Dr. Carlos Marrero is an education consultant with Empowered Resolve, a Connecticut-based consulting firm that helps individuals, families, and professionals navigate complex systems—including family court, Medicaid, education, licensing, and nonprofit operations. He is an adjunct professor at the University of Saint Joseph. Carlos is also a volunteer at The Children’s Law Center of Connecticut.
Carlos earned a bachelor’s degree in psychological science from Central Connecticut State University. He received a master’s degree in social work from Springfield College. Carlos holds a doctorate in educational leadership from Central Connecticut State University.
