Hoy les traigo un episodio muy especial y diferente, para hablar sobre nuestro rol y el gran poder de transformación que tenemos como empresarias. Y para hacerlo, invité a Natalia Hughes, una mujer sumamente apasionada por lo que hace, como verán en la entrevista. ¿Quién es Natalia? Ella es uruguaya, abogada, pero una abogada muy especial, diría yo: una abogada de triple impacto y especialista en sistema B. Cuando la escuchen, entenderán por qué lo digo. Natalia fue presidenta de Sistema B Uruguay y actualmente es miembro de la Junta Directiva de Sistema B Internacional.
Además, Naty es miembro fundadora de YOUHUB, el primer fideicomiso con certificación B. YOUHUB fundó la GAIL (Global Alliance of Impact Lawyers) y crearon el grupo jurídico de Uruguay, redactando el proceso de ley BIC, hoy Ley 19.969.
