So, here's Kuntarkis, and here'smy first question.
In regards to knowing the light,your writings emphasise the
concept of white light as a lifeforce and source of creation.
How would you define this energyfor someone encountering it for
the first time?
Okay.

One of the things that needs tobe done for each person to fully
understand that the light isreality.
It is also called living energy.
And living energy, as I've saidon a few occasions,
Living energy is from thebeginning of the dawn of time.

And that's going back hundredsof trillions of years ago in the
Earth's time, like the Earth'stime, I should say.
But if you want to actuallyprove it to yourself that you
can literally feel it andunderstand what the light is all
about or living energy, the mostsimplest way is to just close

your eyes, stand there with yourhands just apart, even looking
into a mirror and concentratinginto a mirror with your eyes
open.
or closed, your choice.
Just think that there issomething within your hands and

see it as light.
Just believe it.
Use your imagination because itis the most powerful tool you
have as a human being.
And after about two minutes ofconcentration, just start to
move your hands slightly closerand closer together.

And when you feel that you'reabout an inch away before you
touch, stop and then slowly moveyour hands out a little and back
in, concentrating on the centerof your palms, believing that
there is some type of soft, verysoft sponge between your hands.

If you practice this severaltimes or a dozen times, and if
you truly believe in yourself,what you'll feel is the light,
the living energy.
That living energy is all aroundyour body and within your body.
You have over four quadrillioncells of living energy that

makes up your entire existenceas a human.
Yes, you have the physical.
You also have the spiritualessence, which is basically your
aura, your etheric, your spirit,your mind, and your soul.

That is the most simplest way tobelieve that energy as living
energy or light actually doesexist.
And the funny thing is they usethat
when a healer goes to heal aperson in the same principle.
They actually put their hands totheir heart for a few moments to

balance themselves.
Once they do that, they ask thatthe light emanate from the heart
right throughout the internalpart of the human body, then
down through your shoulders,into your hands, and into the
person that you are healing.

And you don't have to believe inanything else, just the light
and know that you are aninstrument of light in that
healing process.
And by proving to yourself thatthere is something that feels
like a sponge between yourhands, that is pure light.

That is your aura, your energy,your life force.
And it can feel kind ofmagnetic, can't it?
Yes, it can.
And the more you practice, themore and more you practice, the
easier it will become reality.

And you describe thoughts asbeing the beginning of creation.
How can listeners apply itpractically, this concept?
It is really in all honesty avery simple process.
Your thoughts are energy.
Even though you're a physicalperson, they are energy.

And as you think, you become.
As you think, you create.
As you think, you begin tomanifest that form of reality
into your existence, be itphysical, be it spiritual.
It's entirely your choice.

So all you have to do is thinkof something like say, say you
feel really low about yourselfand you don't have say,
A lot of feelings, a lot oflove, a lot of respect for
yourself because of the way youlived your life.
This is the point that you canchange just by saying some

simple words like this.
I believe in myself.
I know that I have been on apath of negativity.
I want to change that to a pathof positivity.
I know that I am a good person.

I know that I have a lovingheart.
And all that I have beennegative is simply my
conditioning.
And I'm going to change thatthrough my thoughts, because my
thoughts are the beginning ofall changes.
And I will put those thoughtsinto action through my physical
body.

When you say things like that toyourself and you repeat anything
that's similar, it doesn't haveto be exact.
You can record what you'resaying and play it back so you
know what you're saying so itdoesn't confuse you or simply
allow yourself to flow in themoment because that is the real

reality of all life.
It's the moment.
and you can change in thatmoment.
So if you say to yourself, I'mgoing to go for a walk on the
beach, and I'm going to feel theessence of Mother Earth in my
feet, because they're going tobe bare.

And I will walk upon the sand, Iwill walk upon the water, and I
will feel nature, because that'swhat I want to do.
If you say that and you mean it,then you'll go and do it and it
will make you feel a lothappier.
But if you say to yourself, no,I'm not going to do that.

