I'm so thankful to be back herewith you.

here, but, oh my gosh, we havesuch amazing stuff to announce
and cool things that we havecoming up, and I am just so
thankful that you're here andyou're listening today and that
you love this community.

(00:48):
My biggest goal in 2025 is totake this community to a whole
other level.
I mean, there are so manybadasses inside of this
community that y'all just needto get to know each other, and
so we're creating a reallyincredible space for that to
happen.
We're working on puttingtogether a really cool women's

together too, so definitely staytuned for that.
I'm so excited about everythingthat's going on, but first and
foremost, I have to tell youthat we're totally having a
little glow up over here.
It's just been a dream of minefor a really long time to get
into a real studio and be ableto produce a real video podcast.

(01:32):

already know about it, but itwill be.

(02:15):
story and talk about their justwins and losses in life.
You know like I'm just so, soexcited to be able to do that.
So super looking forward tothat.

If video podcasts aren't yourthing, girl, and you're still
listening in the car or whenyou're at the gym or just
hanging out working, it willstill be on all the podcast

(02:58):
platforms, so you don't need tochange a thing.
Everything will be exactly thesame.
So, super excited about thisincredible glow up.
It really is a glow up and it'sreally fun.
I love the word glow up.
I just think like there's suchmystique around that and it just
sounds so fun.
Like who doesn't want to glowup?
You know, but it really is.
Like I keep thinking too and Iactually accidentally said this

(03:21):
like we're growing up, like it'sso cool, like glow up is the
grow up, and I think we canapply that to a lot of different
things in our lives.
So take that with you today and, you know, kind of think about
some stuff in your life Like, where do you want to glow up
this year?
I know we're done with quarterone already and we're headed,
you know, deep into quarter twoin 2025 already.

(03:43):
If you own a business, you knowyou talk about the year in
quarters for some crazy methodand reason, but you still have
plenty of time to do any of theshit that you want to do.
So be thinking about that.
Maybe journal about it a littlebit this week or this weekend
and start thinking like what isit in my life that I want to
have a glow up in?
I think it's really cool todream and be able to see those

(04:06):
things come to fruition.
When I got done recording myfirst podcast, I seriously went
and sat in my Bronco and juststarted crying because it was
such a dream come true for me tobe able to get into the studio
and be able to make content likethat for all of you beautiful
women out there, so superexcited about that.
Can't wait, and we'll post abunch of that on social media

(04:27):
too.
So be watching out for that.
Another thing I wanted to talkabout too.
I know I've kind of hit pauseon the Ladies Kickin' Ass
podcast at the beginning of thisquarter, but you will hear a
lot in the upcoming episodesthat we've recorded about how we
have taken priority pumping andwe have actually rebranded
ourselves as home-filled,on-site environmental, because

(04:50):
that is the new rollout name forour septic franchise model.
How fucking cool is that Liketo be?
I'm going to be a baby andstart crying when I say this.
But to be a female who resistedthis line of work, like I did

(05:10):
when I first got into it, to nowbe a founding member of the
first septic franchise inAmerica blows my mind Sometimes.
Those big dreams that we havehanging out on our goal board or
our vision board that we'relike, yeah, someday that would
be nice.
I would challenge you to startthinking that's going to be

(05:33):
fucking awesome when it comestrue, instead of using the
language that would be nice.
Because I'm telling you, whenyou keep preparing and you keep
searching, when you keeppreparing and you keep searching
, that's where people get lucky.
That's when opportunity crossesyour path and you've been
preparing so much that otherswill look at you and be like, oh
, she got lucky.
She was really fucking preparedand she was open for

(05:57):
opportunities.
And when we put that shit outinto the world, the sky isn't
even the limit.
You are your own limit, so whynot think about it?
Why not think about it?
Last night I was having aconversation with my son and we
were talking about how muchmoney he would make if he did
this specific task.
How many times.
And he was asking me aboutthings that I do and I was

(06:19):
telling him about a program thatI was interested in doing in a
course I was interested inbuilding and selling online to
help people with septicbusinesses.
And I was like, look, if Icharge $97 and I get 100 people
in here, this is how much moneyI can make off of this course.
And his eyes of course he's 11,just pop out of his head and

(06:42):
he's like, but what if 500people took it?
And I showed him the number andI said, okay, so let's say they
take it, 500 people take itevery month, and then you do
that for an entire year.
That's over a half a milliondollars.
And his eyes just like bop outof his head.
You know he's like in two yearsyou'd be a millionaire mom and

