, the vegetarian ones,
They don't eat junk.
(02:31):
They eat good stuff.
Straight from the earth.
Where we, as a species, we'vebeen so highly conditioned to go
and eat shit.
And that's what this, I can'tsay it any other way.
Absolute crap.
Probably, as I said, I think theother day, about 75% of the food
(02:52):
that's produced is absolute crapfor the body.
It ages us.
It causes joint issues.
It turns us into diabeticsbecause of all the sugar
contents of white sugarespecially.
And we are either not aware ofit or we're aware of it, but we
(03:13):
can't help ourselves because ofthe conditioning.
And that's what we have to lookat.
And the oils, you're right.
There are so many oils on themarket.
Canola oil is the biggest poisonoil on the market.
And yet here we are,We use it in nearly everything
and the manufacturers don't evenwant to change, only a few.
(03:37):
So that's that.
Yeah.
Yeah, that's that.
Yeah.
Do you ever eat raw beetroot?
Oh yeah, I have it every day.
Oh, you have raw beetroot everyday.
What do you do, grate it?
Oh, sorry.
When I say raw, it's sliced ina... No, it's not raw.
(03:57):
Raw.
It's in a tin.
It's in a tin.
Yeah, I take it out of a glasscontainer.
Yeah.
Okay, yeah.
You should try this.
You grab a medium-sized freshbeetroot.
You grab a fairly large carrot.
Oh, no, sorry.
This is another one.
Just the beetroot, sorry.
(04:18):
So you grate the beetroot on thegrater, little hand grate, you
can pick them up in, oh look, second hand places, you know,
special shops, Woolworth, whatever, Big W, Kmart, and you
grate it on the rough side, notthe fine side.
(04:38):
So the cuts are a little bitbigger, not big, big, but
bigger.
When you grate it all up, whatyou do is put it into a steamer,
If you've got a small steamer, put it into the actual steaming
pot and turn it on and make sureyou've got water in the bottom.
You know, it's cause steamcoming up.
(04:58):
And normally if you boil somewater, it'll cook faster for
you.
Put the water into the pot andput the steamer tray into the
saucepan and the lid and cookit.
And don't put it on high boil.
Wait till it boils.
The water starts boiling.
then turn it down so it's justsort of medium.
(05:20):
And let it cook for, I don'tknow, normally about 10 to 15
minutes.
But you can actually just get alittle fork and just pick a
little bit out and see what it'slike.
And if it's got a slight crunchto it, that's really good.
Then all you do is get somelittle bit of soy sauce and sea
(05:40):
salt, proper sea salt, and putit over that and just eat it.
And it's absolutely beautiful.
Really good for your body.
It's a cleanser, a bloodcleanser.
That's what it is.
And it's also got protein, gotiron.
In fact, it's got a lot of iron.
(06:02):
So it's a really, really goodvegetable for cleansing.
Cleanses your blood.
Tastes nice too, mate.
It really, really does tastenice.
Thanks for that.
I saw a real of a lady sayinghow well you can flush certain
types of parasites out of yourbody by blending a whole lot of
(06:23):
celery juice in the morning anddrinking a good amount of celery
juice.
And she says, stay home for fourhours.
Because she was implying thatyou're going to have to go to
the toilet.
She says, you might even seethem in the toilet, the ones
that you've flushed out, likethat you've eliminated, the
(06:45):
actual creatures that have beenin there, some of them.
And yeah, just celery juice, just that alone.
How do you do it?
You just make it into a liquidand drink it.
Oh, OK.
Put it through a blender.
Yeah.
And you could add a bit of wateror something or filtered water,
whatever.
(07:05):
Yeah.
Okay.
The other one is clothes.
If you want to cleanse out your,um, your, uh, parasites,
clothes, and that's the samething.
It'll make you go to the toilet.
How do you have them?
You can buy them fresh.
And what you do is all you do,or you buy them, um, um, dried.
(07:27):
and you put them into your, intolike a little half a teaspoon or
a, or a flat teaspoon into a bigglass of, into a big glass or
into a big coffee mug that takeshot water and pour boiling hot
water over it and let it justcool off a little bit and drink
it.
Or you can put it into, um, youknow, into a teapot.
(07:48):
That'd be probably better.
One of those ones have got astrainer and you put it in
strainer.
pour your water in so you canjust keep drinking hot or cold,
doesn't matter.