I can't do it.
I haven't got the time.
20 years of your life could passyou by and I have seen it
hundreds of times in people overthe years and they still haven't
done it.
because their life is so fast.
They're from one place toanother, and they won't stop
(08:04):
long enough to say, hang on, I'mgoing to do this.
It's like taking somebody outfor dinner, but you don't do it
because you can't stand goingout and being in a restaurant.
That's a conditioning.
That's a sign of fear, ofsomething you've created through
an experience that's caused thatemotion to create that fear.

That's the point you have tothink and say to yourself, no, I
have no fears.
That was simply the past and Iwill now walk to a restaurant
with my love and I will sit andI will enjoy a meal and I will
be happy.
Those thoughts are incrediblewhen you achieve it.
(08:53):
And only you as an individualcan achieve your thoughts in a
positive way.
It's like saying, I'm going totry.
No, when you say I'm going totry, probably 80 to 90% of the
time you won't do it.
But when you say, I'm going todo it.

I'm going to do it now.
That's pushing yourself in thatpositive direction to complete
that assignment.
And that's how it's done.
Simple.
And when it comes to like inyour book, you mentioned
exercises like visualizing whitelight, cleansing the body.

How does that transform dailylife?
In a very big way, if you trulybelieve, one of the hardest
things for us today as humans,We are so stressed out and so
many people get into adepression and they are fearful
even of change of their life.
(09:59):
Most of the time it's because ofnegative experiences, negative
situations.
The other thing is we need tostudy our father and our mother.
And what we might see is thesame similar fears
that we have been experiencing.
(10:19):
And what we then need to do isto change it.
And that's one of the hardestthings for many, many people.
That's one of the problems.
But the interesting factor is,if we're willing to change it,
we can then do anything.
I just have to go back to thatlast part of the question, mate.

It just faded from my head.
visualizing white light and howit transforms daily life.

When we stand in our privatetime, say in front of a mirror,
again, and we put our hands overour heart and we say, I am the
light.

I am the light.
I am the light.
The light is within me andaround me in every moment of
every breath.
I am the light.
Then open your eyes when you saythat and just look at yourself
without any form of judgment.
And when you look, look withyour heart and look around your
body.

Practice that many, many times.
And eventually, if you trulybelieve in yourself, you'll
learn to believe in the lightand the light will actually
appear even for a moment.
You may push it away and say,oh, that wasn't real, but it
was.
So what you need to do is evendo affirmations.

Affirmations are one of the besttools you can possibly use in
every moment of your life.
When you're driving a car, keepyour mind, your brain on the
road for concentration.
But at the same time, you canthink
and say, what a beautiful day.

I love driving.
I'm really enjoying it and I'mreally relaxed.
Most people drive today stressedout, some even depressed, some
angry.
Some really take their anger outon the driver in front of them
for no reason at all becausethey can't get to their
destination because they're theones that have created a lack of

time.
because they're racing aroundall the time.
And they're not achieving whatthey want to achieve.
So they end up using otherpeople as their excuses for
their own faults.
So the point is, use the light,use affirmations throughout the
(12:51):
day.
Just simple little things.
Today, I'm peaceful.
Tomorrow, doesn't exist.
But today, I can say I ampeaceful for tomorrow and I will
be.

Just things like that.
There are passages in your bookwhere you're talking about
connecting to the soul asendless and eternal.
How can someone who feelsdisconnected cultivate this
relationship with the soul?
One of the hardest things forpeople today to connect to
anything, Michael,beyond being physical is because
(13:33):
of what they consume.
We have been inundated by therich powers way above us who are
trillionaires, billionaires,millionaires.
And they see life all differentto what we are.
They change their way.
When they originally started,they were probably a very, very
(13:55):
balanced, loving person.
But as they got into it more andmore, A lot of their past
incarnations, their emotionscome out in them and they change
their whole way of thinking,their whole way of life.
And they start to see all theywant to do is make money because
they've made so much.

And that's what's happening onearth.
The interesting factor is if youchange your thinking, you'll
also change your diet.
That's where it starts.
You're thinking.
If you think and say, I reallyenjoy eating those vanilla
slices and say you eat one everyday and you wonder why you're

getting belly fat.
Ask yourself, do you doexercise?
No, too busy.
You're not really.
You've created that situation tobe busy so you don't have to put
the energyinto training because it wastes
your time.