(07:07):
it's so cool to be able to dothat, dreaming with them.
It was so cool to see him evenbe like, well, what if there was
500?
I mean, that's a big, massiveleap from 100 to 500.
And I know it's a stretch, butit's still possible when an
11-year-old thinks it's possible.
They haven't put thoserestraints on themselves.
They haven't decided to tellthemselves, oh, I can't do this,
oh, I don't know what I'm doing, you know, I'm not worthy of

(07:28):
this.
They don't even think aboutthat stuff.
They just say, well, what if?
And so I would challenge you todo that for yourself too.
One of my biggest goals wasalways I love the entrepreneur
magazine, not the digital one,the one that you can hold in
your hands, and I always wantedto.
I would look in the back in thefranchise center and I would

(07:48):
always look at and I'm likethere's no septic franchise in
here Today.
I'm going to do that with mybusiness Now.
I don't know what I got to doto get in there listed as a
franchise.
So if any of y'all know that, let me know, but I won't be
reaching out to them, becauseI'm going to figure that out and
I'm going to take an amazingpicture of this and I'm going to
post it on my wall the day thatHome Field Onsite Environmental

(08:09):
is listed in the EntrepreneurMagazine as a franchise
opportunity for other people, so, so excited with that.
Obviously, that is a lot of work, and so sometimes in life we
have to slow down to get thingsright.
Times in life we have to slowdown to get things right.
I really had to slow downeverything that was going on in

(08:29):
my life for the last almost sixmonths.
To be real honest with you, aswe're rolling this out, so that
I could make sure and get itright for my business.
And it's looking so beautifuland it's so cool and we already
have interests from Washington,nevada.
We have already a new locationgoing in Texas Shout out to
those guys Super excited forthem and great negotiation going

(08:52):
on even within the state ofArizona.
So I'm super excited for whatopportunities show up and
because I was brave enough totake a break and step back and
not feel like I had to doeverything right this minute,
I'm creating more opportunityfor later.
So if you find yourself in thatplace, maybe you have a vision
board this year.
That's like holy fuck, how inthe hell am I going to get all

(09:15):
this stuff done?
Pick one thing and focus on it,one thing and then let
everything else just kind ofcome as a thing.
It's amazing that when onething starts rolling really well
, so many other things just fallin line.
It's just, it's so cool, likethis break really gave me
clarity and space and time tothink about what the rebuild

(09:36):
looks like and what I want to beable to show and produce for
people who are interested injoining us in this network.
So I really truly feel like thebreak gives you time to better
yourself, not only for your team, but for you and for your
family.
So if you find yourself in thatarea, please don't hesitate.
Take the minute, take the break, take the step.

(09:58):
People that love you are goingto be super excited when you
jump back on the mic or jumpback in and start showing up
again.
The most important thing isthat you show up for yourself
first.
So super excited about that.
Another exciting thing that hashappened just after quarter one
was I went to Austin, texas, toparticipate in the three-day

(10:20):
growth day program with BrendanBurchard.
You all know that I'm part ofhis ultra group and my God.
Well, first of all, like thepeople, there are the most
incredible people.
If you're interested inlearning about, growth day or
ultra growth day is aprofessional and personal
development app that you can geton your phone.
It has all the superstars ofpersonal development.

(10:43):
I'm like Ed Milet, trentShelton, jamie Kern, Lima, mal
Robbins who doesn't love someMal Robbins, brendan, lori
Harder, just so many incrediblepeople.
I just love them.
Anthony Trucks If you have notlistened to him, it's like going
to church.
It's amazing, it's amazing.
So that is the app.
And then Ultra is the highestlevel of growth day.

(11:06):
It's like a mastermind group.
So you get a little additional,a little more in depth, really
concentrated on entrepreneurs,professional and personal
coaching, and it's just, oh myGod, it's so cool.
You're like in a room with like200 people and Brendon Burchard
and Ed Milat and your mind justspins and it's just absolutely
incredible.
But one of the biggest momentsthat I had there and, funny

(11:28):
enough, it was the first notethat I wrote in the three and a
half days we were there.
What I wrote was achievement isnot your problem, alignment is.
And it not only cracked me wideopen, like smacked me between
the eyeballs and broke my heart, but it was also the biggest

(11:49):
like sigh or biggest like justexhale I have had in a really
long time.
I instantly got very emotionaland started tearing up and I
remember writing that and I caneven see in my notebook as I was
preparing for this this morningthat my hand was definitely
shaking by the end of that.
I'm sure Brendan's probably theone that said that, but I was

(12:12):
like wow, that connection really, really hit me.
The reason why I think that hitme so hard is I have always
been a striver.
I've always been one chasingachievement after achievement,
and I know that a lot of youwomen in here can identify with
this.
So I want you to be thinkingabout this in your own shoes.