And that will actually flush outyour parasites.
Wow, I like that one.
Yeah, that's easier than celeryjuice.
Yeah, I think you can getclothes, fresh ones in some of
(08:10):
the veggie shops.
Not more than likely, probablynot in big doubles, sorry,
Woolworths or Kohl's, but morelike in proper veggie shop.
Yeah.
Or if not, just go to Woolworthor Coles and buy the dried ones.
You can see them in littlecontainers or there's packets of
(08:31):
them.
Meisha was telling me yesterday, they have packets of a hundred
grams or, you know, that type ofthing.
Buy that and put a teaspoon intoyour teapot.
Put a bit of green tea in there, like, you know, either a teabag
or, um, or fresh, um, sent yourgreen tea.
(08:52):
It'll just add a bit of flavorto it and then drink that
throughout the day.
And that kills it and flushesit, mate.
Same thing.
Fantastic.
Throughout the day, you candrink it.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Wow.
Yeah.
It would taste interesting,wouldn't it?
Yes.
And you know, you know, the bigsecret is I put that stuff in my
hair last night, that castoroil.
(09:13):
Oh, yeah.
And I did a lot of research onit.
And they definitely, thepractitioners are saying, don't
consume it.
Don't consume it.
Don't consume it.
consume it.
When I was in Adelaide, Iconsumed it every day for all
the time that I was in Adelaide.
And it harmed me in any waywhatsoever.
(09:35):
It's the process.
If it's organic, and it's madedirectly from the cast of beans,
then it's not an issue.
But you take it in warm, sofairly warm water,
like say, boiling water, whatever, half boil, whatever
you want to do it, and put aquarter of a teaspoon, that's
(09:56):
all, just a quarter of ateaspoon into that water.
If you want to add a little fewdrops of honey, just to give it
a bit of taste, because thetaste might not be real good,
just drink that, but make sureyou don't go out, because what
it does, it actually cleans outall the crap
(10:18):
in your bowels and stomach.
You know, your bowels sometimesget stuff that's sticky in a
60-year wall and it can causeall sorts of issues in people as
they get older.
That's why a lot of people getconstipated.
But that stuff cleans you out.
(10:38):
So a teaspoon in like warmwater, is that what you said
basically?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Teaspoon worth.
Yeah.
Okay.
Not a whole teaspoon, only ahalf a teaspoon.
Half a teaspoon.
That's all you need becausethey, what they're saying is
these so-called scientificpractitioners, doctors, they're
saying it causes you dizziness.
(11:01):
It causes you diarrhea.
It causes you, um,There's this funny thing called
empathalia or something or otherand they reckon it can imbalance
something inside your body andmake you dizzy and all this type
of stuff.
Nothing ever happened to me whenI was in Adelaide and I was
(11:22):
taking a teaspoon of itbasically nearly every day
because I knew the healthbenefits in what that castor
bean was and the one I used totake, I used to buy that from
Woolworth.
Now I haven't seen it.
but the one I've got is a verythick liquid.
(11:43):
And I believe it'll be okay, nota problem.
But for skin, if you haverashes, if you have skin that's
got little like, like littlepimply things on it, you know,
if you're rough on your skin onthe back of your arms or your,
or your hands, I put it on myhands last night on my arms and
my skin today, it doesn't evenlook a little, it doesn't even
(12:03):
look like dried out.
and it's really good on theskin.
Clears up everything.
So yeah, so that's a few otherlittle things too.
Apparently, these people whothink that they're experts, like
(12:25):
scientists and all that, they'repaid by the pharmaceutical
companies to put down healthproducts, even with moringa.
They did the same thing.
It'll do this, it'll do thatnegatively.
It's a load of BS.
Moringa powder amongst some ofthe others is one of the most
(12:46):
healthiest powders your bodycould ever have.
And the thing about, what is it?
Castor oil from the castor bean,it's one of the most highest
antioxidant products on themarket.
(13:07):
And what you have in your body,it needs the antioxidants.
And that's what it does, flushout all the crap, because that's
what most people put into theirbodies every single day is
highly processed foods, nothingelse.
(13:27):
I've known people who don't eveneat vegetables or fruit.
They have nothing but highprocessed foods.
And that will cause massiveconstipation, ill health, your
age very quickly and all thattype of stuff.