Yet, if you change yourthinking, to change your diet,
you'll also change your way andexercise to keep yourself
motivated, to keep yourself fit.
When you begin that process ofexistence, you start to think
(15:23):
differently.
Because your body now isflowing.
You're becoming lighter.
You're becoming more flexible.
Your lymphatic system isstarting to work.
It's starting to function.

The biggest issue is the pinealgland.
Because we use toothpaste.
Because we drink water, wefluoride in it.
And we'd have other foods thathave fluoride in it, which is no
good.
It's a toxic poison, as we know.
So when we start to let go ofcertain things and do our own

research into differentproducts, we start to realize
that we can change our life inso many ways.
One of the biggest faults withhumanity today
not two or 300 years ago,because it wasn't such a big
thing.
But today, it is because we haveso many elite criminals working

against us, not for us.
And the foods we are consuming,especially anything that's
dairy, like yogurt, likecheeses, like cow's milk, like
animal flesh,All of it is literally engrossed
with toxic poisons because theyown all those industries 100%.

And if they don't own them,they're affiliated with them.
And because they're so rich,they can dominate.
They have a purpose and theywant to depopulate humanity by
90%.
And as they say today, hundredsand millions of people are now

waking up to what is.
There are so many videos and somany really good people who have
done investigations into thoseareas and discovered that, let's
say it, COVID-19 was a completelie, 100%.
It was a bioweapon.

Now all that garbage that'sgoing into our bodies or has
been going into our bodies hasstopped us from changing our
thinking, from changing ourthoughts in our patterns to say,
eat better food, exercise.
So we're so dumbed out that wewon't do it.

We're lazy.
And we use that excuse day in,day out.
And that's the hardest part.
But when we change all that,then we start to think in a way
deeper.
We start to see that we canliterally become something

better, something more.
We can change our consciousness.
We can grow consciously in ourown awareness.
And when we start to do that, wecan learn how to connect to our
mind.
beyond the human brain.
And that's one of the hardestthings for anyone.

But it's achievable.
Always achievable if we do thework.
And that's the thing.
That's the most importantfactor.
So we can connect with ourspiritual essence, to our mind,
to our soul.
But I will say this, imaginationplays a very big part in all
(19:11):
those connections.
If we truly believe in the wordimagination and we use
imagination to see ourselvesdoing it, we will achieve it,
whether it's a day, a year or 10years or 20 years, but we will
get there.

Use me as an example, 56 humanyears, I've been doing what I'm
doing.
And it's only in the last coupleof years that I have really
stepped out of the darkness.
And what I'm doing now, it'sbeyond words and it's gonna
shock humanity when it goes upas an episode.

Absolutely shock them.
Because Michael, we may neverthink of this,
but we're going to change theworld through the Nipleyuns.
So once you grow consciously andyou connect to your mind, you
can then connect directly toyour soul.

And that is 100% true, but youwill never, ever connect to your
mind or your soul if you don'tchange the steps that I've
actually said.
and changing your thoughts,changing your actions, changing
your foods is the most importantfactor to grow consciously.

For sure, for sure.
Now, you spoke about energycenters before, like chakra is
playing a role in evolution.
Can you explain that?
Okay.
It's very similar to what I'vejust been speaking about.

The chakras centers are veryimportant to the balance of your
life physically.
If you don't have your chakrasas balanced the way they're
meant to be balanced, then youwill never grow consciously.
And if you do, you may grow inthe wrong direction.

And when I say the wrongdirection, I'm talking about the
negative state of that reality.
Because what it does when you'reout of vibration, your life is
not balanced.
But if you go from the base ofyour feet all the way up to the

top of your head and do somesimple little exercises that
would take only five minutes intotal,
and you believe beyond all doubtthrough your imagination that
you are balancing each of yourchakras from your feet all the
way up to the top of your head.

You will actually find your lifewill begin to change.
I have had people say to me,I've done it, I've done it, I've
done it, and it hasn't worked.
But if you saw those people, theway they talk,
They're habits of life, smokers,drinkers, smoking marijuana,

eating really bad food, usingfoul language.
And I've had a lot of thosepeople in the past, right in the
past.
It was incredible.
And when you explain to themthat nothing's gonna happen in a
positive way while you have allthese habits, and this is what
I've been talking to you about,Do you know what I copped?