(12:33):
You go from one achievement tothe next.
You don't have a problemgetting shit done, because
that's what you do.
If you take on a task, you getit done, and you get it done way
better than most people wouldeven think about doing it.
I'm talking to those ladies.
However, you'll achievesomething and instead of
stopping for two days to takethat in and one, celebrate it.

(12:58):
Two, write it down in a journalabout how it made you feel.
Three, build upon it.
You're just off to the nexttask.
How many times have you donethat?
I've done that so many times inmy life.
It's crazy.
My big five-year goal last yearwas to franchise my business.
We did that in a year.
In a year, I met incrediblepartners that just exponentially

(13:22):
made that process so muchfaster, but I haven't stopped
for five seconds to even realizewhat it is that we've done.
It's like, okay, great, on tothe next thing.
On to the next thing.
In March, our cover story cameout with Onsite Installer, which
is a septic installation tradesmagazine.

(13:43):
If you're in the septic trades,it's a big deal to be on the
cover of that magazine and ifyou're a woman in the trades
especially the installersmagazine, it's a big fucking
deal.
Like I never thought in amillion years that I would do
that.
But it happened and instead ofstopping and really celebrating,
I would share on social mediawhenever on site would post

(14:05):
about it, but I never stopped tocelebrate it.
In thinking about this, Ishould have stopped.
We should have had a team partyand we should have released the
magazine and been so proud ofeverybody because it really did
feature everybody in thismagazine and I didn't even stop
to do that.
This is what I'm talking about.
This is what hit me so hard.

(14:26):
I think I've had so manyaccomplishments, like the
achievements of goals I've beenworking on for a really long
time, but it still isn't feedingmy soul.
I thought that's what I neededto do.
I thought that's where I got myvalue.
I thought that's what made mehappy.
But in an instant of hearingthat and maybe it was just the

(14:47):
timing and the circumstances ofthings I had been going through
personally that it hit me and Iwas like whoa, I would really
invite you to pause and askyourself whether it's morning,
noon, night you're listening tothis.
Am I in alignment with myvalues or am I just chasing
achievements?

(15:07):
Because I truly believe whenwe're in alignment with our
values, those achievements aresweeter and I'm working really
hard on those myself.
But as I wrote that down, mynext thought was what are my
values?
I mean we put together companyvalues.
I mean our company values havebeen like we do epic shit

(15:29):
forever, like that's our hashtag.
We do epic shit at PriorityPumping and we're continuing to
keep a lot of those values.
Because the epic shit is anacronym.
It really is a framework of howwe perform as members of this
team.
So the E is for education, p isfor people, I is for integrity,

(15:49):
like C for collaboration.
It really is super importantthat we create maybe an acronym
for our personal values, if it'ssomething that's easier to
connect with, maybe a framework.
Many of you achievers andentrepreneurs love your
frameworks and you learn wellthat way.
So really really explore this.

(16:10):
I'm going to be honest.
I sat down with my technology, bff, this chat, gpt 4.0, 40.
I don't even know what it isanymore, but I was like, look, I
really want to go inside, Ireally want to think about what
my values are, and sometimesbeing just prompted with a
question can really help do somesoul searching, and that's what

(16:34):
it spit out at me, and so wepractice is is that you say what
are your values?
And let's say you say love.
Well, why?
Because I want to feel wantedand needed.
Well, why?
And you continue to ask why toyour answers for seven different

(16:58):
times.
And it's amazing when you digdeeper and you really unpack
that what you thought was yourreason why isn't your reason why
at all.
So I really really went deep ona lot of these, and I started
with a couple that I knew forsure that I needed more of in my
life, and so I want to share mytop five core values with you.

(17:20):
I actually ended up with 11.
And I think they're reallyimportant to keep going until
you feel complete with whatyou're doing and within each one
of those, I'm just going tocontinue to keep digging in and
digging in and asking why andgoing those seven levels deep.
I haven't had enough time to dothat yet with all of them
because I'm really kind oftaking this at pace.

