Quand j'ai découvert l'approche du "unshaming" de David Bedrick, ça a complètement transformé ma vision de moi-même et de ma façon de travailler. J’ai ensuite complété une certification en process work parce que je voyais que c’était intimement lié à l’expérience de plusieurs de mes clientes : cette voix critique interne qui sabote nos projets, génère de la résistance et nous maintient dans des cycles d'autosabotage.
Aujourd'hui, j'avais envie de te parler de ce sujet que je n'avais pas encore abordé en détail, même si je m'y penche depuis plusieurs années. Parce que comprendre le rôle de la honte et du critique interne dans nos entreprises, c'est comprendre pourquoi certains objectifs génèrent de la résistance et pourquoi la motivation punitive ne fonctionne jamais à long terme.

Et ça, ça transforme complètement notre relation à l’entrepreneuriat.