Abuse by several.
Because they want it, butthey're not willing to put in
the work or the action tocomplete it in a positive way.
So all they've done is completeit in a negative way because
they're lazy or unmotivated.

And that's the problem.
The Chakra centers, let's justuse one phrase.
Let's use the heart.
let's forget all the rest, we'llgo to the most powerful one.
The heart could resonateanything from probably 16,000
cycles per second to say 27,000cycles per second.

It just depends on theindividual.
We'll use that as an example.
And say your chakra is onlybalancing say at 13,000 cycles
per second.
And sometimes you get aches inyour heart, your short breath,
you run, but you can't run veryfast because your heart's

beating like a banging bell.
And you say, well, I can't dothis.
Well, you have to look at allthe principles again.
It's your habits of life thatcause the imbalances within your
human life.

You change those habits, youchange your life.
You also change your chakrasesbecause your thoughts become
powerful when you start tochange.
And through your thoughts, youcan literally balance each of
your chakra centers within a 10minute period by yourself.

It's that simple.
It's not a hard thing.
The Egyptians were very muchinto that.
They were always balancing, likethe king or the emperor or
whatever the king or the queen,the princes, all that type of
stuff.
They knew how to do that.

And all it is, if a person islaying in front of you, you go
to their heart chakra.
You do not even need to put yourhands on their body.
They don't need to have lessclothes.
They can wear all the clothesthey want because it's energy
and energy goes straight throughanything.

Put your hand above the heart.
Open your palm up.
Put one hand on the shoulder ofthe person.
Just touch the shoulder.
Put the other hand over theheart and through your
imagination.
and your heart center, see theenergy of your heart expanding

internally, externally.
And as you feel it growing, turnyour hand clockwise very slowly
in a small circle around theheart.
Do it about 10 to 15 times andsay, I now balance the heart of
this being.

I now balance the heart of thisbeing.
and believe it.
And when you turn your handclockwise in a circle, not a
large circle, just a small one,over the heart, just watch your
hand and concentrate on yourhand as energy.
And what's actually happening isit is actually turning in the

person's energy and the energythat you're implying upon them
or within them is yours.
And it's helping to balance thatchakra center.
And after say 15 movementsaround in a circle, gently pull
your hand away and take yourhand off their shoulder and go
(27:00):
to the next one and the next oneand the next one.
Then go back up the other way tothe top of the head and just do
all the chakra centers from theankles to the knees
right, to the base of yourspine, just above the spleen,
coming up to the heart, comingup to the throat, coming up to
(27:23):
the third eye, coming up to thecrown chakra.
And once you do all that, justrun your hands over the body
very gently.
You can do it yourself.
And you should feel a biggerbalance within yourself.

Kuntarkis, you write thatnegative energy attracts similar
energy.
In a world filled with conflict,how can individuals avoid being
overwhelmed by collectivenegativity?
Okay.
I'll use myself as an example.
I'll even use Meisha, my wife,as an example.

When we go out, like thismorning,
No, well, not this morning,sorry, yesterday morning.
I went to Woolworth's after Idropped JC off.
When I arrived under thebuilding at Woolworth's, I sat
in the car for about a minuteand a half, two minutes, and I
put my hands on my heart and Ijust concentrated with the love

and the energy around my heart.
And I saw it expandinginternally and coming through
the pores of my skin.
I believed it through myimagination and its reality, I
promise you.
And as it spreads out, spread itout as far as you want, normally
(28:54):
two meters.
If you're with a lot of people,I mean a lot, spread it out
between three to four meters ina big circle.
and know in your own heart andyour own mind that that is your
reality, that that circleactually exists as a circle of
(29:16):
energy, two meters in alldirections from the top to the
bottom, to the front, to theback, to the left, to the right,
fully encircled in this puredivine light of yours, which is
living energy.
And when you get out of that carand you're walking, think about
(29:37):
it.
Think about your energy.
You go up the escalators, you gointo Woolworths.
When you can, think about theenergies.
So you're keeping it strong.
Just know within your mind thatthe energy is there and it's
perfectly strong.