(17:42):
I really want to dig deep on acouple of them, really start
integrating them and then addingon to it, just so it's not so
overwhelming.
I know when it's like all ornothing thing for me, which
tends to be my mindset If Ican't get all 11 correct right
now, then I'll be like, ah,screw it, I'm not going to do
any of it and that is nothelping me at all.
So I'd love to share with youquickly what my five core values

(18:06):
are and, while I'm seeing these, write them down.
Maybe there's something therethat resonates with you.
Start exploring what yours are.
I'd be happy DM me.
I'll send you the prompt I putinto chat GPT to get it to start
asking me questions.
Sometimes it's hard to do thiswith a person that you know,
that you love maybe your spouse, your kids, your family, your

(18:28):
friends Because sometimes we canget in our own heads and feel
like, if I really say thatthey're going to think, I'm an
awful person, if I really saythat they're going to think I'm
crazy.
So I know that it sounds weirdto have a conversation about
your values with a computersystem with artificial
intelligence, but there's nobias there, there's no judgment,
and so you can really really godeep.

(18:49):
This was so helpful for mebecause I know I'm that person
that holds back and sometimesthe things that you really need
to explore are those things thatmight disrupt relationships.
It might just make things haveto change, and so it's really
good that you can do this with alot of safety and security
around it, that you're justtruly exploring who you are.

(19:10):
The thoughts are not good orbad.
They are what they are, andplease go into this thinking
that, because that is whereyou're going to get the goal.
That's where you're going toget the real value is that
you're going to not feel like, well, I'm going to upset, okay.
So number one this was verynon-negotiable for me and it's
very, very important to me, andsomething that I crave more than

(19:34):
anything is a happy home, is ahealthy home.
I resonate with that so deeplybecause I did not grow up in one
of those.
There was always chaos in myhouse as a kid, and I know that
because my nervous system iswired that way and when I am
calm or if I am just sitting ina calm space, it's almost like I
want to create my own chaosbecause it feels more

(19:55):
comfortable there and thatfucking shit is going to stop
this year.
It's going to stop.
There's zero need to have thatand I need to retrain my nervous
system to be okay with peace.
Happy home is a healthy home.
It's a non-negotiable for me.
Anymore there's not screamingand fighting and you know just
being loud and leaving crapeverywhere in the house as a

(20:18):
disarray, and it is okay for you, mama, to be able to set some
boundaries, for you to show upin a way that will help produce
this happy home, and if thingsand dynamics inside of the
family need to change in orderto achieve that, do it.
The last thing I ever want toknow is that my kids didn't want
to come back to the house forXYZ.

(20:40):
I know I felt like that.
I know I felt like that in myadult age, that it's like we're
going home to eggshells and I'mbeing really vulnerable with you
right now and I hope that youcan open your heart and do the
same with me as you're listeningto this for you, because
sometimes we just feel like thisis just how it is or this is
how it's been forever.

(21:00):
So you know, I don't want tomake anybody feel bad, I don't
want to rock the boat, you knowit's good enough.
Fuck that.
That's what I'm going to say tothat Good enough is not good
enough for us anymore.
We want to know that we areliving our best life.
We get one life, babes, onelife, and we want to make the
most out of it.
So if your home is not thehappy, abundant place you want

(21:24):
to spend your most time at, it'stime to do some evaluating, and
I'm right there with you.
So if you need support andsomeone to lean on in that
situation, I'm your girl.
Shoot me a DM, you know whereto find me.
My second thing really coincideswith that.
First, a happy home is ahealthy home, and that is that
peace is power, and I don't meanin a domineering thing, but

(21:46):
peace gives you power.
Letting go of chaos, letting goof clutter, letting go of
arguing, letting go of needingto be right, really regulating
your stress, really regulatingwhy you feel like you need to be
in chaos, really regulatingyour energy to unlock incredible
productivity.

(22:07):
That's the power I'm talkingabout.
If you feel like you can't dothat for any reason at all, you
need to change your environment.
Think about the wilting flowers.
I think about this all the timebecause I keep buying plants
and they just die.
But I realize why too.
One, they don't have enoughwater to do that, because I
often forget about them, and two, they're often in an area where

(22:30):
they don't get a lot of directsunlight, so how are they
supposed to grow?
They're beautiful when I bringthem home and they shrink to
their environment.
If you find yourself shrinkingin your environment, you need to
make a change and get the hellout.
You need to figure out whateverit is that you can do, that
you're that flower that'sstanding tall to the sun, no

(22:52):
matter where it's at in the sky.
Number three strongercommunication really equals
stronger connection, and I'mtalking about this at home and
in your leadership role withinyour business or your company.
How do we do this at home?
It's really the check-ins.
Every night, before my kids goto bed, we have a conversation.
My son often says what's theplan tomorrow?