Yeah.
You reckon it's the same stuffthat others would call Aether or
(13:50):
Chi or Prana.
Would you liken them with livingenergy?
Yes.
Yeah.
But you know that it's livingconsciousness.
It's literally, it'sSee, what happens, what happens,
Mike?
And if we go back and, you know,I can say this and no one's
going to believe it, but I'vegone back to the beginning of
(14:11):
time when the universe firststarted, my father actually
helped me go back.
And I actually saw the darkness, the emptiness.
And then I saw as time traveledthrough, they showed me like a
fast moving picture, all theselittle spots and the spots were
dark.
(14:31):
And then suddenly out ofnowhere, one spot, each delight.
So that means that one livingenergy cell had a conscious
thought.
No one else did, only that one.
From that moment on, that onecell became conscious of its own
(14:51):
space and awareness.
The interesting factor iseverything is interlinked,
everything, especially livingenergy.
Within a space of, how would yousay, time, let's put it as time,
other cells started to think.
(15:13):
Other cells began, what's theword, coagulating into that one
cell, which became many cells.
So consciousness was formed.
So over the millions, sorry, over the trillions and trillions
of years, here we are today, conscious beings.
but we're still living energy.
(15:35):
And we have over fourquadrillion cells, Michael.
And that's a proven scientificfact, far beyond the atom, far
beyond it.
You know how you might have tohave 2000 plus on your, what do
they call it?
Microscope, you know, 2000times.
(15:56):
Well, if you were looking at anatom, say at 2000 time, to look
at a living cell,of living energy, you would
probably have to look at 20,000times, not just 2,000, or maybe
40,000.
Yeah.
Is there anything deeper withina speck of living energy?
(16:18):
Is there a universe within it,so to speak?
Yes, absolutely.
There's a universe within everycell.
And that's where all theuniverses have been created.
Look at them.
There's trillions of them.
Trillions of universes.
billions of planets, millions ofspecies, all from living energy.
Nowhere else, nothing else, except living energy.
(16:41):
Did you learn who was behind it?
You know what I'm asking, don'tyou?
You're asking, I know whatyou're asking.
No, no, no.
Now that's a really, reallydifficult question to answer
because it would be very hardfor most people to say, I
understand.
Do you know what I'm saying?
(17:01):
I understand.
So if you look at all thosetrillions of years ago, and
we've been created from thatmoment to what we are today in
every single universe, and if wetake one cell, and you've heard
me say this before, but it's thetruth, you take one cell and
(17:21):
you're capable of seeing itunder some powerful microscope.
And if you actually dissect itand open up,
you would have the wonderment ofyour eyes shining so brightly to
see that there are cells withincells within cells within cells
within cells going right downinto a world of infinity it just
(17:45):
continues that's why scientistsbelieve we have 37 trillion
cells right we don't we havefour quadrillion because of the
quantity of cellswhich have the quantity of cells
within a cell.
(18:06):
The answer to ask anyone wouldsay, okay, take an ant.
An ant's got a shell.
An ant's got organs to a degree.
It does breathe air.
It feels pain.
It's aware because it'll run ifyou try to hurt it, or if it can
bite you, it'll bite you.
(18:27):
So that cell has organs.
And look how small those organswould be within that little ant.
There are ants that you nearlycan't even see.
And yet, they have what we have, basically.
And yet, they are so small.
So can you imagine what a cellwould be?
(18:49):
And a cell within a cell withina cell.
So we have to look at theuniverse as total infinity.
It goes beyond all things.
Wow.
And yet there are trillions andtrillions of others as well.
Probably in multitudes ofdifferent ways, the way that
(19:10):
they connect or link up or don'tlink up, I don't know.
Exactly.
Wow.
There's still be, do you reckon, for really advanced beings, even
like Yarkiss Kariss, there wouldbe a bit of a map that he would
understand in himself as forwhere to go between all these
different universes.
I mean, I know that when youWhen you visited the nipulins,
(19:31):
there were like a hundreduniverses over to their own
spots.
There must be a bit of a layout.
Oh, there is.
There is.
There is.
And you know, the funny thingis, a lot of some scientists or
even lawyers wouldn't be able tocomprehend it or accept it.
If you were travelling in adirection, staying out of space,
(19:51):
you would be passing throughdimensions and not even knowing
it.