And when you do your shopping,what you'll discover, you might
see it two ways.
Sometimes people or certainpeople look at you and smile and
become really friendly.
Other people, some people sortof try to keep away from you
because of their own deepnegativity, because your

energies are affecting them.
They're not sort of thinkingthat you
They're not they're not surewhat they're feeling.
But that's not your issue.
That's not your problem.
Your thing is to be balanced.
And that is one of the mosteasiest and best ways of

balancing yourself andprotecting yourself.
Just by doing that before youenter a school, a group of
people, a mass amount of peopleor a shopping center.
And shopping centers can be oneof the worst when it comes to
negative energy because of theenergies that were there the day
(31:04):
before emanate betweeneverything, including the
concrete.
And they stay there.
So when you come there thefollowing day, sometimes you can
feel a heat.
Sometimes you can feel a realanger.
because all those people feeldifferent things emotionally and

all that has stayed within thatshopping center.
So the idea is simply twominutes, sitting your car,
feel the light, imagine thelight, let it expand out two
meters, three meters, whateveryou feel, and think about it

every moment, just in yourthoughts, so you know the light
is there and it's protectingyou.
And also, nothing that is of anegative nature will enter that
light, because it will just burnup, dissolve.
Hmm, cool.

For skeptics who doubt the powerof visualization or light work,
what evidence or personalexperiences would you share to
persuade them?
Well, that's a very hard one,mate.
I tell you the reason why.
It's not you if you're theperson that knows how to do

things like that.
It's the other individualsbecause they've never
experienced what you'veexperienced.
And if they ever have andnothing's ever come about,
they've rejected it in anegative way.
So they're going to be veryskeptical.

Sometimes you don't even try toprove it to a skeptic.
I don't.
I walk away because I'm notthere to prove anything.
I'm there to share.
What I do is share.
I share the knowledge or thetechniques, and it's up to them
to try it.

But they have to first believein themselves, to change their
thinking.
They have to change their habitsof life.
And that's the most importantstep.
If you have a person that's veryclosed-minded,
They're just not, they're justnot going to accept.

And you could try for an hourand they're still skeptical.
That's because they're not opento anything beyond what they
already know.
And what they do know can bevery limited.
But what I will say,If they're skeptical about the
spiritual essence of anything, Ibelieve personally the easiest

way to convince them is to usethe technique that I first spoke
about today about the healing,about knowing that energy,
living energy or the lightactually does exist and that we
are each.

Wow, living energy.
And we are divinity.
We are so much more than just aphysical being.
And that's one of the hardestthings to convince people who
are so highly conditioned.
But if they can feel that thereis something between their
hands, I've had people who havebecome scared and literally got
(34:50):
up and walked out of a healingsession.
And I say, you okay?
And they don't even say a word,they just walk out.
because it goes againsteverything they believe in,
especially religion.
Religion is a form ofdomination.

It controls you because it'slimited in what it can teach
you.
And yet, in the old days, theyused to believe in the spiritual
aspects of all life.
But they didn't teach it.
They only taught the basicsbased on fear if you do the
wrong thing.

So you have to be willing tosay, do exactly what they ask
you to do, just like the elitecriminals today trying to
dominate us all throughdifferent ways.
You've got to be free.
You've got to be detached fromall beliefs, all conditioning.

If you want to grow and becomeself-aware beyond this world,
you can still hold on to thisworld absolutely and have fun,
enjoy.
But you also have to step beyondwhat you are conditioned with to
grow.

For sure.
What's one simple practiceanyone can start today to align
with unconditional love?
Coming directly to your heart.
If you say to yourself and standin front of a mirror again,
(36:36):
because people find this very,very hard, Michael, you can
stand in front of a mirror andput your hands on your heart and
just look at yourself naked.
I mean that naked and be intotal privacy and looking to
your eyes.
(36:56):
Yeah, you might smile first.
You might even laugh.
You might find something'sfunny.
It doesn't matter.
Just go with it.
But then say now I'm serious.
I love who I am and I have aloving heart.

and I love my heart and I wantto learn how to share my love
with others.
I want to feel, I don't want tobe that emotional drip that I've
been for most of my life.
I want to go beyond my emotionsand I want to learn to feel.