(23:13):
Mom, we've had a plan for thenext day since my kids were
babies.
Here's the plan for tomorrow.
I've always had thatconversation with them as they
go to bed, because they're neverwondering what's going on
tomorrow, especially if you findyourself in an area where maybe
you're in a situation wherethere's some turmoil.
It's more important than ever, moms, to have those

(23:35):
conversations with your kids.
It's great to have thoseconversations with your spouse,
if it allows.
It's also really great to havethose conversations with your
team.
I know oftentimes we can be likewell, they're my employees, I
don't need to tell them what I'mdoing all the time.
It's not about telling them andthat's a mindset rut that
you're in if you have thatmindset.
It's really about communicationand just saying, hey, here's my

(23:58):
game plan for tomorrow.
What's your game plan fortomorrow?
Checking in with them.
If you have a hard time tryingto get in front of all your
employees, start thinking aboutdeploying something like Slack
or a group chat area where youcan actually have conversations
with your team and be able tocheck in with them, praise them,
ask them how they're doing.

(24:19):
Just really being able to havethat check-in point super, super
strong communication.
Being able to have thatcheck-in point super, super
strong communication.
Another part of this, too, thatI've struggled with desperately
is that in our heads, we thinkwe have communicated, and this
goes for everybody.
Well, I told them to do thatonce.
Oh, I already showed them howto do that, or I thought that
they would know they should knowbetter.

(24:41):
Okay, we do that at work and athome, but they don't.
Because we set these wildexpectations, especially all of
you high achieving people outthere.
You set all these highexpectations and then we don't
communicate them, and we have tobe better at communicating what
it is that we need, what it isthat we want to build that

(25:01):
stronger connection witheveryone that we want in our
lives, and that's something I ambeing extremely diligent about
with everyone on my team andwith my family.
Number four safety and securityare non-negotiables.
Now, safety and security canmean different things to

(25:21):
different people.
Safety and security to me istrusting my gut.
Sometimes, well, no, that's saybut and try to people please,
or try to diffuse or try to makeit less important than it needs

(25:44):
to be.
I need to trust my gut and Ineed to be able to speak with
honesty about what I need in mylife to feel safe and secure.
Now, for women, oftentimes, thisis like I want to know that I'm
financially taken care of.
I want to know that somebody isphysically taking care of me so
that I don't have to worryabout those things.

(26:06):
That stuff is very importantand that's very important for me
too.
But as women, we have to takeownership of making sure that we
have that in our lives, notjust expecting someone else to
do it for us and that soundsbrash and I'm gonna be really
vulnerable in saying this Ifthat made you feel bad when I
said that I need you to listento me even more, because there

(26:29):
is nothing more important as awoman.
I watched my mother go throughthis and other family members
that they're stuck in a realfucked up situation or a shitty,
not peaceful home and they'restuck there because their safety
and security is coming fromsomeone else.
I'm not saying that you have tobe able to rule the roost and

(26:51):
you have to be the breadwinnerin your family, but you need to
make sure that you can take careof yourself.
My big thing that I know I'vebeen working on for a long time
is like I want to have financialsecurity, and a lot of that is
my scarcity mindset that I'vestruggled with and I've shared
that all with you so many times.

(27:11):
I'm still this poor, brokelittle girl from Wyoming in my
head until I catch myself and Ihave created things that I say
to myself and I have wealth andabundance affirmations.
Those are just little post-itnotes you can put.
You can get little cards youcan do.
There's so many things that youcan do in order to continue to

(27:34):
program your brain to know whatyou're capable of.
I'm not that girl anymore.
I'm so far behind that thatgirl would be.
That little girl, which I thinkis really cool to say, would be
like wow, she did it and that'sreally exciting.
But now that I've hit thislevel, I'm very thankful of that
.
But I want to go to the nextlevel, because this last week I

(27:58):
turned 43 years old and I washaving a conversation with my
kids and I just said to them I'mcloser to 50 than I am 30.
And I don't feel like that andI'm just not okay with this.
It was kind of rough for methis year.
I don't know why, but it reallygets you thinking like okay,
we're getting older, we need toprepare for the future.

