Rediseñó su oferta para que recibir y servir se sientan igual de bien, empezó a construir equipo para escalar sin perder vida, y eligió experiencias que valora (como viajes con sus hijos) sin culpa. También compartió cómo, desde su prosperidad, ha apoyado a su familia —siempre con límites sanos— para multiplicar oportunidades.