The heart in a human being isthe center point for their
connections to all things.
The amount of data that theheart can actually store is
beyond the brain.
Now most people won't acceptthat.
(38:00):
Yet people like Nikola Tesla,you know, Albert Einstein, oh
look, so many.
But they understood thoseprinciples as they understood
the mind is separate from thehuman brain.
The human brain is an organwhich is physical.
(38:20):
It needs blood to flow throughit to survive and oxygen.
The mind doesn't need any ofthat, doesn't need blood,
doesn't need oxygen.
It literally is connected to allof you on the outer as well as
the inner.
And the mind being living energyis also your cellular memory.
(38:46):
it holds everything from everysingle lifetime.
And you could have had over10,000 lifetimes over such a
long period of time.
And it has stored everything.
And you have the ability to growconsciously, to open that up and
see all the lives that you havehad, which is absolutely mind

blowing.
SoYes, if a person wants to grow
beyond everything, they have tolearn to feel with the heart.
They have to learn to understandthat the heart is your
compassion.

It's your empathy.
It's your love for yourself andfor others.
And when you learn to reallycome from the heart, you're
coming from an essencethat will help others feel
exactly what you are feeling andwhat you're trying to create.

But when you come from emotion,you come from the past, because
that's what emotion is, thepast, whether it's this current
life or all the lives that youhave led.
So the heart is the center ofyour divinity.

Right.
Yeah.
And you say that many illnessesoriginate from energetic
imbalances or the rejection oflight.
Can you describe it a realexample where someone healed
through this understanding?
Oh, yeah.
Yeah.

Are you just amazing how thisjust came up?

I knew a man by the name of EricLawson that came to me in, um,
1998.
And we had a two hourconsultation.
And he was a really, really,really negative man.

I'm not joking.
Really, really negative.
And no matter what I tried tosay to him, he just couldn't
accept it.
It didn't matter if it soundedright.
It didn't matter if it soundedwrong.
He just could not accept it.
He was depressed.

He used to go into depressions.
But when I discovered that hismother was exactly the same, she
suffered from really bad stress,but very violent in the way she
spoke.
Very abusive with such foullanguage.
It was incredible.

But Eric didn't.
He just went into depression.
He never got angry.
And I said to him, I said,you've got to give up smoking.
I said, Eric, he said, why?
I like it.
I said, it's going to kill you.
I said, you're on the border ofleukemia.
You're on the border.

I'm just trying to work out whatit is.
There's a word, emphysema.
Infasema, is that it?
Infasema?
Yeah, you can't breathe properlybecause you've been smoking so
long.
Infasema.
And he ended up getting lungcancer in both lungs and he
died.
He had operation and after hecame out about six months later,

he had a heart attack and died.
And he had cancer throughout hisbody, even in his bones.
So all that stress, all thatanger,
that he kept buried so deepinside he never expressed it,