You wouldn't even know it.
And you would travelthrough the nipulent
7-dimensional universe and noteven know you're doing it.
Because of the vibration, whereit's so different to what the
(20:12):
3-dimensional vibration is.
It might resonate at, say, Idon't know, 24,000.
A 7-dimensional beam mayresonate at, say, 190,000 or
250,000 cycles per second.
No one will ever know, Michael, and I'll be honest.
(20:32):
Not one will ever know.
They're still like all lifebeyond the physical third
dimension still exists withinthese areas of universes and
such.
They're still here, obviously.
Yes, yes, absolutely.
The same part with us as humans.
(20:53):
We have scientists that are nowcreating this modern technology,
right?
And a lot of the technology wehave is definitely alien or
alien sources.
Now, we take Nikola Tesla.
I personally believe, becausehe's in the car on from many,
many lifetimes, he learned howto connect to his cellular cell
(21:16):
in his cellular memory.
And I think that's why hecreated metal discs that could
fly vast distances.
Today, Elon Musk has created aUFO, a spacecraft.
In fact, two of them, twodifferent types.
(21:37):
One that looks like some sort ofa plane that can travel beyond
sound.
And the other one is looked likea modern spacecraft.
And that's the one that couldwipe out any country within
seconds.
And that's scary.
(21:57):
You have to ask yourself, whydid he invent such a destructive
device?
If he was more balanced in hisemotions, because I still
believe he carries emotions fromwhen he was Nicola Tesla,
negative emotions from beingvery angry because he was
(22:19):
murdered by the FBI and alsoThomas Edison, his doctor was
murdered also.
He disappeared and never found.
That's why they put a new doctoron him and they fed him, um,
what's that stuff?
Ask Nick and they increased it,which killed him totally.
(22:39):
And they said to you, not even aday after he died, they raided
his apartment in New York city, took everything.
So he carries that emotion intoElon Musk.
Absolutely.
Cause it's never been dealtwith.
One of the things we canovercome,
is very important for any singleindividual, mainly human.
(23:01):
Let's just talk about humanindividual.
We can overcome our negativecreated or self-created emotion
through a very simple, easyprocess.
You say it every day with heart.
I forgive myself through all thenegative experiences I have had.
(23:23):
I forgive otherswho have placed negative
experiences upon me.
They were simply experiences oflife and I forgive them and I
let them go in harmony and inlove.
If you say words like that outof true passion of heart, what
you'll find is your energyvibration from your heart will
(23:45):
change dramatically.
I believe you.
I love when you express thingslike that and it reminds me how
little I do it and how silly Iam because of it.
Well, I'm not going to say youthree.
I'm saying it.
I have to agree with what yousaid.
(24:09):
That was clever.
Yeah, no, some other times Iknow the power of the word and
how it can move you toto express yourself that way,
especially at an advantagebecause I live alone.
I can express as I wish.
It's good.
Yeah, that is.
You know, Michael, look, itdoesn't matter who you are in
(24:29):
this lifetime.
It doesn't matter how high youare or you think how high you
are, whether you're filthy, richor billionaire, or you're a very
spiritual person and you lovetraining yourself in the
spiritual matters of life orexistence.
But everyone can falter, nomatter who they are, what they
are.
But as we grow consciously, webegin to realize our faults and
(24:52):
we let them go.
We learn to let them go and theydon't affect us as much as they
did maybe 10 years ago, 20 yearsago.
That is the whole process ofevolution is to grow beyond what
you are.
(25:13):
Yeah, that's something you saidto me in a text message just
recently.
It was so, so wonderful that yousaid,
about going beyond who I am.
Beyond who you are, yeah.
But in this moment, yeah.
I think you realize now when Isay things like that, I'm doing
it for your height, good?
Oh, yeah.
Oh, well, and I'm grateful.
(25:34):
I hope you realize, regardlessof how silly I am in my text
messages and my words, that I amactually quite grateful.
I am.
I know, Michael.
I know.
And even if you were, though, wouldn't really matter very
much.
The most important factor is howyou feel about how you grow.
Right?
(25:57):
And you're right, what you saidto me before.
If you hang around people thatare not seeking a deeper
understanding and just want totalk about the basic things of
life because they say, well, this is what life is.
This is what you have to do.
Well, they're the ones that arefearful of change.
