Hoy visitamos a un artista que, sin salir de Badajoz, ha diseñado y creado cascos para deportistas en medio mundo.
Marc Márquez, Carlos Sainz, Andreu Lacondeguy, Laia Sanz… no se llega a estos deportistas si no eres capaz de llamar su atención. Y no se llama la atención de estos deportistas si no eres capaz de hacer cosas aparentemente imposibles.
La historia de Dave empieza en las paredes, con spray en la mano y el grafiti como lenguaje. Escuela donde muchos artistas comienzan a practicar su expersión. Del muro pasó al casco, y del casco… a los mejores pilotos en cada deporte.
Entramos en su taller, en un barrio tranquilo, donde los lienzos son cascos desnudos, esperando su turno, esperando su idea. Aquí se acumulan aerógrafos, se mezclan tintas y se prueban ideas imposibles como el famoso casco de Marc en Austin que dio la vuelta al mundo.

Cada casco de Dave cuenta una historia y por el camino, el sigue andando la suya, demostrando que con oficio y obsesión puedes, desde un taller en Badajoz, llevar tu obra a lo más alto.
