Charge pour la valeur que tu apportes réellement…
Mais ce qu’on ne comprend pas, c’est que la perception de notre valeur peut fluctuer immensément selon nos circonstances, nos états d’esprit et nos histoires personnelles.
Dans l'épisode d'aujourd'hui, je voulais adresser ce concept de valeur professionnelle en lien aux histoires qu’on raconte et qu’on se raconte.
Je discute notamment de :
- comment on est encouragés à ne pas voir et respecter notre valeur en tant que femmes
- les difficultés que j’ai rencontrées à comprendre ma valeur sur le marché du travail
- comment je me suis sortie d’une situation professionnelle vulnérable où j’avais complètement perdu mes repères
- l’élément déclencheur qui m’a redonné confiance dans mes capacités à performer et à servir
- le lien entre nos histoires personnelles et les marques que l’on crée
Tu vas voir, cet épisode est hautement personnel, mais je suis certaine que tu risques de te reconnaître aussi.
J’y parle de mon expérience avec le burnout et la dépression en contexte salarié et comment cette expérience difficile m’a amenée à découvrir ma direction, réaffirmer mon identité et, ultimement, à construire mon brand.

The Brothers Ortiz
The Brothers Ortiz is the story of two brothers–both successful, but in very different ways.