(26:17):
If you hang around people thatare willing to change by talking
about it and finding avenues howto change, then you're on the
right path for higher growth.
Now music, by the way, certainmusic which is vibration will
actually help heal the brain.
(26:42):
Right.
Yep.
When you play a violin, you're playing a vibration.
And depending on the type ofmusic, that vibration penetrates
your body, into your head, yourwhole body.
It helps bring balance.
(27:04):
I have one called Golden Ball.
And it's the meditation music.
And it's like someone hitting agong and giving out that sound.
that type of vibration.
That is brilliant for healing.
A musical instrument, certainone, violin.
(27:26):
Also, what do they call thosethings?
You sit and you run your handsacross the left and right.
What do they call those?
It looks like, it looks like,um, um, like a guitar, but it's,
it's, oh, yeah.
Uh-huh.
Uh-huh.
Yeah.
Okay.
You know, play with your nailsand let it go and the sound
(27:49):
vibration is so close to yourears and your heart, it goes
into your ears and it helpshealing because it's vibration.
The Nar’Karones have developedall different forms of vibration
for any forms of ailment.
And they even have where you gointo all these buildings all
(28:09):
over the entire planet.
And if you're ever feeling a lotof disharmony,
you can literally go within thatbuilding and you can feel the
vibration and it can actuallyhelp heal you and get rid of
anything that you're suppressingor feeling negative about.
It's quite interesting.
(28:31):
So there's a lot ofcivilizations that listen to
vibration like frequencies.
Thanks to you in that video thatyou shared ages ago.
I did last year learn about theSulfurgeo frequencies.
So for instance, the 528 Hertz, that tone is known for cellular
regeneration and such.
(28:55):
And there are all these othertones as well.
So yeah, I've actually seenquite a potential within me.
And I feel that when I'm moredriven, I feel that way towards
creating quite healing music andliterally knowing why it's
healing.
Yeah.
Yeah.
You know, when you can buyIt's an old Japan Japanese drum.
(29:20):
And I don't know if you've everseen the Japanese playing bing
bing bing bing bing.
There might be like, say, 15 ofthem.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Well, those bands, you can playit in all different tones.
And what it does, the vibration,if you could actually see the
vibration, it's absolutelyincredible.
(29:41):
That's why a lot of theaudiences love it because the
vibrationis being pushed out all over
them.
It makes them feel reallypassionate about what they're
doing or what they're feeling.
So it's actually a healingprocess also.
Everything is vibration,Michael.
(30:02):
Everything.
A different level.
Wow.
Yeah.
And in one way, if it brings youcloser to your heart and feeling
more inspired, that's the rightpath as well, isn't it?
Like silence, creating suchbeautiful, inspiring sound and
then also leaving space forpeople to resonate with what's
(30:22):
happened.
And silence is golden as well, isn't it?
Do you know if you could getlike a gas container, you know,
like the big 45 liter ones, right?
And if you could actually cutthe top of it, come down about
say, I don't know, 40centimetres and cut it right
off.
(30:45):
and just harass all the edgeswith a proper file so you've got
nice rounded edges.
And on the bottom of it, weld ahook on it, right?
Like a round hook.
If you hang that up on a rope,it's got to be on a rope and put
it over a pole or something.
And if you get a mallet, you canbuy mallets in hardware and you
(31:07):
can buy longer ones and you canhit it.
The sound that comes off that isjust incredible.
And if you lay on the groundunder it and just hit it and let
the vibration go through yourbody, it really enlightens you
and it literally makes you feellighter.
(31:27):
It allows you to think moreclearly, gets rid of brain fog.
Yeah, quite amazing.
Yeah, it really... Can I ask youa really, I'm a bit caught up in
a really, it's probably simplequestion, simple answer.
With healing music,Is it that it goes through your
ears as that's what important oris it important that it bathes
your entire body like audiblyaround you?
(31:53):
As in you could wear headphonesand you could hear it perfectly
or you could have it audiblearound you and literally, does
your skin hear the resonance?
I don't understand.
Every cell of your body willhear it.
Every cell.
Every single cell.
But in some people it mayactually take a bit longer
(32:14):
Right?
It just may take a little bitlonger for that sound to
resonate with you in a waythat's going to be very
balanced.
That's what the only thing youhave to watch for.
Yeah.
