La música que escuchamos hace varias cosas favorables en la vida del ser humano, la pueden escuchar todas las personas de todas las edades, ya que brinda sorprendentes beneficios. El poder de la música en el ser humano: Ayuda a estimular nuestro cerebro. Le alegra su día. La música posee un efecto estimulante por lo que nos ayuda a tener un ánimo positivo. No se aburre. Tiene mejor concentración. Favorece a tener un buen sueño y más en los bebés le ayuda a dormir mejor. Puede realizar sus actividades sin ninguna distracción. La música es buena para no estresarse. Le ayuda a relajarse. Tiene buen rendimiento en su trabajo o en su quehacer. Lo motiva cuando realiza ejercicio. Desarrolla emociones (alegría, tranquilidad, paz, etc.). Es buena para combatir la depresión. La música ayuda a estar de buenas durante el día. La música es vida para su alma. En los bebés ayuda a estimular su cerebro y a desarrollar su aprendizaje. Cuando escucha música su vida se llena de energía, es por ello que se recomienda escuchar su música favorita todos los días, eso sí evite poner música muy acelerada, estridente y con volumen muy alto. Por eso aquí en ” La Música de Nuestras Vidas” le quitamos el polvo a aquellas melodías que ya no son colocadas en las programación convencionales.