(28:18):
What do we want the future tolook like?
And we were talking about, likewhen I'm 50, my baby will be a
senior in high school and I'mlike 50, like my son's going to
graduate high school right afterI turn 50.
What's the rest of my lifegoing to look like?
Like what do I want to be doingby the time I'm 50?

(28:38):
My big goal was to build up myseptic company and be able to
sell it by the time I was 50.
So I'm definitely sticking tothat goal, but I'm looking now
long-term.
Now I'm also co-founder of thefranchisor, so I don't
necessarily have to be runningmy business at 50, but I can be
helping grow other people'sbusinesses.

(29:00):
I can be more invested in thisladies community and provide
membership and educationalopportunities for people and
really be giving back, becausethat servant heart is where I
find so much value and it's justso cool to think about stuff
like that.
So safety and security isbuilding your future.
Whatever that looks like foryou, that's what it means to me.

(29:23):
I'd love to hear your take onthat.
Last, but certainly not least, because I told you I had 11 of
these we're just going to gowith five is to change my
mindset from what could go wronglike what's the worst that
could happen to the words what'sthe best that could happen?
Instead of constantly, ourbrains always want to veer to

(29:45):
keep us safe.
Veer to keep us safe.
About 80% of our thoughts on adaily basis are actually
categorized as negative thoughts.
Can you believe that?
But I really want to catchmyself when I feel like I'm
saying what's the worst thatcould happen if I do this, to
saying what's the worst thatcould happen if I do this, to
saying what's the best thatcould happen, like this shit
could fucking blow up.
This is amazing.
This is a great opportunity, instead of thinking what's the

(30:07):
worst that could happen.
I've been through worst andeven if I get to that point, I
know what to do to get back.
So we have to stop fearing thefailure.
I'm going to say it again Don'tfear the failure.
Failure is part of the process.
You should never fear it.
It's going to happen.
It's going to happen somewhereand that doesn't make you a
failure.
Failure is an event.

(30:27):
It is not a person.
You can't possibly be a failure.
So I'm really changing thatmindset.
My daughter even got a posterthat says this.
That's hanging in her room andI love it so much what's the
best that could happen.
It really is a mindset shiftthat's rooted in hope and
possibility.
It's also rooted in you bettingon yourself.

(30:48):
Babe, there's no better way toget to where you want to go than
to bet on yourself, becauseconfidence is power.
Confidence creates opportunity, and I'm just learning to dream
bigger and act braver.
What used to be like there's noway I could ever have that.
I have that because I didn'tgive up, because I kept working

(31:10):
on it, and just because you havea setback doesn't mean you're a
setback.
Sometimes things have to gobackwards to really wind us up,
to propel us into the future.
So really change that.
I would love it more thananything if you could truly,
truly write that on a post-itnote.
Get your lipstick out, write iton the mirror, do something,

(31:32):
put it on your rear view mirrorin your car.
What's the best that couldhappen?
It's amazing when you see thewords often, how much it
connects with your mindset.
It's like the stuff we see.
The stuff we see If we see it.
It's like that RAS that youhear people talk about all the
time.
You wanted a yellow Camaro andyou thought it was so cool
because no one had a yellowCamaro, and then you get a

(31:54):
yellow Camaro and then there'sfucking yellow Camaros
everywhere.
Happened to anybody?
Happened to me when I got myBronco.
Oh, I want that.
It's so cool.
Nobody else has one that's thiscolor.
It's that I see them all overthe place now because it's
something that I pay attentionto now because it's something
that interests me.
So when you put your visionboard together, when you have
these little things like what'sthe best that could happen,

(32:16):
figure out a place to put it soyou can see it all the time, so
it will constantly keepgenerating that thought in your
mind.
I just want to thank you forbeing part of this community.
We're going to be back everyTuesday.

(32:36):
It's going to be incredible.
And what we're going to do thisyear is we're really going to
talk about alignment.
I know at the beginning of theyear, I talked about intentional
wellness, and it really isthose four pillars of amazing
things that you can work on inyour life financial health,
emotional health, physicalhealth and just your wellbeing.
It's so important that we don'tforget ourselves.

(32:59):
I know that we're so great attaking care of everybody else
around us and we often putourselves at the bottom of our
to-do list.
You are not something to do.
So whatever you got to do toclear one hour in your calendar
every day to do something youwant to work on zero explanation
needed for anybody else aboutthat.
It's you time, it's Tanya time.

(33:20):
I'm doing what I want right now.
That is not selfish.
It is necessary.
I'd love to hear what you areworking on right now, and I'd
