- Te abre puertas, te da claridad y te permite ver nuevas oportunidades para impactar a más personas.
👉 Señales de mentalidad de escasez:
- No querer compartir estrategias o información con tus compañeros por miedo a que te “copien”.
- Atropellar a tu propio equipo para quedarte con un cliente.
- No dar información completa a tus clientes para que dependan solo de ti.
👉 Cómo transformar tu mentalidad y atraer resultados:
- Comparte con tu equipo: dos agentes juntos pueden generar mejores visitas y ventas.
- Educa a tus clientes: un cliente informado confía más en ti y te recomienda.
- Sé accesible y auténtico: las personas sienten tu energía, tu apertura y tu intención.
- Practica la gratitud y utiliza afirmaciones positivas para moldear tu carácter.
- Pide retroalimentación a quienes te rodean: ellos son tu espejo y te ayudan a detectar lo que necesitas mejorar.
Jenny nos comparte que la mentalidad se percibe, igual que cuando entras a un lugar con alguien miedoso o con alguien arriesgado: la energía cambia. Lo mismo pasa contigo como agente: tu vibración puede atraer o alejar clientes y oportunidades.
