También veremos que otro propósito muy común para el ayuno, es para buscar la protección de Dios. También nos ayuda para expresar nuestra adoración al SEÑOR. El ayuno además es útil cuando queremos expresar dolor ante el SEÑOR. Pero antes de empezar, permítame advertirle sobre la falta de humildad.
