Pasé años enfermo, sin poder trabajar, y la alegría de volver a caminar ahora que mi salud ha mejorado.
Durante este camino aprendí tres cosas que quiero compartir contigo:
1️⃣ El progreso es invisible al principio, pero siempre está ocurriendo.
2️⃣ No necesitas correr para avanzar; un paso constante vale más que mil planes sin acción.
3️⃣ El cuerpo y la mente se curan juntos, y caminar es uno de los mejores puentes entre ambos.
Si hoy puedes dar un paso, aunque sea pequeño, ya estás más lejos que ayer.