I mean, of course I knew theanswer because you even said the
boarder did that way back, didn't he?
He had a big bell.
Yeah.
(32:35):
Bang.
And people underneath would hearit and feel better.
Yeah.
Well, I can do that.
I've got the, yeah.
If anyone looks up Solfeggioonline, they'll start finding
all these YouTube videos fordifferent frequencies that are
healing.
It's really amazing.
You just pop it on and they evensay what they're good for.
(32:56):
Some are for sleep, some are forstudy, some are for healing or
letting go of trauma and youcould, yeah, let it go
throughout the house.
It could be healing the rooms, couldn't it?
Absolutely, yes.
Absolutely, no?
Absolutely.
There is so many devices thatcome from a natural substance
(33:17):
that will actually help healyour entire body.
It's like if we have like say aherb book, you know what I mean
by herb?
We can try and buy an old herbbook, go into a secondhand
bookshop, right, and look forthe old herb book, especially in
America, but unfortunately we'rein Australia.
(33:43):
And you can actually find areally good herb book and you
can read up on different thingsthat may You might say how can I
cure the pain in my left knee?
Well, you look at that and thenyou go through it and you'll
find a substance You can evenread look up Her books on on the
internet by the way here too.
(34:05):
I think a lot of older onesand it will give you everything.
I heard something the other day,my wife said to me, and I just
can't bring it to play, but shewas talking about these
different things, like pumpkinseeds, what is it called?
(34:25):
Oh, avocado seed, and you justput them through blenders, chop
them all up, and you can mixthem in with smoothies and have
them.
football seeds, for instance.
Ah, cure for cancer, absolutely.
The leaves and the seeds are thebiggest cure for cancer.
(34:47):
And that's why there was a guyin a place called Acacia Ridge.
He opened up a new business andcreated all these creams for
curing skin cancer and all thistype of stuff.
He was closed down by thepharmaceutical companies,
totally wiped out.
Totally wiped out.
(35:08):
Of course, it was the actualcure.
Now, you take quinine, you knowquinine?
I told you many times about thisdrink called quinine made from
grapefruit, pink grapefruit,lemon, and orange.
And all you do is put it into abig pot, pour boiling water onto
it, and let it, let it, chaff, chaff, not boil, but let it
(35:30):
simmer with just a couple of,you know, like, like it looks
like it's boiling, but it's not,it's simmering.
for three hours and it draws outall the natural nutrients,
especially the natural vitamin Cand a few other things, zinc.
So you can zinc out a lemon andit's a cure.
(35:52):
One of the most healthiestthings you can have is so many.
Lemon drink, get a lemon, cut itup in pieces, put it into say
cold water,Let it sit in the fridge for
about, say, an hour or two, shake it up, and start drinking
it.
(36:12):
One of the best cures for yourbody.
It turns to alkaline.
They're all the differentthings.
But we don't think about it.
Yeah, but at least, fortunately,so much knowledge is available
to so many more people now.
I feel like it's kind ofspreading around, like health is
spreading around.
(36:32):
Same with misinformation.
People are so aware ofmisinformation, so mistrusting
of more people, I hope, mistrusting of media and such,
yeah.
Yeah, that's very true.
But they get a feel, like whensomething shows up on your
social feed about somethinghealthy, like the things you
just mentioned there, thatpeople get a feel for, oh, this
is legit.
(36:54):
Let's try that and be healthybecause of it.
And it's good that it'sspreading.
Absolutely.
It's like activated charcoal, one of the most potent, but one
of the most best.
things you can actually have forpurifying your blood.
And you digest your bowels, cleanse your bowels right out.
(37:14):
So it just goes to show youthere are so many things out
there.
Now if I spoke more aboutactivated charcoal and everyone
else did, I tell you one thing, they'd wipe it off the market.
We'd have to, yeah.
No, I was lying in bed thismorning thinking, oh, I really
must do activated charcoal.
I've not been doing it lately.
(37:35):
And then you've mentioned itagain.
And yes, I'll definitely do ittonight.
Because you say do it beforebed, don't you?
Yes, just before you get to bed.
I'm not sure if you have thepowder.
I have powder.
Yeah.
OK, well, that's the best thingto have.
But have, as I say, a flatteaspoon, you know, first.
Don't go at the board.
Yeah.
(37:55):
