Chaque année qui passe, nous devons nous adapter pour voir un autre jour et, idéalement, croître et se développer.
Plonger au coeur de notre instinct de survie entrepreneuriale peut activer nos réactions instinctuelles ou traumatiques, surtout si nous avons déjà expérimenté l’identité du survivant dans d’autres aspects de notre vie (ce qui est notamment le cas des personnes marginalisées, comme les femmes, les personnes racisées, les personnes neurodivergentes, etc.)
Dans l'épisode d'aujourd'hui, je parle de cet aspect de l’entrepreneuriat avec lequel on travaille inconsciemment. J’y parle de comment transmuter notre instinct de survie en véhicule de changement personnel et collectif.
