1. Eliminate (minimize) Ultra-processed Foods
2. Eliminate liquid calories
3. Exercise Properly: Resistance train and emphasize cardio zones 1 & 5
For Hypertension specifically, consider NaCl (salt) intake if you are still hypertensive after eliminating ultra-processed foods. Increase potassium and magnesium intake by eating vegetables, nuts, and seeds (whole foods)