It's a proven fact.
When my new book comes outcalled Entanglement, The Long
Journey Home, it has about 45pages and it's all about human
disease.
And from a metaphysical point,it explains why we create
disease.
And disease is createdthrough our actions, by our
(43:07):
thoughts.
If we think in ourself thatwe're a negative person and if
we hate ourselves and we don'tlove ourselves, we end up
creating situations that we putbad foods into our body, which
over a period of time causesillnesses that end up leading to
(43:30):
diseases.
And I have known at least, atleast 30 to 40 people who have
died since I've lived upon thisplanet, myself.
And they've all died fromhorrendous diseases.
Some were diabetics, some wereto do with cancer, leukemia, all
(43:54):
that type of thing, heartattacks.
I've had three people who havedied of heart attacks in the
last four years who got theCOVID injections and one got a
booster.
And they died suddenly.
They're now opening up peopleall over the world, Michael, and
it's coming out more and more.
(44:17):
You know how I said there'sprobably a few hundred million
people who actually really,really know the truth about
what's going on?
There's probably about two and aquarter billion
People now who are very awarethat COVID-19 is a bio weapon to
kill us.
(44:40):
Because over the world now,there are people who are opening
up people when they die.
And what they're finding is thisfibrous material.
And there's so many people nowdropping dead because they have
a cardiac arrest because of thisfibrous material.
It blocks and blood doesn'tflow.
(45:01):
So you have cardiac arrest,heart attack.
And they're now warning people,you hear it all the time, that
there are major issues, reallymajor issues because of that.
So illnesses are created throughour own thoughts,
from our parents' genetics, fromthe foods we eat that are so
(45:25):
toxic because of the elitecriminals, but also by our
anger.
And the amount of people thatare dying from bowel cancer
throughout the world isincredible.
because of the type of food weeat to create the dilemma of
(45:48):
that disease because of ouremotions.
So when my book comes out, thatI would strongly recommend to
read.
Sure.
And can you describe a realexample where someone healed
through the understanding of thelight?
Healed?
Yeah.
(46:09):
Well, the only person I couldactually use notice myself as an
example, because most peoplenever really try hard enough.
They don't.
They just don't.
They give up too easy.
There were stages where when Iwas diagnosed with lung cancer
after having, what's thatcalled, pneumonia, I caused
pneumonia myself throughstupidity.
(46:33):
And it was about six weekslater, I was finding really hard
to breathe.
And I went and had x-rays.
He suggested I have x-rays.
And he said, you left lung.
He said, is basically shot.
And he said, you got the tip ofyour right lung on the top.
He said, you have mutated cells.
So I was in a really bad way.
(46:55):
And they wanted me to have anoperation, and I refused.
And he just said to me, you're adead man, Mr. Harambura.
That's exactly what he said tome.
So what I did, I started tolisten to myself.
I started to learn to understandmore about who I am.
I started to understand that Ihad four quadrillion cells of
(47:18):
living energy that literallymade up my entire existence.
And I started to do meditationson healing.
I started to really concentrateon healing through my energy
cells.
And I do that today, basicallyevery night.
(47:40):
I say things like this.
I say things like this, throughmy thought consciousness
connected to my mind, through mydeepest reality of life itself,
I now heal anything that shouldbe healed within my internal
structure of my body.
(48:00):
I rejuvenate everything, myentire inner being to my outer
being.
All my organs, my skeletonstructure, cell by cell, are
rejuvenating in every moment ofevery breath.
My entire muscular structure isbecoming stronger and more
flexible in every moment ofevery breath.
I talk like that through myentire inner being and my outer
(48:22):
being.
And what happens, Michael?
you are literally putting inpositive reality within your
living energy cells rightthroughout those four
quadrillion cells.
(48:43):
It's a hard thing to accept, butin reality, it's the truth.
And this is something we need tounderstand.
We need to learn byrejuvenation, we heal
everything.
Hmm.
And that's what you do with yourlungs.
Yeah.
You, you ate well, meditated,healed yourself a lot and stayed
(49:05):
at the state alone.
Yep.
Eat the right food.
I ate no solid food for 11months.
Wow.
Everything was put through ablender as juice.
And I had the best, um, um,juicer and I had the best type
of food.
It was like kale, spinach, youknow, um, cucumber, Lebanese
cucumber, carrots, um, beetroot.
(49:31):
probably a couple of otherthings, radish, you know, and
spirulina, especially spirulina.
And I would juice that right upand I would have enough to have
four to six glasses a day.
And that's all I had.
Within a three month period, Iwas actually feeling better.
I died at least nearly fivetimes in the first four and a
(49:53):
half months.
I could not wake up.
I was like being pulled out ofmy body and I refused.
And I kept saying, no, I amrejuvenating.
I am rejuvenating.
I am rejuvenating.
I am perfectly healthy.
(50:14):
I am perfectly healthy.
I changed everything that wasnegative about my expressions to
everything in a positive way.
We create our own diseases.
through our thinking.
So if we do that, we can alsochange the diseases and make
(50:35):
them dissipate through ourthinking.
And that's what I did.
And that's what I'm sharing,especially in the new book
called Entanglement, The LongJourney Home.
And obviously that included alot of imagination, a lot of
light, a lot of healing in thatway.
